I had Jerry do some wood stippling work on a wood pistol grip and handguard, as well as some machining on a steel bolt, and the outcome on both was fantastic. The stippling job he did is a work of art. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. Im almost two hours away, but I wouldnt hesitate to make the drive again the next time I need an expert gunsmith.

This was a great sole proprietor shop but it appears he has closed and moved out.

Jerry has done a couple of jobs for me, most recently on a Winchester 71. I have always been satisfied with Jerrys work, and have found him to be a knowledgeable, pleasant individual to deal with.

I brought my Beretta shotgun to Jerry for needed repairs I found him to be very professional and felt very comfortable dealing with him. I would not hesitate to call him for any future needs.

Seems like a prejudice old timer kind of man. Couldn’t even shake my hand when confronted, and charges what he wants not according to his own posted hourly labor chart behind him. Also, was rude and has that typical “wasting his time attitude”. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I would highly advise stay away if possible.

Jerry did an excellent installation of the rear sight for my S&W 44 Magnum revolver. I am pretty handy but i underestimated the complexity of the work. I was happy to bring it to an expert who was skilled and experienced and able to complete quickly. I highly recommend !!

Takes forever to respond to even a basic email. Says Sure I can do the job but never follows through to tell you when and where to drop off the firearm, how he wants/expects the transaction to go (50% deposit, itll take 6 weeks, drop it off Tuesday, etc). Might be a good gunsmith but kind of hard to tell from this side.

I brought my AK in on recommendation from my local gun shop. I needed rivets for the bottom tang removed and reinstalled and then a wood stock fitted. He did a fantastic job, could not be happier. Would highly recommend.

Jerry is a master gunsmith and has done a number of projects for me. All of the projects, both rifle and pistol, were very well completed to the highest quality and craftsmanship. His pricing is very reasonable given his skill and workmanship.

I took a hand gun in that had been sent to me with the wrong parts, Jerry immediately diagnosed the problem! I had to pay him more than he was going to charge me because I didnt feel like he was charging me enough. He definitely knows what he is doing and I am not going to go anywhere else when I need work done on a gun. There are some bad reviews here and I dont understand them. Jerry is really busy and if you guys want something done by a quality gun smith you should have used him.

Extremely overpriced, rude, and no customer service skills. Dropped 30-06 rifle off to test its functionality and to have it cleaned. Was charged $80 one forth of the rifles entire value to be told it should work fine and discovered the rifle was not cleaned properly. On top of that when picking up the rifle I was met with a rude comment why are you here when Im closed worst over all service Ive ever experienced.

Jerry is very knowledgeable and does great work. After you get to know him he is a Teddy Bear.

Was quoted 2 diff prices and when verifying the pieces i needed to send, was met the reply of the more I talk to you the less money I make, send it or dont. i would not send a water gun to this guy if I was blind and couldnt fill it myself. He needs his attitude checked with a kick to the teeth.
