Absolutely loves the finds but dislikes the service most of the time. I decorate homes but I am always stared down when I go here. Seems very prejudiced however I just keep my mind on the sellers and what I came in for. Last time I was there, there was one really nice lady who broke the mold. I am so thankful for her.

Full disclosure: I am not a paying customer, but I felt the need to leave a review after my interaction with an individual over the phone.The lady I spoke to became curt once I inquired about any consignment options. Once she realized I was not going to buy anything her tone of voice suddenly changed and she hung up the phone. It’s not the end of the world (I’m not leaving a 1 star review or turning to all social media sites to bash the company), but good service is important in every industry. And arguably more important when the goods and services you’re offering doesn’t differ that much from your competitors.Before today I haven’t been particularly knowledgeable or had any preference on antique stores in Memphis. After the phone call I’m still no more knowledgeable about local antique stores, however this interaction bumped this place down for me a bit.Even though I wasn’t a paying customer today, I could have been some day in the future. I get it: money helps keep things running day to day and my phone call had the potential from keeping you from a paying customer. But building a loyal customer base and a positive experience with every interaction can help a company navigate through most any business challenge.

Great variety and reasonable prices. I went on a Sunday and was able to wander the booths without being crowded by other shoppers, which is a huge plus for me. There are not any of the trendy junk booths that I see sometimes at other antique malls in town, just vintage and antique goodies. The desk service was very good. Staff was courteous and willing. I will definitely be back.

Im a picker so Im there usually every other Sunday and sell what Ive picked through tennessee and Mississippi Arkansas antique old homes shed barns wherever a antique will hide I shall find.

Went here twice when visiting. Amazing sales! Most booths were 25% off. We found some amazing items like a vintage Halloween rattler and a rosary with relics inside the cross. Everything is extremely fairly priced and we prefer it over the other antique stores we saw when visiting.

It was okay, good prices on most things I was interested in but most of the store is dark with small pathways and small booth. Glad i was there when they werent busy.

Front of gallery is arranged and displayed very nicely, but back stalls too cramped with too much junk. Has gotten way too big! Enjoyed the old Antique Gallery off Stage and Bartlett Blvd better.

Loved it. Its a large store with a great variety of old memorabilia, records, furniture, signs, jewelry, etc, with a few newer items. Good prices, too. Would visit again.

Its clean and neat. Things youd expect and some that are unusual. Lots to browse and you might even find something fun!

I went to this store this past Saturday. Tried to buy a sofa table from booth 216. $119.00. Older lady at the cash register said she was too busy to help me. It was early and not many customers were in the store. She kept shrugging her shoulders with her palms up. She kept making excuses. Told me to come back later. I said this was ridiculous, and left. Mad as hell! I won’t be back. Ever! I would give it zero stars, if I could.
