Came here alone, yes alone, and this is one of the best place to chill and smoke hookah. Barely know about the hookah flavors and brands but the employee was super helpful, ended up with the best flavored hookah.

Awesome service, and amazing products. The Turkish coffee and the hookah!!! The music and the atmosphere, was just all around a great experience. Very chill vibe, no alcohol and not really a dancing spot. Good energy though. And very inexpensive!!!! That is a fact.

I recommend it to everyone; including people who have no idea what they are doing, because this place is very thorough and designed with your needs in mind.We were served tonight by Chris; who was incredibly knowledgeable about everything hookah and hookah related. He was extremely patient and made my non-smoking visitor very comfortable and welcome. We were served coffees that were fantastic; the turkish coffee is some of the best Ive ever had.Every person who entered the shop was immediately and warmly greeted by our friend; Chris; who provided us with fresh coals frequently and helped us out a lotIf I could give you more than 5 stars; I would. This place is amazing, super chill and very nice vibe. They have indoor and outdoor seating. An arrangement of flavors, and the price is amazing. For one hookah they only allow three people on one single one and then you would have to purchase more according to your party size which is great. The music is good the only thing I’d say about the music is the long pause between each song. Nothing negative from me. Love this place.

Best Hookah Cafe Ive been to. Staff was courteous and very fast. They had our hookah up and running in just a few minutes. Love the fact that this place is open to 4-5AM depending on the crowd. Fun atmosphere, nice couches and clean bathrooms. Enjoyable experience.

The associates working in this cafe do amazing- they ensure the hookahs are always in working order by replenishing coals as necessary and keeping everything clean and ready for use. The flavors and overall menu are overall well organized and my experience here is always beyond my expectations. Tonight I was helped by Tariq, he made effort to connect and give me the best hookah experience possible- from the initial hookah ordering to bringing everything out for us. The best! They offered a friendly service with a smile. No one else can compare to the selection the cafe offers. They are more than willing to help if you have any issues with the product they offer. The music offered is always on par with the vibe of the room while promoting a social environment. They hold special events like a live DJ on the weekends that really can entertain a crowd and really kick off your weekend. This place is always improving their facility and the effort that goes into this business really reflects the positive experience that I always have here. Between the specials and special events, plan on receiving a great service and possibly coming back for a great time.

Complains are not accurate. Customer service is on high level and hookahs are always clean, also they taste really good. I tried lot of hookahs around Florida and this is my personal favourite. This place is absolutely amazing to be at. Comfortable, relaxing, highly entertaining and great hookahs all around! The staff is phenomenal and they have wonderful customer service. The owner is always on top of his game and tends to each customer without making them wait forever on coals or refills. You walk in and you get a great vibe from the people who not only work there but come to enjoy the environment. If I were to state any other hookah place that could beat them, then I would BUT they are great and utterly fantastic to hangout with so no, no other hookah place can compare. Great hookah and Arabic tea, great service and prices. They also have a pool table. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. I just wish the music wasnt as loud but all in all its a great hookah lounge.

Hookah cafe is now the only hookah lounge I go to. Whether sitting inside listening to music, or chilling outside listening to my own jams I really enjoy it. The owner there is chill and actually talks to his customers. If you go there I suggest trying the Iron man flavor with CBD in it. If you want a chill and relaxed environment to be in, I highly recommend coming here.

This hookah bar is the best in town. I recommend it for anyone who is coming from out of town, or just looking to have a good time with friends. They have belly dancing, an all you can smoke night, and they have the cleanest place in all Melbourne area. The only downside to this place that I could possibly find is that they do not serve alcohol, but I have been hearing rumors that they will soon be doing that. Been here twice with my boyfriend, and we are definitely coming back! The staff is always very friendly, and they have the best suggestions for tobacco mixes. This time we tried blueberry muffin with mint, and later spiced chai with white mint, both recommended by the guys there and both amazing! We really liked the iced hose too. This is my first time writing a review, and its definitely worth spreading the word about this hookah bar. Its clean, tidy, and everybody is super friendly. My friend & I went 2 nights ago. She asked the manager if he was hiring & he told her to come in Tuesday. He was very friendly and nice, we had a casual conversation. He made sure we were being taken care of well. If you want a good tasting hookah made right and with good shisha, this is the cafe for you. Their mint hot tea is delicious and very inexpensive as well. Their hookahs will cost you about $14 for a basic single hose which is very cheap compared to anywhere else around town.

I went there with a couple of friends, when I walk in I notice there was barely any seats, and what was left of seating was a torn up couch. The staff is slow. They charge you for coals, everything is over priced. When I smoked the hookah the smoke was way too harsh because of preparation errors and just overall a small space. I do not recommend.

This is one of the worst hookah bars I have ever been to. I am an avid hookah smoker, been smoking for years and was extremely disappointed by the quality of the hookah, the water was dirty and tasted like it had a bunch of other flavors in it, like it hadnt been cleaned for a long time. On top of that the owner was extremely rude to our group. The service was lousy and we had to ask for coals every time. Plus it looked like there were a bunch of 16 year old kids inside. Will never return to this place and I dont recommend it to anyone.

Im going to be honest.I used to go here a lot as a freshman from FIT because it was the only place that was close to campus. But now that I have been to almost all hookah places in Melbourne, this place is my least favorite.This place has absolutely no originality. Their idea of business is basically copying everything their competition (Lotus Hookah) does. First, they copied the lotus bowls, then exclusive flavors that only Lotus sold, then they brought in food, then CBD, all of which have been copied. On top of that, they literally copy and paste captions and responses word for word from their competitors page to their own. Its quite frankly very sad but hilarious.And now that all these things did not help their business enough, they have stooped to a new standard of low, where they make their friends and customers post fake reviews filled with lies for their competition.I have absolutely no respect for this place for their lack of originality and lack of principle.I visited this place recently too because a few of my friends were already there. Apart from the place looking trashy, the owner literally just gave me a stink eye instead of greeting me. I mean if thats how they treat customers, I have not a clue how they are this well rated.All in all, they need to focus on their own business, come up with more creative ideas, stop copying, try to lift themselves up rather than trying to put down their competition, and treat customers better.I definitely do not recommend.P.S.This is a response to the owners response.Yes, I understand how businesses work, and for this same reason I dont have any respect for this business because it does not seem like you have come up with any original ideas in a long long time.And about the visit, I do not appreciate being accused of lying when all I have done is told the truth.You know I was looking at you to greet you when I saw you, Rami, and you simply ignored me. Was having an okay time with the employees when the owner called me to have a chat with him. If there is a bad review, the first instinct of a business should be to understand why the customer had a bad experience and should try to improve it, not accuse the customer of expressing their opinion. Nothing was done to improve my experience and instead I was devalued as a customer because of expressing my opinion. My friend paid for the hookah and was ready to get out as soon as I was done talking to him. She understood what I was argued about and apologized to me for bringing me here. If you have anything bad to say about them, just dont go here. They have too big of an ego to accept criticism and they expect you to give them a 5 star or they will not serve you and ask you to leave. I still greated them like I would any other place when I left, hope that gives them a sense of proffesionalism coming from a goddamn customer.I really hope they get over their ego and start addressing their problems instead of accusing customers of giving them bad reviews.
