Went to a Fields Estate Sale on Saturday, and found an interesting kidney-shaped wooden desk which my wife liked. Sticker price was $995. Went back Sunday. Sign at front door said 20% off. Desk was still there. Price had been changed to $1,295. I asked the Fields employee about the $300 price increase on the day the 20% discount was in effect. She said Mr. Fields changed the price. He has a right to do that. Perhaps he has a right, but it sure doesnt make it right. I wont be back.
