I ordered delivery to my dorm room and after two hours the food had not arrived, so I gave them a call and they delivered my food to the wrong room. They said that the grill was now closed and there was nothing they could do. Do not order from this place.

The only thing consistent about this place is the terrible food and extremely high prices, only reason they’re still in business is because they except school currency. Food always takes way to long to make, is typically cold when you get it, pizzas are consistently burnt and greasy, and the smell that radiates from this place sticks to you for a week. Can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience but there’s really no other option late at night.

I go there pretty often, mostly because it accepts the college currency. Basically I dont have another choice. Its not the worst but it is not good. If you want to spend your own money and not the college currency, it gets pretty expensive for the price they charge. Its just there to hang on until you get some money to eat elsewhere.

Honestly, its not the worst place I have eaten, but with the other options on campus, this is a last resort. Certain items are too pricey, while others are on the money (literally). I recommend the cheese steak, which is pretty good for a guy that has lived right outside of Philly most of his life, and the curly fries. I would highly stray away from the chicken bites and larger pizzas, for the chicken is too dry and the pizza is too greasy. The personal pizza is good, though, so that is a recommendation as well. The Eatery isnt anything special, but its a fun hangout with decent food. 3 stars.

Only reason I eat here is because I have a meal plan. Food is decent but not worth a 30 minute average wait time for an Italian cold cut.

The food is really good, but the delivery sucks (all because of THE guy who answers the phone most of the time, this time I will not say his name) he is incredibly rude and as a consequence the order comes wrong 1 out of 2 times literally, I order almost everyday so I would know. getting tired of it.
