Should be called worst pawn shop. They try to make things appear to work that actually dont. They will willingly scam you. This is how they make theyre money. I would never buy from them again.

Dont buy electronics from this store! Its ran by teenagers who sold me two messed up PlayStation 4 controllers. The guy plugged both in the console and ran around for two minutes on a game. I shouldve gotten and played with the controllers myself. One has a lag that pulls the page upwards and the other controller doesnt respond to buttons immediately when pressed. They knew they were selling me busted controllers! When I called before I got there, they said they only had one. After a minute being there, they brought out the second controller we bought. Both have issues! Those little punks screwed me over! Save your time and money! Go to La Costa or Remedy! These kids are a joke!

If youre looking for a great deal, any 3 of Johns stores, they will take great care of you.. I grew up with John and Pops and have known Johns Family for Years, From the time hanging out at Johnnys Texaco, Mess with our Grand Torinos, to cuttn up working at Steak and Ale, Great Memories,, John and his family have Alwayz been Good Honest Folks along with their Staff @ all 3 of Johns stores.. At all 3 of the stores, youll be treated with respect and honesty from all, and theyll do their best to give you the best deal.. Don’t waste your time. They agreed to purchase an item for a specific price with the agreement of us purchasing another item. Once they drew up the paperwork to sign, they then tried to be slick and give us less money back than agreed upon. Shisters!

Store is clean and well lit but reminds me of a 7-11 run by youngsters making minimum wage. I prefer to work with smaller shops where the owner is actually dealing with customers and has a vested interest in getting the best deals for all parties. Just not the pawn shop for me!

Dont ever buy a firearm from here. I almost bought a brand new Diamondback DB-15 from here, had it on lay away. They were trying to charge me $889 for this firearm. I contacted Diamond back to verify the price of the firearm ($560 msrp). This pawn shop tried to sell me a firearm for $300 OVER msrp! Such BS. Not the first time this has happened. Got my money back for the layaway. And the manager wouldnt even honor the MSRP price tag or reduce the price.

***UPDATE*** The guy at the pawn shop searched for my laptop on his computer and showed some that my laptop was sold for as low as 90, I did my own eBay search and saw those he showed at home and saw that the ones he showed me were laptops that were labeled not working or for parts | beware they scamSpent over $300.00 and only used the laptop twice, was offered $30.00. At least the gentleman was honest and said I should look into selling my laptop in Facebook so I can get what I deserve for my laptop. When it comes to selling to any pawn shop, you’re offered dirt, no matter the real value of your item because they see it as you being desperately in need of money. I recommend people use Facebook market and OfferUp, I have been offered five times what was offered here

Walked in today to purchase an item I had previously looked at and the salesman said to give him 10 minutes as they were scrambling. There were only 4 customers in the store besides me and at least that many employees. I said sure and walked around long enough to look at most of the inventory. After at least 10 minutes I looked in the back to see if he was retrieving the item and instead he was leaned back in his chair laughing with another employee...neither of which were helping any customers. I left and took my business and my money elsewhere.Reply to Jeremy: You were standing at the counter showing a customer a a piece of jewelry when it happened. I find it hard to believe that you were unaware of this type of behavior until you get a negative review. Your replies to negative reviews are consistently the same Im the manager, sorry, well do better next time, come back and Ill make sure it doesnt happen again.It would mean a lot more if you treated people right the first time...there wont be a next time for me.

One of the best Shops around in general very friendly and fair with price and negotiations. They have always been there when i needed them and the free lay a way is always a nice touch when i find something i cant quite afford at the moment. No idea why there are any other pawn shops open others i have been to service is horrible and no respect was given. 10 Stars overall i recommend you give a browse.

I went in to find a white xbox 360, because these models are known for breaking i was very thorough about testing which one i wanted. A helpful associate named Devin helped me every step of the way and even held a good conversation with me while i looked over the one i ended up buying. Its not often that i leave a pawn shop in such a good mood and thanks to Devins assistance i got exactly the model i wanted.

Not to make anyone feel like scum but these dudes make you feel like scum. I understand its a business but these guys will straight up take your grandmothers last breathe away from her. Went in with a new never used item and they offered me 1/16th of what it was worth. If youve been to a pawn shop you know how it works. Lowest item sold and then that split in half, if your lucky. Ive been there twice and both times left thinking if these dudes were honest they would make even more than they are now. And trust me they make a lot. Shop around to get the best price for your item. This place was the second of three that I visited and both of the other stores offered 5 times what they offered. I just dont understand why they cant give honest offers. Not everyone is a junkie with the IQ of a gold fish. This place is the lowest of the low.

Just needed to borrow a few $ to get by . the staff was polite and professional. However when i came bk to pay the pawn ticket there were scratches and a gash on the edge of my flat screen that wasnt there before. Not much of an electronics selection either.
