We are the Elderberries ~ a group of senior women who enjoy doing new things together. We range in age from 64 to 89.Today (7/24/21) we did Christmas Blackout Escape Room and my goodness we had such a terrific time. It was fun and exciting. We “escaped” with 58 seconds left!We also want to say how wonderful the staff is, especially Spencer. He was great at explaining things and helping us have the best time possible! We will definitely be back to try some other challenges!!!

I had an absolute blast trying the different escape rooms that this company has to offer. The challenge, the fun, the excitement, keep you wanting to come back for more. Ive tried rooms with my partner and with groups of friends, and every time I walk out Im happy with my experience. The staff is amazing! The staff is focused on making your experience enjoyable and fulfilling. I cannot wait to try the next room they have to offer. I highly recommend you try one of the rooms if your a local or on vacation looking for something fun to do. I promise you will have a blast.

Awesome awesome place!We did the Christmas black out room today and the staff at the New Haven location did everything possible to make our experience a 10 star experience. We asked them to help make our elf Molly appear in the room for one of the tricks and they made the experience for my 6 year old so perfect that she cried she was so happy. They even went above and beyond and let my parents watch on the cameras to enjoy the moment with us. Anyone that is thinking about booking should book with them!

Great experience! Fun time. Great atmosphere. We did Christmas Blackout which was challenging but not impossible. We finished with 15 minutes to spare and didnt need to use any clues. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Cool place. Very friendly people. Gets kinda hot in the two rooms that are in the back building so keep that in mind when picking appropriate attire.

We love this place. The staff is really nice and does a great job giving just the right amount of help. The games are really fun and well done. We will definitely watch for new games and be back.

I had a great time trying to figure it out with my fam, the guide/announcer was pretty helpful when we needed her to be too she would let us scratch our heads for a while but then she gave us some guidance to get into the next step. Overall it was a great experience and would love to do it again.

Holy worth the experience...a grand time was had by all 10 of us doing Xmas Lights Out on E N Haven loc for my sons 9th...Trio was awesome hostess!

My first time doing the Escape room ever. There was six in our group and it was Awesome ! Each room was diferent but connected you could go between room as each room had clues for the different rooms. We had a lot of fun with it. We got out with 15 mins to spare.

The society was a very fun escape room experience with how it tests your knowledge on certain things, our game master Lauren was very thorough in explaining the rules, the rooms are super clean and sanitized after each use, overall this is one of the better escape rooms Ive been to.

We are truly escape room junkies who love every aspect of the experience and the rooms. Our group planned a road trip to Melbourne to tackle 5 rooms this day. Next we stopped at Escape Room Entertainment in Downtown Melbourne we did the Christmas Blackout.I was not as impressed with the Christmas room, but it could be like the room had so much stuff in it that it felt that everything and nothing could possibly be a clue. I ended up standing in the room a few times saying…I don’t like this. But we did it and escaped. I would come back to do the other rooms here.

Alot of fun... We escaped... But with alot of help definitely want to look up how hard the room is that you select because we just wanted a scary room and ended up choosing the hardest room. But we had a blast have definitely found something that the whole family can do together 😊

My friends and I went to the Christmas Treason room and we had such a fun time! It was so well decorated and all the clues were so awesomely thought out. Heather was so great and helped us so much. Her clues were very helpful but also required us to keep on thinking. I would recommend going there and you’ll be lucky to get Heather!!

Before you start the escape room you will be asked to watch a video. In the video youll be told not to touch the light fixtures or anything that involves electricity. Theyll emphasize these points. Theyll even remind you of these rules in person.And then theyll hide a key in a lightbulb and youll spend 20 minutes stuck because your team followed the rules and didnt touch the lights or anything involving electricity. And then theyll proudly tell you that the room has a low completion rate.The room we did, Web Surfer, had no plot and no coherent theme.Otherwise pleasant staff. The other rooms might be more sensibly created.

Our family of 6 (including 4 children ranging from 12 to 7) were in the Escape From Storybook Land room. We had a great time and felt that it was both appropriate and the perfect level of difficulty for us. We had a great first experience and even escaped!

The escape room (The Society) is a typical 1st generation room. The best in Melbourne! We had a group of 12 moms out to have fun. This was recommended to us by someone who has done a ton of escape rooms. We were told it was the best and most challenging. We had a great time. It forced us to think critically and work together to find our way out. We are looking forward to the new rooms opening. Well definitely go back!

We played Grimm Cabin and had the BEST time!!!I brought a 10, 11, and 14 year old with me as a Christmas present. They talked about it the whole way home, throughout dinner afterwards and every other minute. We talked about game play, things we were surprised about, and which room they wanted to try and escape from next. I want to give a special thank you to Teresa, who made the room sound super fun when we were booking it (It totally was!!) and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. And a huge shout out to Nick, our Game Master. He greeted us with the best smile and attitude and made sure we were really excited before the game even started. You can tell by how he speaks to people that he really cares about people getting the best experience. I have played other rooms at Escape Room Entertainment and always have an AMAZING time. Each room is perfectly thought out and challenges you in different ways. I would recommend any room; youll have an exciting and unique adventure!! Thank you again!!

I went here with my friends and a few of us had never done an escape room before. We had an amazing time and it was so much fun. Heather bent over backwards to help us and even gave us a little bit of extra time to make it out. I’ve been to other escape rooms around Florida but this is by far the best escape room experience I have ever had, I will definitely go back.

Super awesome! We played story book and Heather was so great we decided to play world order which we didnt make it out but it was a good challenge. We love the escape rooms! Heather is the best make sure you call her to make plans.

It was really good. Did one call the society. It was 4ish rooms with decent puzzles. I went with 6 other friends so it seemed kinda easy. We had 20 something minutes to spare out of 60. Would go again for sure.

We love this escape room company and weve not been disappointed yet. Ive done every room and eagerly await new rooms. This is great as a couple or group activity for 2-10 people though prepare to meet new people as you will be locked inside a room with strangers for an hour. Personally I like it but every now and then weve been the only ones to book a room and thats nice as well.

This was one of the cooler escape rooms I have seen. My friends and I did The Society, it was challenging and fun because there are multiple rooms that you have to unlock opposed to just 1 room like others we have done. The guy who was working was extremely nice and friendly. We will definitely be back once they open the other two rooms!

Came for a moms night out. Its was amazing. The staff (Mike) was really cool and super helpful. Loved the experience! Definitely doing it again.

My hubby and I were in town celebrating our anniversary and decided to try this, it was a blast!!! We had a fun group of people and who had never done an escape room either. We finished early and found both coins! It was so much fun! The staff is really nice too!

My brother and I did one of the newly created escape rooms and had so much fun trying to solve the clues. It was very challenging (which we were hoping for) and creative! Super friendly and helpful staff as well. Can’t wait to go back again for another room!

Blood Shed is the hardest Escape Game in Brevard County! Super fun and unique. Cant wait to play their other games.

Our first time in an Escape Room...my husband, brother-in-law and myself barely made it out!! Clues are great, just DONT overthink it. Was a fun hour and staff was extremely helpful! (We might still be stuck in there, if not for well placed clues and staffs additional help) 😊

They wanted to charge an outrageous up charge because I needed to bring my diabled one and a half year old with me on my birthday because she cant be left with just anyone watching her. They are not good for people with disabilities. They dont really care about customer service. They only care about policies and money.

Such an amazing team at this one Ive done over 150 rooms and I can say they are some of my favorites here I want to mention how awesome as a host Cameron was I have honestly never had a host that was so amazing and the other staff jess and drew were super friendly all together I would have to say they honestly deserve six stars if you are an enthusiast this is a must thank you guys for the fantabulous time!!! Just so you know we did undead and shipwrecked they were amazing rooms.

Our office did a team building event the Society and loved it! There are hint boxes throughout so you can set your own difficulty by deciding whether or not to use them.

Right now they only have one room, but it was a lot of fun and well put together! The man on staff was super friendly and chatted easily with the group I was with.

It was a fun experience. The room had 10 people capacity and we were a group of 10 and we were in getting each others ways. So I think no more than 6 people should be in there.

Took my 8year old and 14 year old siblings for their birthday. We got in @19.99 instead of the 27$ just for booking through their facebook page! Definitely Check out their facebook page to see their promotions before booking! We all had a fun & amazing experience! Definitely try it out!

Had to change my 1* review to a 4* review since speaking with a new manager. Heather reached out to us and apologized for our negative experience all the while acknowledging our concerns in a respectful way. That’s all we really wanted - respect - which we didn’t receive from the other owners. Hopefully some improvement can be made to their Websurfer room, because it’s not a good room. But their other rooms (specifically StoryWorld and SweetShoppe) are fun. I recommend going with one of those!............Out of the 55 rooms we have done, this was the absolute WORST experience we have ever had at a venue. Full of logic leaps, red herrings, math equations, bad customer service, etc. Clues should propel the game forward, but instead they left us more frustrated.I have never felt so disappointed. When we came to the manager Tyler about our concerns, he belittled us, was tactless, and made us feel like we were just bad players - when we have escaped from 54/55 rooms we’ve done. We also spoke with Terry the owner who was arrogant and insisted that our concerns were invalid. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.We completed four rooms and found that the low completion rate for their Web Surfer room specifically is not due to challenging and logical puzzles, but is instead due to the fact that it’s a TERRIBLE room.We have never left a bad review before so it’s unfortunate that we have to say this. There are far better venues and rooms.Escape Room Entertainment - Downtown Melbourne is a waste of both time and resources and is not a good representation of what escape rooms should be. What a disappointing experience.
