My husband and I were able to get our glasses very quick and easily. And when I got new glasses and later accidentally broke them, i was able to take it in and get the lenses put into the frame of my old glasses free of charge. They were very friendly and helpful.

I picked my glasses yesterday afternoon, the worker just put glasses on desk “here are your glasses “. She didn’t even ask me to put them on to make sure fit and sight were ok. I put glasses on, they’re loose. Rudely the woman said “if you want me to adjust them I can”. Her adjusting resulted in the left leg get out of alignment. Once I got home realized I can’t read a word, it’s all blurry. This morning spoke with supervisor to advise her I can’t read, first word out of her mouth was “didn’t you read something before leaving store “.That’s all I can take from a company with terrible customer service. Dr Scott is a good doctor, too bad the ones up front are rude and don’t even know how to adjust eye glasses.I’ll be returning glasses and never go back there.

Disappointing experience. I went for an eye test and a pair of glasses. Doctor was a bit ruahed and I had to pick the glasses while having my eyes dilated. Nevertheless, I paid for the order and waited 2 weeks. When i tried my new glasses, it made my vision blurry and gave me a headache within seconds of trying them. I asked them to fix it despite some objections such as maybe you just need to get used to. Three weeks later i got a message that my glasses have been fixed and read to be picked up. Again same problem only this time I gave it tried and accepted them. To my surprise one of the lenses fell off. Glasses still were giving me blurry vision. I returned the glasses for a full refund the only thing I had to pay was for the test. A test that I need to take again because I do not trust the expertise of the doctor.

I have been going here for years! Great doctor and even better office staff! Everyone is so helpful and kind also at a great price! Adalyn the office manager is excellent highly recommend this place for all of your optical needs !

Worst experience. The dr rushed through the exam and said multiple times we’ll hurry up and get you out of here. He was abrupt and wouldn’t give me the opportunity to speak and or ask any questions. Purchasing my glasses was a nightmare. There were four employees and the only one answering the phone was the man helping me. We would have to start over every time he hung up the phone. It took over an hour. He helped everyone he could . Except for me, the customer in the chair across from him. He did not do a good job explaining what my insurance covered.

Staff was incredibly friendly and the service was great! The Dr was also great! He did the exam quickly yet throughly, very personable. I’ve been getting my eyes checked for glasses every year near my bday for the last 20 years. This has to have been the best exam/purchase I’ve ever had for new glasses.

Dr. Scott and the staff at Optical Outlets have been amazing to my kids! Highly recommended!

She was extremely patient when I had about 10 different pairs of glasses to choose from. Very affordable and it didn’t take very long to come in. I went for my follow up after my contact exam. The dr told me to lean back, he put some drops in my eyes that burned. I said “what was that?” “Oh I just dilated your eyes” WHAT? I’ve never had my eyes dilated. After he checked my eyes, he said I was good to drive. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour because my vision was so messed up. I missed a meeting at work. 3 hours later I still could barely see my laptop/phone. I wish he had told me what he was doing. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment about week out for my wife and 3 year old son. The day before the appointment, they called and informed me that they dont see 3 year olds. I could be having an appointment for my family but now Ill have to wait another week or two.

We have been customers at this location for about 8 years. We just left today and are very happy with the service and quality we experienced. The store manager, Jeri is excellent. The prices are reasonable (compared with other optometry offices) although not as cheap as online outlets. If you prefer in-person assistance I would recommend Optical Outlets.

I had a eye exam today with Dr. Scott for new glasses. Well Dr. Scott was very nice and very thorough with my exam, explained everything. Nice Doctor.Then I had to see the tech Zac to have the measurements and all I need for my 2 new pair of glasses. One every day pair and 1 pair sunglasses. Zac is the best, coverd and explained everything to me.Was very nice and very helpful.Will definitely go there again. This is my new eye glass shop. The wouldn’t take my son that was 4 years old...though according to my insurance they would. And all that would of been fine if they had notified me in advance before I showed up to the appointment. They told me they called but I never received a voicemail!

Prices are reasonable. No up selling, no telling me my prescription wont fit certain frames. Attractive frames. No pushing designer frames. Bought 2 pairs in less than 20 minutes. Pleasant experience. AND they text you when your glasses are ready.

My teen daughter went to the doctor and they dilated her eyes and when she left, they didnt give her a shade and she almost had an accident never told her and when asked, they said i ran after her but she was gone, very responsible doctor??

This place is great I broke my glasses A few days before I was leaving for a trip...called mid afternoon on a Monday and they had me a new pair by Wednesday. Expedited my order for free. It couldn’t have been easier. Thank you optical outlets!

All of the ladies are wonderful, but Adalyn is incredible!!! So kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and very patiently helps you decide on a frame as you try on every pair in the store!! She also truly cares - I see her once a year and she always asks about my family (by name, mind you!). The prices are really good and they have their own lines plus designer name brands. I had an amazing experience! Dr. Scott was great, and April was extremely helpful and made my experience personable! I recommend visiting the location. Their selection is a bit limited but I was able to find a pair that I REALLY liked.

I felt everyone was very nice and helpful. The lady was perfect when helping me pick out frames. Also the doctor took time to hear me out and give feedback on my eye issues. Got lucky that this place is on my insurance.

I had such a good experience in the office. The girl that helped me was very friendly when me and my husband walked it. She was a little busy but made sure to give us eye contact and let us know she would be with us shortly. She seemed to be the only employee in the store but managed it well being very cordial with all the patients making sure to greet everyone that walked in and giving us and them her name if we had any questions. Once she got to me and my husband she helped him pick out a few frames and asking my opinion as well to keep me apart of his experience. We found a few frames we liked she sat down with us and went over our options with glasses as far as extra products and gave us a quote. We didnt have my husband prescription so she offered to call the location and have them fax it over but as we just moved here my husband couldnt remember the name. We will definitely be back once my husband gets his prescription to order glasses with Adalyn. She made it a very enjoyable experience

Received eye exam on 2 occasions,chose glasses from selection,both times went to have them adjusted repeatedly.Altho reps are pleasant & very helpful they seem to not be able to get fittings right.Told them Im 20 mins from Melb/Suntree & cant drive EVERY time need adjustments.3 strikes Im out... :-(

I have been using optical outlets for many years I have seen Dr. Scott who is super professional and patient and explained everything thoroughly. I also get my glasses there and never had a problem they have many many styles and all the help there is more than accommodating. I recently took my little girl for an eye examination, she was not happy at all when she had to have her eyes dilated, Dr. Scott was very very patient with her kind and thanks to Dr. Scott he was able to get her eyes checked, and also picked out her glasses and receive the color that she wanted. I was helped by Jeri Who is very professional and extremely helpful as are all the ladies that work in this location. I am very particular with any type of doctor that I see are used to go to Baskin Palmer one of the best in the world, I consider Dr. Scott to be equal to any doctor I have seen at Baskin Palmer.

I have bought a regular pair of bi-focal glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I thought that the cost for both was fair and that the service from Adalyn was outstanding. She is very cordial and proficient, and she was the reason I came back to buy the sunglasses . She took the time to both explain alternatives for me, as well as tighten some loose screws on a pair of glasses I had bought at another eyeglass store up North

Very disappointed with staff. Ordered two pair of glasses for their 2 for 100 special. Paid $203 with the $69 exam. Went to pick up my glasses today and was told I only ordered one pair.Cheated and swindled.Very disappointed. I had been a customer for four years, but not any more.

I made an appointment here. The woman who actually made the appointment was sitting at a desk when I arrived. I stayed “I have an appointment at 5:15.” She replied, saying “No you don’t. We don’t even have a doctor here today.” Horrible attitude - no notification of cancellation, no acknowledgement SHE made the appointment. I went straight from this “appointment” instead to Eyeglass 20/20 who fit me in for an eye exam and bought a beautiful pair of glasses. It’s unfortunate that this woman at Optical Outlets has such reprehensible customer service skills. I won’t ever set foot in there again.

Complete waste of time. Optometrist was unprofessional, no stock on hand, wouldnt write a prescription so I could fill it at Costco...the list goes on and on. Their Yelp rating accurately reflects (1 star) their service.

I was really disappointed all around. The sales experience was mediocre at best and the pickup experience was terrible. They didnt offer to ensure the fit was correct and they were crooked and didnt sit straight. Not at all what I expected when I ordered them but they didnt go over what to expect with the bifocals well.

Ive been to this office twice. The first time I was there the woman behind the desk tried to charge me double what my insurance copay and costs were supposed to be. I figured she was new and didnt have a clear understanding of copays and billing. She ended up charging the correct amount after i questioned it. I went back today to get new lenses in an old pair of frames that I had . My daughter also received an eye exam and wanted new lenses in old frames .Well the girl at the desk again was trying to charge a ridiculous amount . This time it was a different girl. I was charged the same amount in copays and costs as the day I had an exam, purchased frames, and lenses .When i questioned it she couldnt give a clear answer. I paid the copays, left both pairs of frames with her to have new lenses put in and left .15 minutes later I get a call from the same girl telling me that she forgot to charge me an extra 60.00 because if Im only having lenses put in, and not purchasing another pair of frames then there is a 30.00 per pair processing fee. I went back and got my frames back along with a refund for everything I paid for. She then tells me that I still need to pay the copay for my daughters glasses. My daughter didnt get any glasses from them today. I pointed that out to her and that copay went away also. There is definitely something wrong within this office. The fact that they tried to rip me off on 2 separate occasions means that it is highly likely that they are doing this to everyone. I am also going to make an insurance fraud complaint against this company as well. Something is definitely not right. Beware of this office.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I made an appointment after receiving a form from my daughters school for her to get an exam and a pair of glasses. I explained that my daughter has special needs including autism, cognitive impairment and sensory issues. I asked to be with someone who could work well with non typical children. I was assured that they had experience with people like my daughter and were able to work with her without issue.When we went to the appointment a very pleasant woman tried to do the usual tests with my daughter. My daughter can not sit and tolerate light coming toward her eyes or air being blown into them. With me holding her head still, the lady was able to do one test, but the doctor insisted that she try the other one. My daughter could not sit in place (with me restraining her) to do it. We then went in to see the doctor. He was not the least bit personable. He appeared disheveled and wore sandals without socks. His whole demeanor was not typical of a professional office setting. He asked me, So what is her developmental age? in an annoyed tone, all in front of my daughter. My daughter may have special needs, but she is fully aware of what people near her are saying. He told me that he couldnt examine her and said we should see Dr. Tether. Um, do a two minute google search. I let him know that we go to an ophthalmologist in Orlando who does a thorough exam and has no problem working with people who has special needs. I was informed that I could bring that prescription in and they would use it to make her glasses.I then took my daughter to Orlando where she was terrified after her experience with the doctor at Optical Outlets. I did get her to go in and it was such a dramatic difference. Every person who we encountered was amazing with my daughter. They had methods they used to distract her and to get her to look where they needed her to look. Clearly they were all trained to approach every person, no matter age in ability, with respect.I took my daughter (whom I had to bribe with a smoothie) to Optical Outlets to drop off her prescription. Immediately I was told that I had been called because they could not make her glasses. I was NOT called. I wouldnt have bribed my child to go back to the office of horrors if I had been notified that they could not make her glasses. Apparently the voucher that my daughter was given by Brevard County Schools us only good at one location in all of Brevard County - Optical Outlets in Suntree. 😞 They would not accept my prescription from a reputable ophthalmologist and needed one from their quack of a doctor.So...I wasted time going into their office twice and terrified my daughter for NO reason. If you have a child with special needs, I would HIGHLY suggest that you not go to this office. Both times that I was there it was completely empty except for the three ladies working there and the doctor. The ladies were pleasant, other than saying Id been called when I had not, and this really isnt a review of them. The entire establishment has an off feel. Something isnt right there and the doctor is not professional in the least.
