Great customer service and helpful

Dont listen to the good reviews here. They have to be the slowest, least organized and creepiest place out there. Super sketchy business, no one pays attention to you, and they take forever on the simplest things. Got a call that my tires were done, and it turns out they called me thinking I was someone else. Drove all the way out only to be told my simple curb rash wasnt done after a week of being there. Ridiculous.

Honest and hard working people. They fixed my truck that had electrical problems and mainstream luxury couldn’t figure it out. Fair prices too. I would recommend to anyone I know.

I got an oil change here and I noticed my car started leaking oil after I left. Turns out they did it incorrectly. Do not recommend.

I had a flat tire in Sunday afternoon and tried to call all big name auto services stores around my current location for help. All said that they were busy (even though that its just a 10 min work) and refused to help until next business day except Tire Specialist. Tire Specialist said that they could help. When I arrived at the store, the owner was already waiting in the front door. He did the job immediately, and I was thinking that he would probably charge me a lot for a visit like this. To my surprise, he fixed the tire for me at a very reasonable price and checked if all other tires were okay free. He was very honest and cared about his work, treated me like an old customer even though I met him the first time. When I left, I asked for his business card and recognized that his store should have closed at the time I called. He was actually waiting for his last customer to come before he closed his store. I really appreciated! Great job and Thanks.

Phenomenal service! I stopped by Tire Specialist after my front passenger tire continuously went flat. They quickly found a nail and patched the tire up in approximately 10 minutes. They even checked the pressure in all tires to make sure they were in line with the recommended pressure per tire for my vehicle at no extra charge. Patch cost was extremely reasonable, will be returning for all my tire needs.

Honest service, excellent value, quality work. This shop is growing and from what I heard, they will implement full mechanic capabilities soon, not just tires. As of 2015, they have full time technicians that will take care of all your car needs, both repair and preventative maintenance. With upfront quoting and excellent service, they deserve a good review from everybody. The only opportunity for improvement for them is that they could clean up the customer waiting area a little bit to make the visit more pleasurable. But other than that, this is a top-notch shop (I give them 4 stars just because of the aesthetics of the waiting area, if this improves I will upgrade it to 5 stars).

I called around to other tire shops and they treated me like I was stupid because Im a woman. I called Tire Specialists and Kevin gave me some really great prices on new tires, but when I went in and saw the thousands of used tires they had, I decided to go with a set of used that looked like new. I saved at least $200 and no one can tell that they are used tires. The service was fast and the staff showed me great respect. I have recommended them to several friends already.

Great place for tires. I called and got my tires done in the next 30 minutes. They were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. Their tire prices are great and the service was even better. I would definitely recommend Tire Specialists for your next set of tires.

I would like to say that Im a customer and a friend to this place. I was making stops at several different tire shops around town and wasnt satisfied by service. When I called this place up, they gave me a set price to have my tires installed, they also had a great inventory of tires as well. So when I get there, there was some miscommunications, but thanks to Kevin and his assistant D, I was able to not only get the best deal on my tires, but they threw in some extras to help me out. Which Im still indebted to them for their kindness. I mentioned that I read the reviews and was partially satisfied by them but gave this place a shot anyway. Well to my disbelief they showed me the tire the customer was referring to in the comments below me and I now believe that this customer was lying when speaking about this tire shop. But thats not my business. I want everyone to know that the prices are great, their tires are great and their customer service is even better. I give these guys a 10/10. Thank you for your help and look forward to working with you guys.

I went here because I read all the positive reviews. What a mistake. I waited for 20 minutes and the guys in the back saw me but I was ignored. Creepy atmosphere as well. Finally left and went to Stone Park Tires on North Ave. They were half the price and super nice. Stay away from here. You have been warned.

Very reasonable prices on used tires. Was allowed to inspect and choose the ones I wanted. Fast, courteous service. Taken care of in 30 minutes. Would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome work done there! They fixed my cracked aluminum rim here the first time for a very good price. On the second trip I had to replace my tires here from Chicago potholes and the prices and service was excellent once more. I drive from the southside to get work done here. I will recommend everyone to go there.

These guys are fantastic. First we got a SUPER FAST and frankly, hilarious, tow from Hassams neice, Toni. Shes with T&A Towing and was really really great. She picked us up in about 7 minutes from when we called. IN THE SNOW. Wow!I should note that we showed up about 45 minutes before closing. Once we arrived at the shop, the guys were super quick to assess the tire problem and get a new tire put on. They werent just hurrying because they wanted to leave, but because thats just how they do business. We were treated really cool and it felt like they really wanted to take care of us. I noted to my buddy that this place isnt creepy or intimidating like most tire places. The whole event from flat to fixed took about an hour. Thats quicker than I have EVER gotten back on the road from a flat. Also, the price was really really reasonable.A sincere thanks and keep up the good work! We will recommend you all for sure!

The worst place to go if u can keep going‼️‼️‼️ bad customer service.. very slow went in today a guy tells me he cant do anything his foot was broken.. why come to work Ive been told 3 different times my rim was ready only to get there and it wasnt. Worst decision Ive ever made was to stop at Jordans !!! NEVER AGAIN they should be boycotted and not allowed in our neighborhood again!!!!!!!!!!

The team was friendly and professional especially the manager amir. They fixed my rims, aligned and balanced the tires, and i have a check engine problem. They were fast and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a used tire that I was told had no defects, nails, etc and had 80% tread life remaining. Picked up the tire and took it to reputable Firestone dealer in my local area to find out there were two nails and would not hold air. Notified these so called specialists and after a long debate they agreed to give me a full refund. When I returned the tire they refused to give me the refund as agreed. Horrible experience.

I got referred to this shop by my cousin and honestly I love there service. Ive been to a few tire shops and no one can beat their prices and the quality of their tires. I will be more than glad to go back there for future tire replacements.

Good, fast service. Would be a 5 star review but I had trouble with one of the tires I bought and had to stop back in the next day. The issue was one of the tires didnt seal properly and was leaking air, but that can happen with new tires too and they fixed it and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Good experience overall.
