She doesnt try to just sell you products, she actually takes the time to explain and educate you. I just recently was helped out by Gina! I called looking for the NKD Berry cool, which is sold out every where. She did not carry that particular brand but was kind enough to custom make a salt nic which was perfect! She really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed!

This place is great. I just moved here from Texas and the vape adjustment was rough until I found this place. First off, every vape store in Texas makes their own juice. I thought that was how everybody did it. I was wrong. This place is the exception. The customer service is also just as great as their juice. I walked in not knowing what to expect. And I must say it was the single best shopping experience I have had in my entire time here in Melbourne! The staff was amazing and accommodating, friendly and lively. I spent more time there then I intended just because they where fun and amazing people. Wish they were open during there posted hours

Ive been a monthly regular of Vapor Fumes for a few years now. When I first went there, I was having trouble finding a juice that tasted exactly like I wanted by visiting a few local shops. But Gina was the first to actually sit with me (for almost an hour) trying different liquids until we found the perfect juice for me. No rush, no pressure. Today Ive actually built up a few months supply of that liquid and it always tastes fantastic on the 1st day, or the 100th day. Currently, the juice Im using is four months old, and Ive never had any juice gel up on me. The very negative review below really surprised me, as I have never had a bad experience with the team at Vapor Fumes or its products, and they treat all their customers the same as me and my wife when we are there. Its clear to me that review has ulterior motives, and thats not in our (the consumers) best interest. As for Vapor Fumes, keep up the fantastic work, Gina! Ive visited other smoke shops in Melbourne and am quickly reminded why I head back to your place. Your teams above and beyond for me and my wife have really helped enable our smoke-free lifestyle weve wanted for so long. 3 years and counting!!

Ive been shopping here for over a year, and have NEVER had a bad experience. The owner and staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly, and theyll always get you exactly what you need. Theyve never tried to upsell me on anything, and even kept me from buying things I didnt actually need. They have an amazing selection of flavors, and even let you sample before you buy. Its a great place to go whether youre just looking into vaping, or been at it for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Love this place!!!! I vape alot but seeing there shelves u find some weird but new items in the vape community. Old vapes new vapes. Best thing is they make and create there own vape juices. And need of coils they will probably have em from smok to valeryian and falcon coils and that just a bare minimum, staff is great and will discuss anything with you. Dedication they have to vaping is amazing!!!

Absolutely garbage, overpriced, vapor juice and even worse customer service.After youve shelled out the ridiculous price for their e-liquid (Kobra juice) it will taste like the described flavor for about 48 hours, if that, after that it becomes this nasty almost soggy potato flavor. No this wasnt a one off, Ive given their vape juice multiple tries with a few flavors and every experience resulted the same. No it wasnt vape tongue, ive purchased some delicious ejuices from a mariad of other companies and i enjoyed every one. The flavors in many got better over time; however, this Kora Juice just got worse and even turned to thick goop after about a week of being on the shelf...The product these guys sell is low quality, they clearly attempt to make as much money as they can by proving the poorest quality to reduce their own costs and couldnt care less about the customerservice experience! I wouldnt be surprised if there testers are higher quality just to help push the product and the actual Eliquid for sale are a watered down version, so to speak, a bit like a rogue perfume salesman on the street. And dont be fooled by their website, 90% of the flavors arent stocked. The website looks like anew Ajax storefront from the mid 90s.. and the upkeep or lack their of demonstrates their care...The staff and the wickham road store are like a group of mindless guppy fish, any logical question about flavor variety leaves them stumped and typically results in them suggesting a flavor thats not even remotely close to whats asked - probably donut...Speaking of mindless guppy fish, this hold true to whoever writes the mindless member emails. If youreally silly enough, like I was, to sign up for their newsletter youre simply subjecting yourself to a barrage of pointless emails that claim to offer discounts but I guarantee if you go into their store and mention a discount email, you will be looked at like youre playing stump the dummy - so it goes without saying that any store wide discount will be treated like youre trying to pull a con job unless you have the said email. So needless to say, the discounts are nine times out of ten just click bate to get you in the store. And if you do manage to get the discount mentioned in one of your emails, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, these guys were WILL overcharge you! It happened to me. I was just too busy attempting to make pleasant banter to realise they had only given me 15% off when the discount CLEARLY said by one get one half price! So, add dishonest salesmen to the list... All in all, the member emails are just a means for them to push false information. For example, how they wont be selling Kobra juice after the first week of August due to the FDA ruling etc., as of this email, they still are... And their FDA ruling emails became borderline spam, given that after the final ruling date rolled around and the 10000th email about the last chance to buy 125ml bottles was deliver, the following day, everything was exactly the same as it ever was... No difference, so another example of dishonest marketing to push false advertising.So all in all, this company is dishonest, has poor customer service and a product that is arguably the worst ever experienced. If you are in the area I would suggest going two minutes down the road to Puffs by the super Walmart, better product, better people and a far more enjoyable expirience.
