It was fine kinda, this one man didnt have his mask 😷 on, it made me nervous, I kept looking at him hoping hed get the message and put it on, nope so when I was called to pay, well I flew out of there. I was sitting far from him but it still made me nervous.The Ford folks had me out within an hour 45 mins.Had a recall on my doors plus did my oil change since I was already there.....

Randy in commercial truck services was the best!! I was in and out, oil change took about 20 minutes. If you want fast profesional service, then these guys are the ones!! Keep up the great work.

I had a 7am appointment, they took my car back for service at 7:33am. They completed everything at 8:10. They took the paperwork to the service desk with suggestion on other things that they say I needed. The sag on her desk for 15 minutes, until I ask the guy that was working on my and niw working on someone else car 🚗 whats going on. I told him NO all I want is my oil change. They immediately gave me my car. Its now 8:33

Customer service number 1 prices Too Damn High

They are always explain in detail all services and the process it will take. To include how long wait might be to make sure customers have time to leave their vehicle. Great service.

Basically they lied to me about pricing and tried to sell me something like a time share over the phone,front desk room was overprized.
