This place should be closed down. They scammed me into paying over $200 for face products when she told me it would be $150. Now after using it for 3 days I have so much acne all over my face and it burns definitely do not recommend this company.
Buyer Beware. Im sure the products are good but their customer service is horrible. They duped my mom into purchasing a $1200 facial package that she cannot afford. Mom, like many of our seniors, is on a fixed income. Simply put, she was mourning my dads passing that day and they caught her at a vulnerable moment. When we returned two days later to ask for a refund the salesman informed us that he did not have the authority to issue a refund. We were told to contact the manager and given his personal cell. I contacted the manager, who said he understood but he did not have the authority to issue a refund. He asked me to send pictures of the products and the receipt to his cell. He went on to tell me that customer service was most important to the company. He would reach out to corporate and arrange a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. He said we probably wouldnt hear back for 7-10 days because it was Thanksgiving week. On day 10 I called the manager on his personal cell only to be placed in a customer service queue. I left a message, but received no return call. So I texted the manager on his personal cell to express our disappointment. This prompted a call from customer service. When I mentioned the managers name, they had no clue who he was, nor did they have any information on our claim. Wasnt this his cell? The rep went on to tell me that there was nothing he could do because he didnt have the authority to issue a refund and even if he could, we had exceeded their 14 day policy for refunds. Are you kidding me? We filed a claim 2 days after the purchase and had now spoken with 3 people who had no authority. Was this the plan all along? At that point I got a little animated. No cuss words but I was heated. I apologized to the rep. The rep told me he was going to email the VP, I would get a call later that day and quickly hung up on me. Needless to say, its been over a week now and no call.
Terrible, pushy employees! The manager was a rude, insulting jerk. Suggested that my entire face was a mess! Which, btw, it is not! Product felt like glue and was sloppy. No thanks all the way around!

They have an amazing products over there that works !! been there with my wife and there was a great skin care specialist over there with a lot of patience to all my questions I’m really glad from that experience definitely recommending !!

Dont know yet had a bad reaction to a treatment today and trying to call them to cancel what I ordered for my next treatment and cant get through to them< i will have to cancel through my credit card if they dont answer me tomorrow.
They have nice cosmetics here, but they are a little pushy. If you can look past that, its a good store for things different from Macys or JC Penney.
Sales people are way to pushy, I try to take my grandaughter to the play area outside of their store and they always try to get me to get in their store to try to sell me cosmetics, like I can do that when I have a 3 year with me that wants to play!!! Jeez!!
