I had never shopped in a pawn store before but what great customer service! Polite, professional and a clean well-organized store! Very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the managers, Tony Figueroa, went way above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. Highly recommended and well worth your time. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

Remedy pawn rocks! Went in there and a gentleman named Tony Figueroa helped me with what I was looking for and not only that but a great price! I would highly recommend this store nice and clean, great help and of course good deals. They even helped me carry out my item my car which is a huge plus in my book. When I cashed out for my item Tony gave me his card and said if you are looking for anything to give him a call, that makes a customer feel good to know that he and the rest of the employees in that store care about there customers. This place is great, went in about 6 years ago to pawn a couple items and dealt with Tony. He was kind and polite plus got me the best deal he could. Then later when I needed a loan, Tony then helped me again. They are always great and understanding as long as you keep in contact if you need an extension for payment. My Girlfriend and I went to many pawn shops to look for a computer. No place was as helpful or insightful as Tony at Remedy Pawn on Wickham Rd. Wouldnt let us leave until he triple checked everything and made sure it all worked. Highly recommend and will be back again

Staff tries to talk down to you like you are dumb. Clearly a place that preys on ignorance and drug and drunk clientele. Offered me $300 for gold coins and said that’s all you can get. Not knowing I wasn’t desperate I left and went to La Costa Pawn and without hesitation the owner gave me DOUBLE on the spot what these clowns offered. They tried to justify their insult offer by saying they have to “store” the coins...LOL crooks. Also $1200 necklace offered me $100....Def shop around sellers beware I’m trying to warn you now.

Im actually really upset with this pawn shop. Ive worked for one before and I understand everywhere is different but isnt confidentiality still a thing? I say this because I spent the day calling pawn shops trying to find a specific guitar and charm my boyfriend had picked out and sent me pictures of.... low and behold it was this one! The guitar sold but they were able to put the charm on hold for me! Thank gosh I thought! My boyfriend went in to try and buy it and they told him a girl called and had it put on hold and she was asking about that and a guitar so that pretty much gave me away. But if that wasnt the icing on the cake......... I went in today to look at more stuff with said boyfriend who I convinced it wasnt me who bought it and the sales man said to him.... are you wearing your new marlin charm and that 1000 percent gave it away! Especially because my boyfriend and I both relayed it was his Christmas gift. On so many levels this is wrong and truly upsetting. Completly ruined his Christmas surprise so thanks a lot. Will be taking our business elsewhere for now on! 😡😡 I suggest talking to employees about customer privacy! Thanks!

As pawn shop owners ourselves I have to admit this is by far one of the cleanest and well organized shops Ive ever been in. You can tell the owner and employees truly take pride in what they have and offer.

My experience at remedy pawn was surprisingly pleasant. I usually dread having to go to a pawn shop, but the staff here made it quick and easy to get what I needed to bail myself out of a tough situation. They dont haggle with you or offer you a ridiculously low amount for your items. Definitely a 5 star rating on this one.

First time here and will be my last time also. I walked in holding my baby and there was three guys behind the counter and not one of them said hi how can I help you or anything to that effect. I walked around the entire store up and down each aisle walk in front of the counter in front of them and still no recommendation from any of the three employees. Not sure but one of them dressed as a manager but I could be wrong. To make things worse a female walked in 5 minutes after I did and all three of them said hi to her and offered their assistance to help her. But it doesnt really matter I wasnt going to buy anything from them anyways. Their prices are extremely high for the products that they offer. Dont believe me, walk in and check it out for yourself. Theyre almost charging full retail price for their merchandise. Like I said I will not be back it was a waste of time coming here

Randy and Joe are very polite and have great customer service skills. They are understanding and always willing to help any customer. Anthony on the other hand is very rude and possibly needs to be retrained. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have mostly made purchases in the past till a couple months ago. Last month I found myself needing to bring some items in for loans since I had fell a little behind on funds shortly after we were hit by Hurricane Irma. Joe and Randy were able to issue fair loan amounts and were very helpful with all my questions because I had never got loans there before, I had always came in to make purchases. While in there today, I brought my 2year old with me which can frustrate me while I am trying to conduct business, and I was trying to get done as quickly as possible. After I went home and gathered my thoughts, I thought I may have taken some of my frustrations out while I was trying to figure out what I could get out of pawn and what I need to pay on to extend my loans so I dont loose my stuff. So I called to speak to Joe specifically, he was busy at the moment when Anthony answered the phone, so i stated that I didnt need anything in particular and I will try to call back later. Then Danny said Is it something I can help you with? in a rude tone of voice, once again I stated, No I dont need anything and I will try to call back a lil later. In an even ruder tone he asked, What are you trying to do? And then hung up on me. All I wanted to do was speak to Joe to apologize to him and Randy just in case I myself seemed rude at all because I was frustrated and I was also trying to purchase 2 items as well while trying to figure out my funds available and keep an eye on my 2 year old who was testing my patience running around the store trying to touch everything, because I am a loyal customer and was very appreciative for the loans I had needed to help me get by and didnt want them to think I am normally that way. I, myself, being in customer service all my life from fast food, department stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, phone service, you name it, you shouldnt treat customers the way Anthony has and I hope that I can always avoid dealing with him in the future. Good thing Randy and Joe are such great people to work there cause if it was just Anthony, I would definitely take my valued business elsewhere as soon as my loans are paid off completely. Joe even goes out of his way to call other stores to see if they have items available that I am in search of. I think that is about it, I hope I didnt forget to mention anything. Happy Holidays.

I bought a laptop here about 2 years ago and sold them a ripstick last year. They sell and buy at reasonable prices and very friendly to their customers. They ask if you need any help or questions and they help the best that they can.
