This place is amazing! I called at a very busy time, with a not easy to fill request, and asked to have it delivered that day to a Hospice facility for a family member. I live in Kalamazoo MI and wanted a local florist. Tony was patient, efficient, understanding, and helpful. After some glitches with phones and my credit card, he took the order and promised to do his best to have them delivered that afternoon (i had called around 1:30). I had the best experience working with Buds & Bows. They are genuinely a great group to work with, and they went above and beyond to deliver a last minute floral arrangement, and it was gorgeous.

I am a repeat customer and it makes me sad that this particular experience was less than satisfactory. I made a specific request for white daises and blue or yellow accents but instead got a lovely assortment of everything but white and yellow flowers with one gerber daisy. I received the picture but the delivery was the day before. They apologized and offered to exchange the arrangement but the damage was done and the recipient declined. This is not what I have come to expect from this flower shop and may try again. But her 80th birthday only comes once.

On day of delivery he was unable to contact the recipient to get access through the community gate and rather than leave the flowers or not complete the delivery, called me in order to help complete the delivery on time. From the moment we sat down and talk, the owner had a very terrible attitude. Even when we called the owner was very rude. She sees clients as if she is doing them a favor by letting them buy their flowers. I tried to overlook this and continue to do business with them. However, they assumed that we didnt wanted to do business with them simply because we didnt reached out when she offered to give us a quote. Avoid this place, they are very rude and disrespectful to their clients.

Wonderful florists and lovely helpful people! My mom was in the hospital for a serious surgery and I was very worried. After surgery, she was struggling so they moved her to intensive care. I had ordered flowers and a teddy bear to cheer her up. Buds & Bows discovered that she could not have flowers in ICU, so they took it upon themselves to send her the bear (see Photo) and a Thinking of You balloon. They then contacted me and told me what had happened and without my asking, they made arrangements to send her the flowers when she is moved. The bear was adorable and my mom loved both the bear and the balloon. It really brightened her day. She is aware she will be getting flowers after she is moved. This business is amazing. I called 20 mins before they closed yesterday to set up a birthday delivery for my mothers birthday. I told them what I wanted and they went above and beyond. I ordered a custom designed arrangement (leaving the creative aspiration to Mary Lou) from Buds and Bows Floral Design for my niece who had just given birth to a healthy baby girl. I placed the order a bit late in the day so the arrangement was delivered to the hospital after baby and mommy were discharged from the hospital. I informed Buds and Bows of my untimely order and they offered to pick up the arrangement at the hospital and deliver to a second location. Amazing touch. I can’t say enough good things about Tony and his Buds & Bows Floral. I live out of state and wanted to send some flowers to my mother at Life Care Rehab. So I did a Google search for local florists in Melbourne and while several popped up, Buds & Bows has the highest review ratings. So I ordered online (for delivery the same day). Tony called me to let me know that they didn’t quite have enough gerber daisies to make the arrangements, so he was going to upgrade my order (no extra cost) and add a couple roses. He then sent me a picture of it to make sure I was ok with it (I was...thought it looked better than the original order). Then I was sent a confirmation and a picture when it was delivered!
