I love the selection of cards here! They have so many cards for every occasion, even the occasions that I didnt know were occasions and the random just because ones. They have religious cards, kids cards, pop-up cards, musical cards, sentimental cards, funny cards, and cards that have stuffed animals vacuum sealed inside. They have a huge selection of knick knack items, too! The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Very big store. Lots and lots of stuff and cards. Unfortunately what I went there for they didnt have. I was really very surprised. But the staff was very helpful and did look and try and find a card that I wanted. But they just didnt have it. I thought of all the card stores Hallmark would have it.

Love to shop at hallmarks, but it’s very expensive and even though they have marked down prices it’s still expensive. I can get the same items for half the price at he mall.

Only non-mall Hallmark in the area. LOVE the roomy layout. Has what youre looking for. Everyone knowledgeable of the product lines. Plenty of parking. Easy in & out.

A disappointment at every level to find a decent card/gift for the simplest of occasions or events. Perhaps indicative of the bankruptcy of leadership and management to cater reasonably to the market and by extension the publics taste.

I went there this week to have a package mailed. There was a young lady and a much older lady, from the time I got in there the older lady didnt wait for me to say or ask anything, right away she was telling the young lady my package cant be weighed, which I already knew since I was doing priority shipping anyway, which is all they do. Then she proceeded to tell the young lady, it is not going to fit in the envelope and she dont think I would want to pay that. Hello, not my first package and your job is not to make decisions for me, your job is to first of all for me find out what I needed, provide the information and let me make that decision. She even continued tosuggest another place I can have it weighed, all the while not once addressing but her younger coworker. Not once did the words how can I help you, come out of her mouth. I just continued to speak to the young lady who was very helpful, she was polite and helpful. It was her older coworker that has guaranteed that I will never set foot in there again.

Hallmark is a Hugh store.Has very small items and VERY Expensive the short little heavy old woman is not a people person or friendly at all, sometimes I just have to think twice before I go into that store to shop. I would rather go to $1 tree.
