We ordered a special, custom cake for our teens high-school graduation and were blown away when we arrived to pick it up. The cake was just absolutely perfect. My son was speechless when he saw it and all his friends raved over how awesome it was. This masterpiece was truly the most epic cake I think we have ever gotten. Cakes So Simple made the absolute perfect cake for my birthday! However, it was the staff that made my experience incredible. We showed up after a long drive from PA, and was treated like family! I cant say enough about our experience! The next time Im in Melbourne, Ill be ordering from them again!

My sister ordered a cake from here for my nephews birthday. (She placed the order way ahead of time). When she went to pick it up they had forgotten to make it. They said they are “too busy”. We are having a family party with family from Florida and Pa all getting together and no cake. Way to disappoint a kid. I’m editing this to add that my brother in law called the store and provided his credit card to an employee over the phone for the deposit. He was originally sent an email requesting his card information. Obviously email is not a secure way to send credit card information. I can understand that an employee made a mistake, but the attitude of the facility “oh well” is not acceptable. My sister has bought from them before but will not be doing that again.

Cake So Simple made our wedding cake and it was AMAZING. Not only did it look beautiful, but it tasted amazing! We had three different flavors in our four tiered cake and had so many compliments on how delicious it was. We cant wait to eat the top tier on our one year anniversary!

Cakes So Simple made us the perfect wedding cake. It was the best cake weve ever had (and we eat a lot of cake). It was received with rave reviews on looks and flavors. They brought our ideas to life and made them better. The pies they did were also a hit of our pi day wedding. They took on the task without hesitation and were there to help us all along the way. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Wasn’t overly impressed. I ordered a cake that was supposed to be pink to white ombré and it was like they didn’t know how to ombré and gave me a cake that was half white and half pink. There was no gradual color change at all. Other than that, it tasted pretty good and the staff was super friendly. Just disappointed in the coloring.

Awesome cake! We requested an Outlander themed cake for my wifes birthday. All we had was an idea and a picture. They took that and made it a reality. This experience was top notch from the amazing cake tasting to them duplicating a cake practically exactly from a picture to them delivering on time to the cake being as delicious as it looked... a+! The craziest thing, people didn’t even think the cake was real because it was so perfect!!

Ordered cakes from here for my big occasions since I moved to FL a couple years ago and I am never disappointed! They really outdid themselves on my older daughters birthday in December with AMAZING unicorn cupcakes and now today with my younger daughters baby shark birthday cake! Will recommend to all friends and family AND be back myself!

I wanted to love this business but was so incredibly disappointed in their services for our wedding. I do not recommend Cakes So Simple under any circumstances.To keep it succinct, this business is, in my opinion, very unprofessional when it comes to finances and being organized. Do not pay this business in cash!Cakes So Simple appears to be a very unorganized operation. They called me LITERALLY the day before my wedding with an issue regarding payment. Doesnt that sound like something that should be taken care of a couple weeks before such a big event? To date the owner still has not reached out despite the fact that they created a big source of stress and had me in tears on the phone less than 24 hours before my big day.The cake itself was okay. But not worth the hair-pulling that came with dealing with this business.

I love the cakecups. I love the many flavors and creations they have for them. Their store is absolutely clean. They have very thick binders to help people find any kind of cake and for any occasion there looking for. The ladies there are top notch with willingness to help customers and they are very nice and knowledgeable. There the go to place for your many needs of cakes, cupcakes, or even other treats they come up with.

I was out of state and unable to be with my Mom in Florida on her 93rd birthday. I contacted Cakes So Simple who came to my rescue. They delivered a personal cake and 75 cupcakes to the Assisted Living where my Mom lives. They even helped to set everything up for the party! My Mom said the cake and cupcakes were beautiful and delicious. Thank you Linda for making my Mom’s 93rd birthday special!!!

Linda was so wonderful to work with and her cakes are DELICIOUS! She is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and of course so talented!I wanted to surprise my husband with the airplane cake at our rehearsal dinner and Linda was so helpful in pulling this off! I chose the chocolate with peanut butter filling for this cake. Everyone loved the moistness and taste of the cake not to mention the amazing detail of the airplane. Even the staff at the restaurant were stopping in to take a peek and were so amazed.We also had 3 cakes at our wedding reception; the wedding cake and two grooms cakes. Everyone had so many good things to say about them and kept asking where we got them. They were so beautiful and just how we imagined. Again, the detail and perfection were incredible. We chose two flavors for our wedding cake and found all of our guests asking for a second piece so they could try the other flavor.I cant say enough about Linda and Cakes So Simple; She was Simply Amazing!

After seeing pictures of several delicious desserts I knew I had to give this place a try. I had a cup filled with all kinds of yummy goodness and some cookies. The treats tasted just as good if not better than they looked. Kelly was very helpful and helped me choose because they all looked so delicious. I will definitely be a returning customer.

They have some very creative cakes for every occasion. My dogs love their dog treats!! Every time I go there, I discover a new “favorite” cupcake flavor!! I have yet to try a flavor that I don’t like!!

Cake So Simple made my dream wedding cake! It was everything I wanted it to look like from the flowers on top to our initials carved on the bottom tier. They delivered the cake to our venue on a day that they were closed, which was amazing and Im absolutely grateful for it. We did two flavors with two different fillings: chocolate with cookies and cream, and vanilla with a strawberry cream. Hands down the best cake Ive ever had! It was moist and delicious. The lovely ladies who created this cake for my wedding were very sweet and easy to work with. Kelly helped me pick my flavors and took me through the process so I could decide exactly what I wanted. I cant thank them enough for how great they were on my special day!!!

Linda Lee did a great job on our wedding cake. It was simple yet beautiful, and it tasted great. It was also PLENTY of cake-- we left the leftovers with the cleaning crew where we had been staying! I think some people must eat bigger servings than our family! We even saved a tier for our reception next year-- and I cant wait to eat it! It was worth the extra for the cream in the middle of each later; it added a nice touch and the bride especially loved the extra creamy chocolate! Thank you!!!

While planning my flroida wedding all the way from Kentucky, I found Cakes So Simple through a Google search. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a go for my wedding and grooms cake. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! We had chocolate cake for the grooms cake and for our top tier of the wedding cake. It was sinfully delicious. The rest of our wedding cake consisted of Key lime and strawberry cupcakes and they were super delicious. The frosting was sweet without being overly sugary. We wanted a specific design on the grooms cake and they nailed It! They were awesome to work with and super responsive via email. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Cakes So Simple!!

Ive been Lindas customer since she arrived on the Space Coast, referred all my brides to her for their wedding cakes, anniversaries, etc. also a customer for childrens birthday, wedding and bridal showers. Talk about yummy, cookies and cake pops are awesome..especially my favorite...Key Lime! When you buy from Linda you know its fresh, homemade, no jars or short cuts here.. as for her business..one of the easiest people Ive done business with..easy to talk to, listens to all the details and never is exorbitant on her fees. Her artwork is phenom.

We used Cakes so Simple for our mini cupcakes for our destination Wedding at the Harbour House on May 12th. The ordering process was easy and fast. The guests raved about the cupcakes, and they looked so clean and beautiful sitting up with our wedding cake. I would definitely recommend.

Cakes So Simple made my amazing wedding cake! We had 2 flavors of cupcakes and 2 flavors of sugar-free cake (2 tiers). My husband is diabetic and it is so difficult to find someone who can make sugar-free cakes! (not to mention make them delicious!) We still had a ton of flavor samples at our tasting and were very happy with the presentation and taste. We rented the fancy cupcake stand too :)

Linda and team designed the cake for our wedding last weekend and it was lovely. We chose 4 layers of cupcakes of various flavors (favorites were caramel and key lime) and at the top a eight inch red velvet cake. It was beautiful and nothing was left but the cake topper. Thank you!

My son’s Lego birthday cake came out awesome. Everyone thought it was the coolest cake and it tasted great. Cakes So Simple was able to get it done on short notice which was a big relief. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Stopped in today for the first time after following them on Facebook. They have daily specials on cake cups and slices of cake. Most recent, the pineapple upside down cake with cheesecake in the middle was pretty tasty! I usually despise whipped topping for icing, but this one was light and fluffly! Would definitely come back for my sweet tooth fix.

I dont usually complain about anything !! We order cupcakes from this place . We didnt get what we order.when asked about the decorations on the top we were told that was extra. They were not very nice and was not willing to fix it, so be careful what you order

Look, I am going to be blunt. This is the best bakery in Brevard County hands down. Stop shopping for stuff at Publix or Lovebugs and yes i have tried both. This place is just absolutely amazing. My wife and I have them do our Wedding Cake, a baby shower cake, several birthday cakes, and they our going to do our daughters first birthday cake. We are in love with this place, not just because of how amazing the product is, but they back it up with customer service that is cant be compared to anywhere else. They always remember us and treat our products like they are priority which is so hard to find in todays commercial world. Stop shopping around for another bakery. This is your place.

I met Linda Lee at a bridal expo in an auditorium filled with talented bakers and vendors. Despite all the crowd, her cakes stood out. Not only were her displays the most creative and appealing, her samples were incredible! Shortly afterward we scheduled a tasting and I was impressed by the range of flavors she had to offer. In the face of so many options, she helped my then fiance, now husband, select a cake perfectly suited to our tastes. Working with her was extremely refreshing as she listened to our ideas and helped us discover what would be best for our wedding. To that effect, we also decided to order 100 mini cupcakes for our guests. We were able to select a diverse range of flavors so that everyone could have a delicious treat, regardless of their personal preference. Our choices were: a copy of our wedding cake (vanilla with almond buttercream frosting), pumpkin pie (with whipped cream frosting), Reeses peanut butter cup, piña colada, and chocolate with strawberry mousse. They were all a hit. Almost none were left after the reception and those last few were devoured in the next day. If you need a cake or cupcakes for an upcoming wedding or any event, I could not think of a better business to contact. Throughout the whole process, Linda Lee was extremely pleasant and thoughtful. Her prices are fair and well worth her product. Cakes So Simple took care of delivery, provided the cake stand for us, and took care of set-up at the venue which made things the day of our wedding as smooth as could be.

The cherry cheesecake cupcakes were delicious! Cakes So Simple is now my go-to place for all future events.

If you value the health of your family and guests as well as your wedding, use a different baker. This company is a HEALTH RISK-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WILL NOT BE SPENDING A FORTUNE ON YOUR CAKE. To me $500 is a lot of money even though its average cost for a wedding cake, and thats what I spent for a 6 inch wedding cheesecake and 50 dessert cups, (I have 5 kids, my wedding was very small, only 30 ppl). I thought it was a simple enough job for a baker as highly rated as Linda with Cakes So Simple. The day before my wedding my fiancé picked up dessert cups and cake for our big day. They initially forgot 2 of the dessert cups and he had to go back to get them. Nbd. But when he arrived home, we discovered that half the dessert cups were smushed, yes, half of my party favors were not even presentable, I would have been embarrassed to give them to my guests. It looked as though they had stacked one box of favors on top of the other. Then we noticed that the fresh fruit toppings had molded, not just a little bit, mold was everywhere. Attached are pics. This is not the typical overnight tiny bit of mold that could have been remedied with new fruit, it was extensive, the cake must have been prepared, frozen, and then left to thaw/mold. Nothing was salvageable. When I contacted the # Linda had previously given me to reach her at, it turned out it was her assistants phone, then she tells my fiancé (now husband) that Linda is out of town on vacation. Linda previously admitted to me that she had another big wedding that day, so Im assuming thats why she was not able to do a final check on my cake and thats why it was frozen, bc someone elses day was worth more to her. They lied and said it hadnt been frozen but I worked for a baker when I was younger and I am fully certain I received a previously frozen cake. My cake was my only splurge for my wedding, the only thing I was specific about, the dessert cups I hired her to make were the only things I planned to give out to guests as favors. I have 9 month old babies, a 96 year old grandmother, and a father on immune suppression medication. Had we not seen the mold and served our guests it could have had a devastating effect on our loved ones health. Now for the icing on the cake so to speak, they offered a full refund which I graciously accepted bc they could not remake my cake and desserts cups in time for my wedding BUT, I had spent an additional $120 on supplies (dark melting chocolate, chocolate transfer sheets, and soufflé cups) bc Linda complained about not having the time to get them herself. I had this stuff overnighted to her bc of the time crunch. She not only used all the supplies I sent but refused to reimburse me for them so I spent $120 on a moldy cake and dessert cups that my husband and I and our guests never got to enjoy. (If you are reading this Linda, that was a horrible business decision, had I gotten a full refund or even a sincere apology I may have been nicer in my review, but honestly my experience was nothing but negative). Not only that but when Lindas assistant came to pick up the molded cake and dessert cups they never even apologized to me, I was never contacted directly by Linda either to formally apologize. She didnt care at all what a horrible ordeal this was to have to deal with the day before my wedding and neither did her employees. This was a huge issue. Cakes So Simple almost poisoned my guests, they almost ruined my wedding and no one cared enough to even sincerely apologize. Not to mention that I had to find and hire a baker on 24 hours notice and pay a last minute fees to have a cake for my wedding. Thankfully that cake came beautiful and without mold. If you do not want to experience this kind of stress on your wedding and want to keep your guests from certain food poisoning, do yourself and your guests a favor and choose a baker who actually cares how your cake and your day turn out.
