So I had brought in a Murray lawn mower to be repaired and I had requested an estimate on the phone and in person, when I came in to turn in the mower they went ahead and repaired with without notifying me. Later on when they had called to tell me that the mower was fixed, I had pointed out that I had asked for an estimate and they deeply apologized for their mistake and corrected it, Dean was super nice and courteous during the whole process. If I ever have an issue with my mower again I definitely will be coming back.

I have always bought my lawn equipment from A-1 Tractor. Great quality and wonderful service. I went to Causeway mower one time and couldnt even get anyone to wait on me. The owners are down to earth and always willing to help with any needs you might have. Thank you A-1 for never forgetting how to be pleasant and helpful even in the hardest of times.

Great Experience with these folks. Took a chainsaw in for a tuneup/makeover. They did a great job on the saw, took me outside and gave me tips on how to use it, and made sure I left with all the accessories Id need. I had my Snapper rider repaired here.It was the very best service I have ever had anywhere bar none! The owner took time to show me everything he did and was meticulous in his repairs. I would drive 100 miles to let them service my equipment and not bat an eye.

My Stihl chain saw was barely running and badly leaking oil. I brought it in to A-1, expecting the worst. Instead, they took it apart and replaced two parts and the bill was only $46. They gave me the old parts in a plastic bag. The husband and wife owners are just so honest and fair.

We purchased a 42 inch hustler zero turn from A1.. I then purchased the bagger from Lowe’s. I installed the bagger myself and had nothing but problems. I had The first bagger fall off and destroyed it. I purchased another one from A1 and the same thing happened. I spoke to Mike about it and he told me he would look into getting the second bagger covered under warranty. Mike made 3 visits to my house and not only identified the problem but made a custom part to keep the bagger in place. Thank you Mike for the impeccable, professional and can do attitude. There are not many places that will treat there customers the way A1 does.Five stars and many thanks to Mike and the crew at A1. You have made a friend and customer for life.

These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, they show you how to use their product, turn it on and even register it for you. Very nice folks and store is neat, so much inventory! You walk out with a product that is ready to use, gas and oiled up!

I have an older snapper mower that I did not purchase from A1 and it needed help. Went to A1 for parts only. Michael looked at mower found several more problems other than what I knew about. Supplied several used parts, some new parts and did the repairs for me. All for less than$25.00. I am a customer for life! This is what you dont get at Home Depot. Service, service, service. Go to A1 you wont be sorry!

Unlike most of their competition this outfit is honest. I just had a unit in to them and they didnt try and sell me a new unit-they replaced the bad gas in about 30 minutes and sent me out the door for free and very happy.

Great people and service, never buy from the big box stores, the standards of the equipment they have made to their specs are not the same quality as you can buy here and A1 stands up to use much better and any parts and expert service are available on site!
