This was an awesome buying experience. As a younger single female with hardly any car buying experience, I cannot say enough about how awesome this process was. When I test drove my car, Al never made me feel pressured to come in and look at papers or rates and left the ball in my court. The next day when I went to buy the car, I was given an awesome value for my trade in and Gene explained the whole financing process to me and was up front and honest about what he thought we could do. When the financing was done they were able to get me an even better rate than I had anticipated. Overall I was treated as if I had been buying cars there for years even though this was my first car purchase completely on my own.
Murphy Cadillac is great! The service I receive from the Cashier to the person that cleans car has always been outstanding! I have bought 2 Cadillacs from Murphy Cadillac and will continue to be a customer. Greg and Darrell from the Service Department are the best!
I had a very positive buying experience. Everything went smoothly and I did not feel physically drained after completing the transaction. From price to financing, everything was right where I wanted to be. The salesman and manager were extremely pleasant and helpful and friendly. I felt at home and I liked the quiet atmosphere. I never felt pressured to purchase my vehicle.

COPY:You kept my car for 17 days just to replace evaporator and install wheels and tires. I was told it would only take 2 days. When I got my car back, had several damages (down to the metal) and my headlights were either sprayed with something or switched out. The service guy, Greg Gorman told me that it was from sitting in the sun for 2 weeks with them and the lights oxidized. My car has been sitting in the sun since I took ownership (3 months) 8 hours every day at work.He also did not take ownership for the paint damages. My car is 3 years old but only has 22k miles. I purchased it with 17k miles and the headlight were in Pristine condition. I paid you, Murphy Cadillac $1025 to damage my car. My car was not washed and had greasy handprints on the door panels.To add to the dishonesty, my receipt had previous repairs on it that were performed during a prior visit. I treated your rental as if if were my own. Shame on you, Greg Gorman.

Murphy Cadillac representatives have a streamlined system that considers the buyers needs from the moment the buyer walks in to the show room until finalization of the sales contract. The sales team has full knowledge of all the features Cadillac has to offer and they spend considerable time explaining how to operate all the features the car has to offer. Their sales professionalism is outstanding and it was a pleasure to purchase our automobile from Murphy Cadillac.

Got oil change,tire fixed,they said,they were going to inspect vehicle, they didnt,also they forgot to put caps on tires,now missing.Over pricing is common there.will not return....

Id never go near the place. I wanted to get a license-plate frame so I called on a Saturday morning to see if it was in stock. A guy answered and when I asked for parts, he said they were open on weekdays only and hung up on me. I called back and said I wanted to know if I could get a license-plate frame, which wasnt exactly a part. He said nobody was back there and hung up again. It was that quick and unhelpful -- nothing else like, Gee, what were you looking for, maybe I could help.This is a LUXURY-CAR dealer, and this is how they answer the telephone? By hanging it up?Id sure never deal with a dealer with this sort of attitude. Im honestly disgusted. This was my first impression of this dealer and will not be looking for a second.

Brought the car in for a noise problem and headlight alignment. The service department did over $400.00 of unnecessary work, but did not fix the noise complaint. They claimed they did not hear a noise. After a day or so, took it back about the noise again and was told it would cost another $350 to take care of the noise. This is all I wanted in the 1st place. They indicated that changing fluids and a tune up, etc. would more than likely fix the noise. Not happy with the service at all.

My family and I have purchased more cars than the average family, and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I wish I could give 20 stars! From the moment I walked into Murphy Cadillac everyone was so friendly, polite, and patient while trying to find the perfect car for me. John Jones was amazing and found me a beautiful car! John, and Gene Ford, worked hard putting the deal together for me, and for the first time ever I didnt feel like I was negotiating against them, but instead felt like they were negotiating on my behalf! They went over everything in detail and took the time to explain anything I had questions on. While John and Gene were processing my application, and finalizing my deal, Donovan kept me company and made sure I was comfortable and didnt need anything. He helped make the time fly by! Once it was time to sign the paperwork, Donovan assisted in setting up my OnStar, and other accounts, as well as transferring my belongings from old car to new. While working with Gene signing the documents, John and Donovan made sure to prepare my new car for my 100-mile trip home. I felt so bad about keeping these gentlemen long past closing, but they did not rush this process, and made sure that everything was PERFECT for me. They even transferred the charms from my rearview mirror from one car to the other. I know that this is a small, minor thing, but for women its always the little details that matter! All three of these men went above and beyond with EVERYTHING, especially the little details. All three walked me to my new car and were just as happy and excited about my purchase as I was. Before I pulled out, I had called my parents, who are looking to purchase a car soon, to tell them about my amazing experience! I told them they must buy their next car from Murphy Cadillac! I could go on about these gentlemen forever and will tell everyone I know about my fantastic experience. I recently had the need for emergency service one morning as I was scheduled to leave town at 9 am on a out of state golf trip and my car would not start. Greg got me in for service at 9:30 and I was on the road with a new alternator and battery by 11 am. Amazing. Always satisfied when I use them.

I bought a used SRX from a dealer out of town and have been going to Murphy the last three years for regular service. Six months ago my car broke down and was towed in - arriving after the service department had closed. Instead of calling a cab, Salesman Gary Lev drove me home. Greg in service has been upfront and helpful. Needless to say, when I decided to upgrade, I purchased from Gary at Murphy and am very pleased with my decision.
John Trudeau took time and patience to work out a deal for me that fit my pocketbook and my auto needs. I got a beautiful new Cadillac and a great price for my trade in. The trip home in my new car was awesome!

I certainly wish I had the positive experience others have described. Talked to Greg in service to try to get an issue resolved for my Hummer H3T. He was extremely rude and dismissive. Absolutely refused to listen to my concerns regarding the widely known/reported BCM issue preventing the truck from starting and constantly leaving me stranded. Another mechanic had already spoken to him and confirmed that he had experienced the same issue with the vehicle. As a resident of the area, I certainly will never buy another GM vehicle in order to avoid this kind of service.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I wish I could leave 0 stars. We bought an Escalade from them in November of 2017 and will NEVER purchase a Cadillac again. The owner Kevin can apparently refuse service if you have an issue with your new vehicle. The rear seat rattled in my new car and we had to bring it to them 3 times to fix. Now we have an issue with the transmission and they are refusing service on a warrantied vehicle. Buyer beware, the sales team will give you empty promises and the service department SUCKS! Update, took my Cadillac to Mike Erdman in Merritt Island and the Tourk Converter was bad, a recall that Murphy Cadillac never notified me about. The generic response from Murphy is ridiculous. I have had one issue and it’s not my fault the service department is incompetent and was working on the wrong seat. That’s the only encounter I had with them so for them to say they couldn’t make me happy, all they had to do was listen. Buy from Mike Erdman Cadillac, it’s only 30 more minutes north and they have better deals and great service.

Cadillac is synonymous with quality and luxury. That is why we are return customers. Even our car in Europe is an SRX.Murphys sales staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The service staff are tops. We have been bringing our 2010 SRX there for the past 4 years for maintenance, and that led us to buy their first XT5 when it arrived on the lot.

The sunshade on our SRX was torn when I was closing it. We took it in and they are denying that it was a mechanical issue and want to charge just under $1000 to fix it. There is no reason that should have happened.
I see SERVICE IS PRAISED UP AND DOWN, sadly I will never experience.. Here is my experience from the sales department.So, Im a busy guy. Looking to lease a new vehicle. Mercedes Melbourne drops off a new S550 for an overnight test drive. LOVED it, but Im a big guy and sometimes Im a passenger and want plenty of room from the rear seats. John at Murphy, not only would not allow an overnight test, he definitely did not offer to bring one by during a very busy day at the office. I called Mike Erdmans Cadillac in Merritt Island. NO PROBLEM WE WANT TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS. Couldnt get the demo back in time the next day. NO PROBLEM WANT TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS. Did I mention, same guy at Murphys quoted me the same lease rate for the same vehicle but wanted 10K vs $1500 out the door. NOT A CHANCE.. GO TO ERDMANS. I leased one Escalade ESV this morning site unseen after driving a demo and referred another colleague for a short wheelbase that he will be picking out his next week. To make it even more of an irritation... I would not even be writing this review if he hadnt called me back today and berated me like I was an idiot for asking in the first place. So bad service is an understatement and isolated case is not the case.. the incident spanned several days.

Wow after buying a 90 thousand dollar escalade and had to have it serviced at their dealership 4 times for the same reason b/c they were working on the wrong part the whole time I called in To have the vehicle serviced and they let me know that they did not want me to bring my vehicle back their notes in the computer by the owner himself Kevin .SO I would advise to run from this dealership with their taillight warranty .. no customer service at all !! They are selling lemons ..
