Stay away from this location!!!! under new management well the workers still dont know what they are doing. Some guy outside told me he has had multiple issues with them as well and told me to go to a corporate metro for better help.

I went in to get a new screen protector for my iPhone XR. I made the mistake of not asking what it would cost first...$21.40!!! I have never paid that much for a screen protector. On top of that, I discovered a small air bubble that won’t come out (store clerk installed it) and also got called “sweetie” when handed my receipt. Needless to say, next time, I’ll be ordering my screen protector from amazon.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon Oct 23 2016 couldnt decide on 2 phones. The lady working said I had 7 days to return it. I asked her specifically if theres any restrictions on text or anything she said no. 7 days. I came back the next day after work to return it and buy the more expensive phone because I had a hard time hearing ppl from speaker it was too low. The manager said I had 2 hours talk time on it and could not return it I told her the story and the lady that said that was right there and I asked her and she denied that she said that and there was an hour talk time. The manager was very rude no apologies. I cant do anything for you. Il never buy a phone from there again. I told both of them when they said they cant do anything. You both suck you know that.

These people are thieves!!! They charged me for a speaker that I was told was free. My phone after new activation came out to be free. They will do anything for a sale. Will never go there again!!!!!

Sold my wife a new galaxy s6 they have her 2 sets of headphones and a case for free cause she couldnt decide between the 3 of them... Great people very respectful and really honest...

If i could give 0 stars i would.Girls running the store are a joke. The one who took care of me cared more about a stupid text she got while trying to port my number. She even messed that up. She set me up on a plan i didnt ask for and when i asked to confirm if it was the correct plan she simply replied yes. Aweful customer service, had to go to a differnent dealer to fix their screw ups. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

These people are the a bunch of crooks, pay your bill and not reset you data and tell you that you have to wait until the end of the billing cycle! A bunch of damn idiots!

The guy totally screwed up my service plans and changed my password without telling me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
