This is probably the cleanest and safest Wallyworld weve ever visited. Some of these locations can be a little sketch, but the management here has done an outstanding job keeping this place wonderful. Even the parking lot looks and feels great. Theres a Target literally across the street, but we have no issues going to this Walmart location. Nice work.

Employees were very helpful when I couldnt find what I was looking for. Decent selection. Prices seem to be going up not only here but everywhere we turn. Was a good visit though.

I was shopping for non-slip work shoes, which they had located next to the storage doorway. There were 2 or 3 associates whom were entering and exiting the doorway with pallets while I was attempting to look at the shoes. They were becoming frustrated and rude, as if, I was in their way, yet they almost hit me in the head 2x. They were unable to see me bent over while exiting the doorway and it is a very dangerous spot. Someone will eventually become injured and the men had no right becoming disrespectful to me

I come in at 6 am to try to get the dog food that theyve been out of the last 2 trips Ive been here because I need to feed my dogs. I find out its been discontinued but Im in luck because theres one clearance bag left. I ring it at self checkout like a good Walmart customer and as Im walking away I realize I was charged full price for the bag. I go to customer service to find out I have to wait 10 min. for customer service to open for them to give me my money back. I could see if I changed my mind but this is their fault not mine. The sticker is ON the bag its not like I misread the label. I explained that to the cashier and yet I still have to wait. Just another example of the kind of service you get at Walmart.

This one in Viera, I will never go back. The people in there were rude. You ask where an item might be and theyll just point and say over there. Even the customers were rude. Ill keep my Palm Bay Walmart

I rarely give a Walmart more than 3 stars, but this store is unusually well-stocked every time I go in, the store is clean, and bright and the associates very helpful. I cant give it 5 stars because all Walmarts now basically force the self-checkout procedure and then molest you as you leave to check to see if you did it right. I happen to think Im a pretty darn good cashier despite no training and working for free. ;)

This time when I went to Walmart with my kids it was actually well lit which in the past it just seems very dim. Seemed very well stocked and had the dog food we needed.

I know everyone shops at Walmart BUT if you could go elsewhere... wouldnt you? They dont have half the things you are looking for. You can ask an associate for help but they dont know half the time and the other half they tell you we dont carry that item anymore (even though you eventually find it). They dont keep the bathrooms clean and the wheelchairs are either broken or out in the parking lot. They never enforce the Service Dogs Only but instead have a Bring your dog to Walmart so you can show em off. Please! Its a grocery store!!! Leave your dog at home!!! And that associate standing by the door, say something and send them back!And I swear that most people go just to show off how tacky they dress or what color their hair is or how many tattoos they have.And for those kind people who are willing to help. Thank you all!!

Mark in electronics was super friendly and came right over to help us find a laptop. I ended up buying 4 lol. Thank you Mark for great customer service.

Best Walmart around by far, worth the trip from Palm Bay...

First time ordering online and going for curbside pickup. Ive always thought it was weird that people would pay to have someone pick out their groceries. But I ordered two bags of 20 lb bird seed it noon and they had it ready by 2:30. I did my phone app procedure and boom we pulled in the space and they came out and put it in the car. It was great. The other people are idiots. Plenty of spaces everywhere and someone Parks right beside us and the signs state 2 stay in your car and they get out of their cars. The Walmart was wonderful but ordinary people were stupid.

This Walmart claims their systems are down so they cannot do things like process returns but theyre still able to have all of their registers up and running to where theyre taking peoples money so if somebody has to explain to me how a system breaks down that allows you to take peoples money but doesnt allow you to get a refund if their product malfunctions imagine that this is the third time I have been to this Walmart where they told me the same exact thing it gets to the point where you realize its not the system . Walmart fired thousands of employees to have us work for them in the shelf checkout Lanes wow and nobody blinked and I Walmart is the biggest Hustler I know

Not a big fan to have to check myself out and bag my own stuff, but still paying the same or higher prices for things. Also, people working the self check area do not look happy at their job. Would love to see cashiers again.

I was with my Daughter n my son in-law after the 🎥 Profile n I bought myself a Mothers Day 🧸 stuffed animal on clearance its real cute, I added a hat with a pink n white bow.

I always have a good experience here. I just wish they had more checkers and more service people to help find things. The ones that are there sure will be happy to help, but they dont have enough. I appreciate the products are good value and affordable to us working class people.

My Walmart Supercenter is Awesome. Super staff of wonderful - helpful people. Busy but well run and a Fun place.

Whelp...I think my long affair with Walmart is over. It used to be really good. Then it was just good. Now its just real. Zero customer service and the self checkout is unpleasant and stressful. I will limit my interaction to on line only and find a more pleasant place to food shop. I am finally joining a long list of friends that no longer shop there.

Walmart is advancing their shopper experience with their mobile app scan and go but unfortunately the associates ruin the experience, especially this heavy set redhead lady associate at the 8500 north wickham rd. store who thought shes doing a fantastic job insulting mobile app scan and go customers at self checkout because they werent scanning items using the register scanner .. well duh, very idiotic, get with the times lady and educate yourself. that is horrendous customer service.

I went to automotive. None if the men working the counter had on masks. The staff at the counter didnt seem to have an in depth knowledge of working the register. And there was no place to sit while waiting an hour to have tires replaced. I finally went to the furniture section and found a folding chair and set there, called several people, until car was ready. They did a fairly quick job, and Im satisfied with the tires and price I paid.

Im a delivery driver and you guys never... NEVERRRRR EVER EVER EVERRRRRRR ANSWER THE PICK UP PHONE. Figure your stuff out. We are out here sitting without a clue in the world if you know we are here or not. We DO NOT GET PAID PER HOUR. So while you workers get paid to drag your feet or not WE GET THE EFFECTS OF THAT!!!! ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here since it opened, store is always clean and the workers do their best to keep things stocked. Only issue I have as of late is the limited number of self checkout lanes tends to be a bottle neck during busier hours.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Got what I needed... paid in the self checkout and left.

I just had to walk out of this walmart without buying anything, I asked the personal the door to please watch the cart as I just had to get my card out the car when I came back they gonna say they put all the stuff back n I have to wait until they put them back in the same place I was gone no more than 5min. It was so upsetting to me as everything I had was just what I needed and I couldnt wait for them to put the stuff back if they would of said no to me I would have never left the items

Its nice that they are open until 11pm. But its not the same as its was when they were open 24/7 . Just knowing that they were open for whatever life through at you was nice

Its a Walmart and all that entails. Its also very large. We shop here often and really like the grocery pick up as long as you pick a not too busy time.

Store is generally clean, well stocked, fresh food and can always find what I need.

Clean and friendly environment. Lots of lane for relatively quick checkout.However when you have issue just get runaround. Customer service person Sheila told me that good luck finding a manager. Three employees standing outside photo center but saying not their department so cant help.

Man working in electronics on 4/16/21 at 3:45pm was great. He helped me decide which gopro would be best for my needs and didnt just sell me the most expensive one. Great job!

Ive been doing online shopping so I havent been in store but a few things I di know. Mask are required covid-19 protocols they do provide mask at the door. Online shopping is simple you shop for a few days before your scheduled pickup, pull up, check in, and roll out. NOW SOME WALMARTS ARE SHORT STAFFED AND THERE COULD BE A WAIT TIME. Thats not 5 star worthy but it not the people working trying to get our groceries fault either so be patient if it does take longer just make adjustments and come back before 8pm. 5 stars 🌟 because I did receive all my.products in a timely manner. When I see the people working not complaing that 5 star is for them FOLLOW ME WERE GOING MORE PLACES LOOKING TO 5 STAR YOUR WORK

Always clean and non cluttered aisles. Parking lot super easy to get in and out of. Would travel a ways to go to this location over some others in town

Found softball pants, water jugs and softball belt for a fraction of the cost in the sporting good stores.

A lot of stock missing from shelves. Still have a good selection of food.

Lego clearance was awesome. Saved about $50 and payed $6 for a $30 set. Cant get better than that

This is a supercenter, has everything you will probably ever need, plus a full size grocery store as well. All under one roof.

Never got to eat here. We were there with a wedding party and our party had just gone up to be seated less than 1 minute before we got there. We were late because we had to wait for THEIR elevator for 20 minutes. They would not let us go up. We even asked for the manager who said it was their policy. We were angry, we were on time until the elevator made us wait. We were the only 2 not there. 2 others in our party ran down the stairs. We werent able to do that due to my walking issues and my cane 😭

If I could give 5 stars I would but I came in to return an item and there was 4 people ahead of me and I waited 25 minutes. They only seem to have 1 associate at customer service therefore the line takes forever. The lady behind me thought to let another associate know she was frustrated as well. Please schedule more than 1 person to handle customer service to make your customer experience better...

I tried calling my local Walmart in Viera only to wait on the phone 15 minutes which i understand due to being busy or with another customer, but then i was hung up on. So I called back again only to be hung up yet again. This fun lasted for four phone calls. Finally got a competent store lead which is the term they referred to her as Chrissy who literally handled my phone call in the most professional manner that one would expect from a store manager.. ( Chrissy I hope you see this or better yet i hope your manager see this. ) The five star is for Chrissy not the store.

The one complaint I have now days with Wal Mart is, they stock during business hours. That is not the time to be doing this people! The isles arent very wide and if they are stocking you cant get down them. If youre in a motorized chair forget it. When you add the stockers to the shoppers for online orders thats a lot of traffic. Please reconsider how stocking is done.

I brought my mom to get her Covid vaccination. And although it ran very smoothly for us,there were senior citizens that did not know what to do. There was no one there to guide them on where and what to do except a hand gesture that was said Go in back of the building These poor people had no idea what they were doing and were asking me for assistance. I think there needs to be an employee from Walmart directing people so they dont get confused.

This Walmart was playing straight up bops, had dollar (DOLLAR) flip-flops, and I was delighted to find dollar sour cream. If you are a tourist and want affordable food and maybe Disney stuff, this is for you!The lady at check out was a great sport, putting up with four small but separate purchases. Everyone wished us a good night when we walked out.

This Walmart way bigger than the one off Wickham road, if youre looking for clothes the selection is much better for sure. Four stars becauseit took 15 minutes to buy a straight talk Top-Up card in electronics, there was only one person in line ahead of us, the cashier went back and forth with him answering questions for 15 minutea...If youre not ready to buy I would say step aside for the person behind you. No biggie since I wasnt in a rush but imagine how the customers behind me felt 😬

Truck Parking! This Walmart is a blessing..! It has a separate lot, just for truck parking. Its spacious and easy to access right from the main entrance. This is a rarity in Florida. I encourage drivers to keep the area clean so that we remain welcome here. As for the the store, its the typical Walmart experience. Nothing bad to report.

Out of all the Walmarts that I have been to this one is the cleanest. Ive notice a maintenance guy named Hector who works so hard. He has helped me a few times to grab heavy items that I couldnt lift. I hope Walmart realizes how awesome of a worker he is. Keep up the great work!

Any given day of the week, there seems to always be several items that are never stocked...Ive been waiting for a potting soil for cacti and for the past 2weeks, item is not there. I asked a guy today working back there, he said we dont have it ...duh..I see plain as day the shelf is empty.. be in any day now and walked away 👌ok thanks for your help slick. Easier to pass the buck...

Horrible experience here today.The bathroom was disgusting. Urine all over the floor, toilet paper all over, floor was wet and honestly dangerous.Then at approximately 1:30 today I was looking in the garden area, before you step in there is a cash register and 4 employees sitting. Not saying hello, nothing. Just sitting, you must like wasting your money on employees.Hey Walmart, maybe you need a new store manager. I know a great one with 23 years in the military. My resume is ready! Let me know if you want to make this store a front runner!!

Service desk people here are awesome

This place ALWAYS only has one register opened and its #5. You can never get anyone to help you because they are too busy chanting about how great they are in the back of the store. So its not enough that you check yourself out. You now have to bring your own bags. And the prices never go down enough to compensate.... and dont even bother with the cocky arrogant manager Justin. If you ask for him they tell you hes not to be bothered. Lol. Its really a joke. Id rather go to the small walmart on the beach or pay more at publix!

Nice clean store. Parking lot was free of trash and easy to get around in. The greeters at the door were very nice in providing face covers for those that didnt have one.Wide isles and well laid out. Christopher is downright rude. Accused me of tampering with the card reader and then told me my back account was the issue with the card reader. It was not. But what an awful experience.
