Pretty good place. Some nice craft stuff and decorations but watch the prices. Youre often better off going to hobby lobby, especially for floral! But you can still make some great arrangements here. The staff is often disinterested or standoffish with only a couple exceptions.

Everyone in the store is great and always helpful. Supplies are low but thats the times we are living in.

Michaels is filled with the all the craft supplies that I need, as well as all the things I didnt know I needed! My daughter and I could spend hours Ooooh-ing and aaahh-ing at all the fun materials! And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely our favorite craft store!

Went to get glitter poster board at Michaels, Each sheet was 99 cents. At hobby lobby same thing was 2 dollars each. I know where ill be shopping from now on

Almost anything to help with your crafting projects

More expensive than the alternative stores. Cashier acts like she doesnt want to be there. Throws crushables in with one of those large three wick candles.... Just go home if you dont want to be helpful. But, store was clean and well maintained and the other staff on the floor were very helpful. Just a bitter old hag ruined our visit.

This Michaels for some reason seems much smaller than it use to. They dont seem t of have the supplies at times

Returned some things and they were very nice

Places great for artists surprises are a little bit higher than what you find at hobby lobby or some other places especially you can buy cheaper stuff online one of the staff members was pretty rude when we asked her about an online order we placed. she basically lied to us and told us she couldnt tell us when it would be ready even though when I ordered it they said it would be ready by 5:00. We live 20 mi away we went to go to leave we even drove around for a while because I had ordered the stuff at 1:00 and they already sent me four emails saying it was processed.by time we got home a little bit after 5:00 they finally emailed us and said it was ready it was one item that was on the shelf.

Not my usual store and I wasnt very impressed. Staff was not helpful and the cashier was not friendly at all.

Long lines with un-manned registers. Quickly fixed once pointed out. Everything else was good.

Check out person was rude and unhelpful. Ran my daughter in circles when she was trying to use a voucher but she finally got checked out. Otherwise lots of neat craft items.

Love this store!!Only place I can find a certain paint which is a plus!!Some of the floral arrangements and floral can be pricey. But overall love the selection. My favorite is all the farm style decor super cute!

Definitely not enough staff! They changed things around and the coupleof employees really didnt know where to find them. The store also stopped carrying some items I always buy there so I will have to find a new place to get supplies.

Bathroom is hard to find, but it smells like skittles. Has a great variety of crafts, but lacks a variety throughout those crafts. (Has flowers, stamping, beads, paint, yarn, pencils. But doesnt have a variety of brands throughout those specific crafts) but Its close and always a good time.

Its smaller than most of the real Michaels, but ample for a small town clientele.

I like Michaels, its easy to get to and easy with to park as its got lots of parking places,easy access for disabled people too.Its got quite a good selection of things depending on what your hobbies and interest are. And a always have good deals on items, whether 40 or 50% off our buy one get one free etc. The staff are polite and friendly and its very clean.

Employee behind counter was RUDE because she didnt like how many big flip top clearance boxes I was buying and checking out with 5 minutes before the store closed. She barely addressed me at all and did not verbally answer my questions specifically to her. She was very rude.

Youve gotta love Michaels. If you are into any kind of crafts, like specialty paper goods, painting, or just need a decent frame for just about anything-you cant go wrong with this store.It isnt the largest Michaels Ive been in, but it suits my needs. Especially because I generally have more shopping time on Sundays-which makes Hobby Lobby not an option (not that I prefer to shop there due to their politics)-I like Michaels vibe better.Great prices on clearance items. Im a fan of Michaels in general, but this particular location is one of my favorites. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, even if its almost closing time. The store is well-stocked, and as close to immaculate as any such store can be. Kudos all around.

When all nine customers in the checkout line were wearing PPE and maintaining distance it was not the same for thd store employees. Get a clue!

One of the nicer Michaels that Ive had the pleasure of taking my wife to. Of course I am just there to keep our children occupied so my experience is minimal, but my wife always leaves happy, and ready to craft her butt off. I can say that they have anything youre looking for.PS. I leave there having spent nothing less then $100 every trip.

Michaels customer service doesnt compare to Hobby Lobbys customer service. For the courtesies that Hobby Lobby donates, Michaels charges for those services which no longer is a courtesy. Its appreciated that employee morale is supported at Hobby Lobby. Michaels should take a few plays from their play book. Store layout could use some help, but the people will guide you straight to what you are looking for. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the items are very high. They fit a niche market perfectly.

They were letting a small number of people in the store. Employees were very attentive to my needs and friendly.

First time visiting and really liked the place. However, I grabbed a cart that was sitting out of place because I started to buy more items than what I originally planned in buying, the cart was empty so I grabbed it and started loading it up. A few mins later an associate came up to me and asked if I took her buggy, I stated Idk i just grabbed this one because it was sitting there, long story short i ended up giving her the cart and put everything i had back on the shelf and left. Wont be back. If customer service sucks I dont do business. I much rather give my time and money to people who are just as kind as I am.

They would not honor the 60% off 2020 Planner coupon that I had. Kept coming up with excuses about (i.e. only online, only dated) just to name a couple. I decided not to purchase all of the items I had been planning on purchasing. The staff was not very friendly about it either. I did purchase a couple of items that had no issue with the coupons. Probably will not be going back to this Michael’s, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The store is ok but crowded and a little dirty. Im not sure if its me or what but the employees Ive interacted with are not the nicest and give as little info as possible. For example, I had a coupon from the app and after scanning, the girl bluntly stated, Its not active. She was not going to explain why even after I pressed because it was $20 off and she seemed annoyed that I was confused (fine print said 3pm to close ugh) and I honestly just dont like being treated like Im stupid. I can find better deals elsewhere so Sally this will be going on my *only shop in a pinch* list.
