When shopping for new counter tops our last stop was Personal Touch. This was the best stop. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Luciano introduced himself and after a few minutes he knew what we were looking for and immediately showed us exactly what we wanted. Luciano set up a date for measurement and showed up the following week at the exact set time. Next was a date for installation. Again they showed on the set date to remove old countertops and install new beautiful quartz counters. They were professional and efficient. Luciano followed up on every step from measurement to install. We will recommend Personal Touch to anyone looking to remodel. Personal Touch will be around for long time with the attention and professionalism they give to their customers. Great job our counters are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We redesigned our kitchen layout and their measurer gave us great input on the design, using laser technology which is amazing. Installation was on time and professional. PT has been the best experience in our entire kitchen renovation. After calling 4 other fabricators and not getting a single response, PT was the opposite. Meriany responded to me within minutes, and was so patient with me. I must have sent her 10 different countertops I wanted quotes on, since we were on a budget. She kindly worked with me through it all. We were also doing 90% of the work ourselves in the kitchen, so our timeline moved from July to November with one delay after another. Meriany was totally fine with this and again, SO PATIENT! She always assured me everything would be fine and continued to be flexible with our install dates. We FINALLY have our kitchen done, and I would recommend Personal Touch a thousand times over.

These folks are all about precision. We had 8 different pieces of quartz countertop cut with complex curves, cutouts and corners. Every piece fit perfectly. The one seam that we had fit so perfectly that you cant tell that there is a seam there. They use laser technology to do their measurements and it works beautifully. In addition, they are great to work with and cost competitive. We couldnt be more pleased. Thank You PTC!!

These guys are great to work with. Kitchen counter initially estimated to require 2 slabs to cover the lower bar portion and sink area. The guys was able to make it from 1 continuous slab! Professional job!

Personal touch recently created granite tabletops for our kitchen area. Our experience with them from the beginning to the end was extremely courteous and highly professional. We contacted six fabricators and ended up getting quotes from four of them. We were not interested in fancy showrooms or upscale salespeople. We just wanted a company that would do a great job for a reasonable price. That is what we found with personal touch. Everyone in their company that we came in contact with was pleasant and knowledgeable. The show room is nothing fancy and is located in a warehouse district. However, they had everything they needed to properly help us make our selections. They are extremely organized with high attention to detail. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and always punctual with our appointments. They came to our home to take precise measurements. They had us personally inspect the slab when it arrived and worked with us to determine what portions of the slab to utilize. Throughout the process they showed tremendous patience and were clearly highly motivated towards making us as happy as possible with the results. These people are humble, but competent. They are highly customer service oriented. They did high-quality work for a very reasonable price and kept every promise they made. We are extremely satisfied with our granite tabletops and with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

This guys are really top notch ! Got in touch with them after a friends advice. We decided to use them for our kitchen/bathrooms cabinets and countertops and it was the best decision we might take.! After the first meeting to choose colours and materials, we got to an agreement thru email (we live in Italy) and it was really easy. But the best was still to come. They respected every and each date and time, did more than they should with the removal of the old kitchen.The installation of the new cabinets and countertops was at the highest level and were fully satisfied with it.So I would totally recommend them !!Thanks Henrique and Luciano !!
