Was referred by our neighbors- so glad we took their recommendation. Needed to get some items checked out from my grandmother and Alex did not disappoint. Felt I was in great hands. Alex took his time going through all items, did not make me feel rushed. I was very happy and learned a lot too! Would definitely recommend. I have used Father & Sons 110 Jewelers three times now for various purchases or repairs. Every time I have been in their store, I was treated beyond nicely...They seem to value EVERY customer no matter how large or small your purchase may be. Im not a jewelry expert, but from what I see there, seems they sell some beautiful items at very good prices. More than anything I get the feeling these people really CARE. Its a family owned business been there 18 years!. Id say you owe it to yourself to at last check these guys out before heading to the bigger jewelry stores where you will be more likely to be treated like a number, rather than a valued customer. In a word I am IMPRESSED with 110 Jewelers...5 stars for me! NICE people there too, which doesnt hurt...

Not long ago my husband and I went to Father & Sons 110 Jewelry Center for a tenth wedding anniversary present. As usual, we were provided superb customer service. We picked out the most beautiful 10 carat tennis bracelet! Given the amount of money such an item costs, my husband did due diligence and compared what Father & Sons was offering to that of other retailers - and confirmed what we already knew from past experience in dealing with this jeweler - that is, that NOBODY undersells Father & Sons or does a better job at ensuring we are thrilled with our purchase! We have always enjoyed working with them and will continue to do so for a long time to come. I highly recommend Father & Sons Jewelry Center to anyone looking for good quality jewelry. The have exceptional high-end customer service and quality merchandise.

Went in for a simple ring resizing and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly personable and the job was completed within minutes. If I could give more stars I would. I will definitely be referring and going back.

I never write reviews, good or Bad... But Father & Sons has exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions. They have gone above and beyond every time I was in there, or anyone I have sent to them. The store is run by an amazing jeweler/designer and his 2 sons. They have all been so friendly, honest and will beat anyones price and quality. I went in last year after seeing Jennifer Lopez wearing an amazing necklace in a magazine, and asked them if they had anything similar. They did not, but for the next 2 weeks they searched for a cross to my specifications and after finding the one I loved, Alex created my favorite piece of jewelry. I receive compliments on it all the time and have not taken it off since the day I picked it up.Check them out.... they will beat anyones price and the quality of their jewelry is beyond compare!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Eddie. This is a family owned business with his brother and father. The father used to design jewelry for name brand labels. Eddie took his time and met with me several times to show me different diamonds and walk me through the process of selecting the right diamond. I told him my budget was $40k and he actually told me I was crazy and showed me diamonds half the price instead of taking my inflated number and running with it. He explained the different attributes of a diamond and why, in his opinion, have an ideal cut was the most important factor. He helped me select the highest value diamond showing me which factors I could go lower on that no one would notice without a loop or microscope. Needless to say my fiancé was VERY happy with her ring. He went out of his way to have the ring set in a temporary setting in a short amount of time so I could propose on vacation. Then reset the ring in the final setting. My finance asked for a small modification on the final setting so her wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring and Eddie was more than happy to oblige with charging for the additional work. I recently got the ring appraised by a third party for insurance purposes, the Jewlery Judge, who came highly recommend. The appraiser looked at the stone without any paperwork or information from me about where I purchased the ring. He was very impressed by the stone saying it was exactly as described and on the higher end of the spectrum for each of the GIA rating categories. His estimate of what I should have paid retail was significantly higher than what my final price was. I highly recommend Eddie and his family. The give quality service, excellent, practical advice with no bullshit or upselling and very fair prices. They have the long term customer mentality . They want you to take care of you so you keep coming back and after the way they treated me, I certainly will.

Stay far away from this jewelry store ...They are not reputable and will not stand behind there work or customers. The son Ed was attempting to put anchors(small spheres to stop the ring from turning) in my 1 month old $22K engagement ring and after heating it too many times split the band. He cobbled it back together and it looked horrible and left black solider residue on all of the side diamonds from overheating the ring. When my fiance called him from a business trip to explain that 2 other jewelers refused to touch this botch job Ed stated he did me a favor using his platinum to fix the ring...and that it was my fault for asking him to mount the anchors. Then went on to say the only way to fix it was to laser weld it in NYC.....Why wasnt that offered in the first place....instead he try to hack it together and get away with damaging the ring instead of taking responsibility. When he was told he would get the bill after I had it repaired he laughed on the phone stating I was an idiot. THIS IS NOT THE WAY A GOOD JEWELER STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. The other jewelers that would not touch his hack job stated he did not know what the hell he was doing the work was so bad. Now I have to pay an attorney to resolve this headache just because anyone can call themselves a jeweler.
