Walked in the door and we were just glanced at and never acknowledged. Walked out after a few minutes.

Ordered a pocket door for a time-sensitive project and when we started to install, we noticed it was fabricated 1/4” wider than the wall. Was told if I brought everything back they would look at it and tell me how to fix it or they could fix, but not on same day. We were left “holding the bag,” as it were, and had to fix ourselves delaying project completion.
