I have been using this Pharmacy for a while and always get treated with wonderful care. One evening my friend was ready for a covid shot. They were closing in 20 minutes and the new pharmacist named Austin actually stayed past closing time to make sure my friend had no reaction to his first Covid shot. Kim, Teresa and Doug Always go out of your way to explain and make you feel very welcomed
Failure to contact customer on un availableMeds over multi-months (❤ & blood pressuremedication) continuously. Automatic system unable to transmit information request. Changed pharmacy to pharmacy with needed medications, transfer request ignored 1st day; 2nd day took nearly 6hrs for Wal-Mart pharmacist on duty to fax information. Excuse given upon calling - pharmacist on duty was giving a customer a shot at the moment but would get right on it as soon as she finished giving first & only care to a customer.By 6:PM Wal-Mart pharmacist still did not transfer info via fax after several phone request nor ask her other 4 associates so medicine couldbe dispensed which was not available thru her pharmacy but available thru another outlet. According to her a major 💊 has not been available to her phar (Eliquis) in over 66 days. However; 5 of my required 7 prescriptions have not been available for them to fill in past 43 days.
My 4 year old was prescribed antibiotics on Monday at 4pm. Tuesday morning I called because I hadnt gotten a text to pick up his antibiotics. I was told you ran out to call back after 4. You didnt have them after 4 either. You should of sent his prescription elsewhere. Wednesday morning I called and was again told check back after 4. I called Publix and its now Thursday and Publix has them. I have a sick 4 year old that went days without the antibiotics he needs because your pharmacy kept telling me one more day. Will never use this pharmacy again.
Its awful all way have problems with this pharmacy, then, they blame others for that, when they are the ones, I cant believe this a big chain of pharmacy...
The pharmacist is extraordinary she has gone out of her way to get my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens and has explained all my new meds.Thank You
Ive had many hit or miss experiences with this pharmacy. They arent always the quickest to help people waiting in line to drop off or pick up prescriptions- they like to talk, and not about your medications, to the customers which holds up the line even more. Ive had associates walk away from the counter while I was waiting and wasnt told theyd be back or if anyone else would help me. I often feel invisible here. If you ask for a time to come back and pick up your prescription, add a half an hour to what they tell you... I have stopped waiting in the store to get my prescriptions because of this. They often dont send my text alert until after I have already been back to get the prescriptions. I keep going though because I do like being able to go online and view a summary of what I have purchased there for itemization for tax time, so that is beneficial.
Terrible service for in store pickup. Over 5 customers waiting for over an hour and a half for a pickup. Steer clear, and go to Walmart of Viera instead.
