Kind staff, great environment. This is my favorite place to grab a latte or London fog with a friend and catch up.Before covid, when having your drink there it would be in a cute mug with foam art. Now it is all disposable cups, understandably.Cant wait for the mugs to come back!

The iced cafe con leche was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. The inside was spacious with plenty of seating and includes two overstuffed couches. I look forward to returning in the future.

Bold Cup Coffee has some of the most consistent fresh coffee roasts I’ve had around. Their light roast coffees, especially the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, is a great cup in the morning. The Esmeralda collection light roasts are a nice treat!

Love the chill atmosphere. Baristas are so cool and helpful. The owner is hardworking as well and passionate about coffee and makes sick latte art. Coffee is really good and comes from many origins so it’s cool to see new ones pop up now and again.

The chai is fantastic. Brewed, not from a mix. Complex, delicious flavor. Im delighted that they offer oat milk as a lactose free alternative. Service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Great staff

Nice atmosphere, lots of drink choices. They have Hyppo popsicles from St Augustine which are delicious. The coffee cake muffin was very large and quiet sweet.

So this place is very cute and relaxing. As a coffee drinker and book reader, it definitely meets my vibe. There are multiple places to sit and there are board games. The coffee is good and they sell multiple types of tea. I will definitely be going back!

Bold cup is my absolute favorite place to get coffee in town. Not only is the quality of their roast second to none, But every time I go to either the Viera or the Nasa location I am greeted by the most friendly, happy people and I love getting to chat with them! You can really tell that the entire staff cares about their customers and they truly enjoy what they do. This is the only place I get my coffee, and the only place I ever will!

We ordered 3 iced chai lattes and they all tasted horrible. They tasted like spicy water. I tipped and paid $6 for something I immediately threw in the trash.

Place was nice, clean, and very modern looking. Coffee was really tasty. One of the better cups I have had in some time. Kudos to them.

Refreshingly cheery staff, which is hard to come by these days! I wish I could recall her name, but she was very polite, and made a delicious cortado. I intend on making it a point to stop in any time I’m in the area. Well worth it.

An awesome little local coffee shop nestled in The Avenue at Viera. There arent enough of these in the area (or Florida in general), so I plan on returning frequently. Tried their Americano and Café con Leche so far - both were excellent.

I loved the atmosphere and the miss who was working today! (9-13-2020) they opened the doors to customer just today and was excited to see them open!! I later on called them to say I loved it inside, felt very welcomed and the coffee was stupendous. It was the crem de la crem!I will be comming back for more!

Small and cute location in viera. Prices are good for being in Viera and has a friendly environment. The baristas were all extremely friendly and the decor is inviting. The only downside that made it four stars is there was a lot of ants at my table. After getting bit a few times, I had to get up to leave. This might have just been the one table though.

So a buddy of mine says Try this coffee place theyre pretty good. So I check it out and when I show up the sweetest most beautiful coffee angel awaits me. The baristas name was Luna and I asked her to surprise me as my test for new coffee places. She brought back this tasty mocha somethin or rather and it was perfect. The coffee with the service she provided was top tier and lemme tell ya that smile could win a war, or start one if youre so inclined.

Made the decision to bring my mom and my 2 teenagers here and Im so glad I did! Hannah was phenomenal! She was patient, knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right coffee for me. She gave us service with a smile which is so refreshing to find these days. That alone would have me return, but the coffee is also delicious! We all ordered different types and everything was good. The atmosphere is fantastic, a real family spot. We played monopoly while we enjoyed our coffee. One of the few places I can bring my teenagers where they are not on their phones the entire time. I definitely recommend a visit. I know that I will return!

It was on the pricier side though.Edit:I want to say although the coffee is on the pricier side you definitely get what you pay for. I had my second cup here today and the coffee was amazingly good. If you want a cheap fast cup of coffee Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks will be your go to. If you want a GREAT cup of coffee this is your place.

So the guy that was working was a absolute sweetheart and was very very nice and friendly with me and my little brother so I couldn’t help but to leave a tip his poor tip jar was empty :( He did a very good job on my coffee order it was perfect but the taste of the coffee beans their self I wasn’t impressed with at all...scooters is a way stronger tasting coffee and for the price and taste I would not go here again. For my coffee lovers I would compare the coffee bean to McDonald’s on a good day!

I love this little coffee shop. The staff is always welcoming with smiles and hellos. The coffee and tea are delicious with a lot of variety. The only downfall is they open late weekends and weekdays, which is odd. 9 am on a Saturday is late, in my opinion. Any chance of opening a tad earlier guys?

Outstanding service, great coffee, and family friendly. My wife and I shared a French press of the house blend and it was very good. Toasty and cocoa hints with mild bitterness, a great central American blend. Live jazz on the night we were there. They even make kids coffees out of steamed milk and chocolate or caramel. They have games and a play area for kids!

Just letting you know theBold Cup is the real deal. It is what the Mark the big name coffee shops missed. Luke one of the baristas brewed a cup of coffee for me like I used to get at a small coffee shop in Columbus Ohio. Glad they are here. I see people of all ages enjoying themselves in a great atmosphere. The London fog tea is really good too. Best of all. The staff actually listens.

I cant even believe how amazing this place was. It is SO much more than just a coffee shop - it is a friendly, welcoming, awesome place! Besides amazing coffee, they serve wonderful teas (that I will go into), and some incredibly delicious muffins.We were in town 2 days, and came here 3 times. My friend is an espresso nut, and had an amazingly artistic cup of espresso the first time. I ordered an orange blossom iced tea. Well, that tea was so delicious and flavorful, from the first sip, I was addicted. After devouring it, I went back and asked what made it so good. The people working there are SO nice, and she explained the tea making process. In a few minutes, she brought me out a tea bag of it to take home – how SUPER nice! We enjoyed sitting in this place (the décor is wonderful, relaxed, and the place is very clean). We also had a muffin that was HUGE and out of this world.Day 2, we went back. My friend had the espresso again and I opted for a peach iced tea. I really wanted the orange again, but I hate being a creature of habit, so I got the peach. Amazing flavor and just as good – but I loved the orange so much that I bought a bag of it to bring home. I am not sure if this man was the owner, but he explained explicitly to me how to make the tea to maximize the flavor (I appreciate that). If he wasn’t the owner, he is a great employee because he cares about this place!! As I drove home in my car, I could smell the delicious orange – it is made in Florida and fair trade – great tea – fair trade: win/win.The third time was another espresso to go (just as delicious) and an amazing cherry muffin!I loved this place and the friendliness of the people who work here – they all take pride in the place and explain everything they make – I liked that. When my travels bring me back to Melbourne, I will definitely be back again and again!

This place is without a doubt one of a kind. Alex and his wife are incredibly caring people with a passion for coffee. The thought process behind the games at Bold Cup are amazing and I encourage everyone to ask him about it. On top of all that, the coffee is beyond delicious. My boyfriend and I went to Bold Cup Coffee for the first time today. We got two cappuccinos, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing. It’s nice to finally have GOOD QUALITY coffee, and new place to hang out and catch up with friends. The owner and a staff member were there working with smiles on their faces, and sounded in good spirits. We definitely want to enjoy more of what Bold Cup Coffee has to offer.

The Organic Cold Brew was smooth and tasty. My husband got their Inca Gold Pour Over and he raved about it. They also gave our pup some Coconut Milk with Whip Cream for only fifty cents.

I love that there is a locally owned coffee shop in The Avenue at Viera. And it has that local coffee shop feel that we all like too. Its big and roomy inside and they make a tasty cup of coffee! I went by on my way to an event at the Cocoa Beach Chamber office a couple of doors down. Ill definitely be coming back with friends!

The coffee is delicious, but just as importantly, the service is great. The owner and employees are very welcoming and like to make conversation, making it stand out from a run-of-the-mill chain store. Great to go with friends and play a board game, or just by yourself.

What a great new place for coffee.... I went in with my kids and we tried the cold brew and the shortbread almond tea.. siphon brewed!! We met Alex the owner who was amazing... Answered all our questions even though he was very busy. Great atmosphere.. Plenty of seating.. Will be a regular stop for me. Congratulations Alex on your new place!

My roommate and I went to scope out Bold Cup Coffee on a Saturday afternoon. We absolutely loved the decor and the service! The owner and the folks working the register were incredibly kind and personable. Before our drinks were made, we played a board game (theres a different one on each table), then set up shop with our laptops and the free wifi. We felt so at home that we ended up ordering more drinks and stayed for almost eight hours! Definitely planning to go back.
