Met with David E to assist with leaving Spirit and switching to T-Mobile. He was GREAT! He helped walk me through the process to get the account switched from Spirit over to T-Mobiles military plan. He was very patient and helpful. He even worked to switch the numbers from a old phone onto the new phone. If you need to visit a Spirit / T-Mobile store for anything this is the place to go. Highly recommend!!

After waiting for almost an hour in a store where there were two staffs for 3 customers including me, just to be told that they cant help with upgrading the service, it was definitely a bummer! I totally understand they must be focusing on attending the current customers which took almost an hour, but they could have at least asked what was I looking to do instead of making me wait for a whole hour for nothing. Doesnt make sense how I couldnt upgrade the service in-store since I had to go to the store to purchase the service.

Sean (Shawn?) and Joseph were great. Extremely helpful at finding the best deal, patient while we verified that the phone they suggested was the best choice (it was), and very up-front from the beginning about exactly how much we would be paying and what free* really means. Best phone carrier store I have been to.

This is quite possibly the best T-Mobile location I have ever been to. Every time I come in The staff is always great. Whenever I’m interested in a new phone they don’t hesitate to take the time and go over any specs or promotions they have going to get the most bang for your buck.If for whatever reason they need to get back with you on a particular product they take your number down and always call you with the information you wanted. I really appreciate this as a customer and I truly feel valued whenever I step in to this location. Great work !

The short version- if your phone is a mess or you’re confused about something with your plan/coverage, THIS is the place to go to have helpful, friendly humans who take pride in their work help you out.The long version-When your phone crashes right before Christmas, it can be a pretty upsetting situation (#firstworldproblems, I know). When I walked into T-Mobile, I had already dealt with a very unproductive long wait at another very unhelpful store, so my emotions were riding high. The staff there jumped right in and all three of them started assisting me (there wasn’t anyone else in the store, but still- that type of customer service is SO rare). Sean told me he would give it a shot and was convinced he would get it working for me, although it seemed pretty hopeless.When I came back a few hours later, the look of pride in Sean’s eyes that he had done phone CPR and brought it back to life, was unforgettable. He had to do it three times (whatever magic they do) but he didn’t give up, and was able to hand me a working phone with almost all of my stuff on it. It took everything I had not to cry. In trying to prepare a magical Christmas for my 5 children, this was the LAST thing I wanted to be dealing with, but honestly, it added to my Christmas meeting someone who cared so much to provide incredible customer service- they’re so few and far between.I have never had positive experiences with Sprint (umm, ever), but if this is what T-mobile provides, it might be worth staying with them. Thank you, Sean, for giving this momma a Christmas miracle! ☺️

By far the best service I have received in any cellular store. The manager was so helpful and really put his personal best on ensuring my problem was resolved. The staff is very respectful and friendly. DO NOT make the mistake of buying phones over the phone or t mobile online, it is a complete different system that is flawed and these guys have to then fix it all up. Deal directly to this store and they will take care of you and continue giving you service as the first day.

T-Mobile Associate Joe was so professional. I needed help with my SIM card activation on a new iPhone and he took care of everything. He answered all my question and literally gave me the phone ready to use. 10/10 on customer service. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I just stopped in to get my screen protector replaced. When I walked in both associates greeted me. David help me today, he was pleasant and knowledgeable.They didn’t have my screen protector because they don’t stock it anymore which is a bummer but he ordered me a solution to my problem and had it mailed to me and said I could bring it in and he would install it for me.I’m very happy with my experience today and will be visiting this store more often!

Joe and Elizabeth were amazing. We had purchased a phone online and could not get it to work with our existing TMobile service. They both worked very hard to help us with the phone even though we had not purchased it from T-Mobile. In the end, we ended up purchasing a phone from Mobile. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received when we were at this location.

I was told by a friend of mine to come to this store because the costumer service is amazing, i live about 10 minutes away and i most say it was definitely worth the drive. Giselle is such a kind person. she took the time with me and explain to me what my bill is like and about my phone. and the whole time i was there she kept offering me a chair or if i even needed water. she is super sweet. definitely will be sending my family and friends this way ! the team is amazing. thank you guys !

I had so many problems with my phone and the company I was with insurance company! The companies combined ran me around on a phone replacement for 2 weeks.I came to this TMobile store and David and Elizabeth were outstanding! Got my insurance to cover my phone.Got the new phone after a week.Moved my phone and my mothers phone to TMobile.Huge shoutout of thanks to David and Elizabeth for all their help!

I was immediately greeted by Aleana when I first walked in and her personality was a joy to be around. Her service was excellent and the store was very welcoming. While we were waiting for the computer we engaged in conversation and had a few laughs which was way better then just standing there. Every question I had was answered in detail and explained clearly to me that I would understand which not a lot of people do the past times I have went to a T mobile store. Overall a great experience with phenomenal customer service.

My wife and I switched over from another carrier to T Mobile during a promotion and unfortunately I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I called several T Mobile stores and this store had a replacement phone and they said they would hold it for me. When I got to the store were very helpful and able to use the existing promotion to help me out. Long story short, these guys were extremely knowledgable, courteous, helpful, and pleasure to do business with.

They provided the best customer service skills I have received in a very long time. We walked into this store, looking to leave T-Mobile, however Sean and Autumn were amazing, the best customer service I have received in a very long time. They didn’t pressure us to stay, instead they worked with our options and came up with the best solution. Sean talked to us about the newest phones and other services T-Mobile has to offer. They were very friendly and professional, understood my issue and work with me until it was resolved. Sean also showed me features on my phone that I didn’t know I had. We live about 30 minutes away and would come back to this store if we need to.

Stopped in to T-Mobile store to get new phones and switch provider for my daughters and I. We were immediately greeted by associate Chris who spent quite a bit of time telling us about the current specials and deals. After we finally made decisions, he walked us step by step through the switch. We had arrived an hour before they closed but he stayed much later to make sure that we were happy. We did have to order 2 phones that were not in stock and he offered to help walk us through switching those over once we receive them. I will be taking him up on that! Great customer service!

Love this location! Its never too busy and beats driving down to 192, or Merritt Island. The staff at this store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and it is refreshing to see workers who actually care about their customers! I had an issue with my account and the employee went above and beyond in getting it fixed for me, as well as getting me set up with a signal booster for the house. If i could give them 100 stars I would! Definitely my go to store now, it cant be beat.
