Absolutely filthy bathrooms, no toilet paper to be used, toilet paper and paper towels all over the place, disgusting floors. Cashier was alright but you go through the place not being asked if you need help finding anything, etc. All employees just pass you by without a glance.

Maybe not the newest location, but this store is my go-to when toys are sold out at Christmas. For some reason they seem to have stock in toys that others are sold out of and that is super-important at Christmas.They seem to have a very large selection too - not a small store and not a Toys-R-Us that has been shrunk down a little. It seems to have the full selection.The cashiers are almost always friendly and helpful. I would give it a 4.5 stars and I round up. It isnt perfect, but it has some strong points that make it a great Toys-R-Us location - especially at Christmas.

I havent been inside a Toys R Us since my sons were little. Grand children made me visit the store again after almost 15 years. I had fun. Because of xmas the store hours were 2r hours so I went about 11 at night and spent maybe 2 hours looking at everything. I had forgotten how big the store was and every inch covered in toys. I think I had more fun in that store than I had in years. I think kids have the best stuff.

I always bring my little one here pretty much every Saturday or Sunday. I was a toysrus kid when I was little and so is she. So glad this store didnt close down. Great place to shop or just take the kids to play and look around

Its toys r us, I think the place is nice, people are nice, but their stuff is way overpriced. I can get the same thing at Walmart $10 cheaper. They do have better selections than most others places though.

Lots of sale..great place to shop for kids. Toys toys everywhere. Birthday club is awesome....really made my daughter feel special.

They have a variety of items to choose from. Including all the latest video games, consoles(PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo)and accessories. Name brand toys(Fisher-Price, Vtech), die cast cars(Match Box, Mattel). ToysRUs also carries infant formula, nursery water, toddler jarred foods and snacks, infant/toddler clothing, diapers, wipes and then there is the Baby Registry. This is where I registered for both of my babies. It was a pleasant and exciting experience, both times. Highly recommend registering here.

I am sad that Toys r Us is going out of business. However, a sign posted outside of the store stating 30% off but mostly 5% and 10% per cent off inside the store. The usually confusing disarray inside as well. Nice staff, however.

Will miss this place. Going out sale is mostly 10 to 25 percent off at this posting date 4/19. Still has good selection of stuff. Will check back again in couple of weeks. All sales final.

Much like Sports Authority before it, Toys R Us is going out of business due to its combination of high prices and its stubborn refusal to inovate. Even in the throes of death, its Going Out of Business Blowout prices arent competitive with modern rivals like Target, Best Buy or Amazon. Like all people my age, I will always have fond memories of my childhood visits to the place where I could be a Toys R Us kid. That said, nostalgia isnt (nor should it be) a reason to save a company that hasnt offered competitive prices for years.

The variety is decent and the store is relatively clean i have no opinion on the staff but i did see a couple opened things behind something but what really made its rating lower down is its pitiful sales they are closing down and 10% off? still more expensive than walmart the prices here are insane sometimes 2.5/5 stars.

It’s nice having such a kid friendly store nearby. My kids thoroughly enjoy going to toys r us for special occasions and getting to pick out their own stuff, instead of me guessing at what they want. Plus it’s really convenient to not have to pay shipping and/or wait for shipping on items that stores like target and Walmart don’t typically have in stock in store, which seems to be most the stuff we always want! Also a nice bonus is their free events each weekend. (I know the easter one was really cool).My absolute favorite part about shopping in store though is the price matching policy! I have saved SO much money over the years.

So in California, the Toysrus is filthy and its so dreadful inside. It felt like a morgue. I know, seems like an extreme word, but its fitting, trust me. This one, is A+ though. I love coming here with my little boy and letting him just explore the store. Staff are friendly, its sooo clean, and they have great clearance sales too. This is how I remember Toysrus growing up and I am glad we have moved somewhere that keeps this toy store in shape!

This was my favorite place to go as a kid. Its sad to see it close down. Hopefully something just as good takes this place.

More expensive than other brick and mortar stores that sell toys. The lights make a horrible buzzing sound which drives you crazy while shopping here. The more grown up toys they sell here (drones, remote control cars, r.c. helicopters and boats) are all complete junk and cost twice as much as elsewhere. The only thing worth buying here is game console accessories, ride on toys and baby toys which are all available and cheaper on Amazon. I have 2 boys, ages 6 and 8.

They have absolutely everything your child could ever want and their prices have actually lowered Im not as ridiculously expensive is a used to be

The store has a nice selection, but the location has slightly below average staff. Management takes a long time to respond when staff makes a mistake. We generally find what we need when visiting, but we do not anticipate great service.

It was empty. One associate. Pricing on some items are extremely high. Good selection.

Getting a little thin in here. The most popular stuff has been pretty well picked over at this point, and the mark-downs arent really that great. But the cashier did mention that theyre still receiving inventory from the warehouse, so that may change.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I waited five minutes at the only register with a light on, no one came to assist us. I could hear people chatting. A group of employees were meeting, saw us, and moved a few aisles over. I walked out and left the full cart at the register. So did the people behind me. Never again.

Closed!!!Just like any Toys R Us this place has every toy known to man. Unfortunately they cannot hire enough people to fill the registers when they are busy. I have waited in line for an hour before. I just order online now.

Toys R Us is not what I remember as a kid. Remembering super soakers lining the walls of the entrance leaves a little bit to be desired at this location. Has everything a kid could want or need, however, it doesnt have that nostalgic feel to it as I would like to have. Overall a decent but expensive place to shop for that little one in your life.

Only 4 stars because one of my favorite places to buy toys for my children and grandchildren is now closing, it is very sad but a sign of the times.

Its really big, but very run down and dirty. A lot of grat toy options, though. Very slow business.

Went to use there price match and buy my son a gift but the store manager refused to honor the price match because the toy was out of stock at the other store. She knew i had no choice but to pay that price unless i was going to wait for shipping. This is very unethical and not right. Needless to say I will not be going to or using toysrus again. They need to train there employees on ethics.

I will not be shopping at Toys R Us in the future. I purchased a Frozen backpack/lunchbox combo for my 5 year old who is going into kindergarten from the Melbourne, FL store (located on 192). When I got home, I realized the zipper was broken. Needless to say, my daughter was devastated because she was SO EXCITED about finding this particular backpack, which was the last one of its particular style in the store. This may not be a big deal to a giant corporation, but to my little girl, it was heartbreaking.I returned it, but there were none in stock. No one could tell me when any would be in stock since apparently the stores dont do their own ordering. I later called to speak with a store manager and was connected to a shift manager named Andrea. I explained the situation and asked if there was a way for them to call me when more backpacks in this style came in so that the situation could be resolved. She interrupted me multiple times when i was speaking, and she was very rude in everything that she said to me. This to me is not the quality of customer service I expect, especially when it is not my fault that the store sold me a defective backpack. I am disappointed that Toys R Us employs folks who do not care about the customer, especially when they have the opportunity to right a wrong.Now, in order to make it right for my daughter, I am ordering the backpack online at a much higher cost because I was sold a defective product and no attempt was made to resolve the issue. Two big thumbs down!

Prices are astronomical, barely any Black Friday specials. A toy I found for my son was listed in the store as $70, Amazon sells the same toy for $30.00. Very disappointing. I found one item my kids would like that was the same price online.

Went here to get my nephews several Christmas gifts. Made the restroom my first stop. Totally disgusting place, towels all over the floor - probably because there was no toilet paper. Handicapped bathroom had an overflowing garbage can complete with dirty (and I mean DIRTY if you know what I mean) babywipe and that same DIRT on the sink. Went to wash my hands at the common sink and there was no soap. Couldnt get out of there fast enough.

Im pissed at Toys R Us in Melbourne. I put my baby bike on layaway AND paid for it to be assembled. I go to pick it up and these ***bleeeeppp*** NOT only did they NOT have anymore BUT these ***bleeeeppp**** tried to give me the one on the floor that looked as if it was a return and had been drugged back to the store(several scratches). Im pissed because I couldve gotten a $40-50 bike from Walmart or Target but I wanted THIS one because it was extremely different and I knew my baby would be the only one in the neighborhood with it. Im confused as to how I can pay a yard for a bike and they not have it put aside for me??? Isnt that what layaway is for????😡😡😡😡😡
