I have previously had good experiences at this shop and enjoyed browsing and purchasing many items . I visit several times a year when I am in the area and usually invite friends when they come over to see me. I did not have a good experience my last visit and will not return to this shop. I was repeatedly “ scolded “ by a very rude woman because I looked at a tag on the display to see if it was my size before asking the clerk to retrieve the item . I was followed around the store by this clerk as if I were a threat . It’s interesting in the difference in the way I was approached and engaged versus previous visits . I believe this was due to my casual appearance this visit . I will no longer recommend this shop due to this experience.

Whenever I am visiting Florida, this shop is a must stop and shop! Always a great variety and I bring home some beautiful clothing. 😊

Love this store the owner is a very nice woman. Always wanting to please her customers. The store has a presence about it that elevates it over any consignment shop I have ever been in. It is easy to find what youre looking for. As a matter of fact I always fine too much. I recommend the store. Also if you sign up they will send you notifications when they have their 50% off of everything and Im still waiting for their bag sale which is 5 or $10 for anything you can fit in the bag. I was able to get a leather coat to pocketbooks and a pair of boots and a pair of shoes for one of those bags.

I have been to this store a few times, I always bring in my friends who come down to Florida to visit. We stopped in Wednesday, and had the worst experience ever. I was having my daughter try on a pair of heels, from the clearance section, only $15, super cute and fit perfectly. She tried to stand up in one, which I told her not to or she would fall, and of course she fell. Nothing bad tho. The lady came over, and was extremely rude! She calls out through the store asking whose child this was, as Im sitting right next to her, and proceeds to take the shoes away saying theyre not for her. I tried explaining that we were trying them on and I was going to buy them, and she only fell from wearing just one. She didnt care and still took the shoes away. I was at that point livid. I told her to keep her stupid shoes and that I would never be back! She had no right to act that way towards us! Its not like they were expensive, and I had every intention of buying them. Due to her, never caught her name, middle aged, of colored ethnicity, I will not be back. Hopefully nobody else has this experience!

This is such a cool consignment shop . She has 2 different rooms to shop in which both rooms are very big. Lots of space to move and walk around in . Also her jewlery selection is just absolutely amazing. You have to make the stop and see this place. It is upstairs in downtown Melbourne. The shop owner is very nice lady as well!

Amazing gently used high end items, Chanel, LV, Dior, Gucci, Escada, Kieselstein Cord, but also quirky brands like Kate Spade, Tory Burch, and many, many more. The owner is super nice, and her love and knowledge of top designers, fabrics, finish and detail is staggering. I love her passion for fashion!

My daughter and her friend came to this shop on their spring break. My first visit to the shop was lovely and the sales clerk was very helpful. My second visit I brought 5 women and we spent well over 100.00 each and at the time we all felt the owner of the shop was a bit unfriendly. This time with my daughter and her friend, the owner was out right rude to my daughters friend. She actually made her tear up. We were there to shop and we saw some lovely pieces on display and the woman was very rude about how it takes so long to make these displays, there are plenty of other items to try on. She continued to tell this young woman you should be sure about this item before I have to go to this trouble. We were all just so taken aback that we left, leaving items we even wanted to purchase,. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I am a local and shop in many stores downtown and will spread the word about the terrible treatment we had here.

Have been going here for years always bring company when they come to visit, have spent decent 💰 there but never again.Last week when I had family visiting we stopped in and the doors were open so we starting shopping when the owner of the store came over and starting yelling at us, what were we doing in there it is not open, the gate is closed, didnt u see the hours When I tried to explain, she kept repeating herself with her very nasty voice. Please beware. All I can say is Karma will find its way!!!!!!

Absolutely a must when youre in Melbourne Florida!!! The clothes are beautiful, the atmosphere magical and the staff are so sweet!! Truly a perfect boutique to visit!!

Beware of Owner if you are a Consigner!!! She will keep your clothing after 90 days even is you have a verbal agreement. Make sure is in WRITING!!!
