I have only just started getting culligan water. It started off okay and then our 4th delivery was missed. When I called I was first told that there was a family emergency... and then it was my fault for not having bottles out in time. This doesnt happen as my husband is on dialysis. He just cant drink Titusville water. We are going on 3 days with no water. If he gets sick I am blaming them.

I applied for a job with this company about a month back for a bottled water route delivery position. Upon coming in for the interview (which was scheduled a week prior via Indeed) I was informed that the position “was given to someone in house and that I could take a “warehouse” position. The female manager (I can’t remember her name) was completely rude and unprofessional.If she can pull a bait and switch on a job posting, it speaks very poorly to the ethics and honest of this office and of the company for operating like this. I would recommend avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible company and terribly run. Male manager has massive attitude problem and was the opposite of helpful! I would rather drink puddle water than ever use them again! Bad experience and a rip off.They will cancel your service even if you pay on time just cause they dont want to drive to your house anymore. Terrible company!!!

We have been using Culligan Water of Melbourne for at least 15 years. Great service! They always deliver our water when they say they will. We love our delivery guy, Kevin. He calls us the day before to tell us he will deliver our water. Culligan is such a professional company and I recommend that everyone use them for their water services.

Excellent service from their office staff. The delivery driver is always reliable and courteous. I’ve had poor service from both Zephyrhills and Crystal Springs, so it’s a pleasure that Culligan appreciates its customers.

We have been customers for a few years now the first year or two the system and service was great from there on in the system started failing service had to call them back once or twice after the initial monthly visit depending on who they send out sometimes we get good customer service sometimes we get attitude like were bothering them both for $2,000 a year my water should be good right now my water is terrible Im actually telling him in the next 48 hours if they cant straighten it out theyre going to remove it cuz its like not having the system at all and if I could give zero Stars I would

The convenience of having GOOD water is not to be taken for granted. HOWEVER, they are NOT flexible. I work nights, I like to be in bed for lights out at 9 or 10 AM. My service TELLS ME what time they will be here for delivery. First our delivery driver said he would call the night before and we could tell him what time was good for us, and that way he could determine his route in advance. By the 3rd delivery, there was a notification given by office staff that there was to be a delivery the next day. I called the office at almost 9A. Got a recording stating the hours as 8A-5P, and was told to call during normal business hours. Um... So I called the number that the call the day before came from. Got office staff immediately. Lady was very curt. When I told her that I needed an early delivery time, and why, the response was something like, We cant change what time the driver will get there. He has a route. This is not verbatim, but I am not happy. She put me on hold to call the driver. Came back on the line to say the driver isnt answering his phone, shed call me back. She calls back a few minutes later, and says He said hell be there between 10A and 12P. I didnt say anything because this was most def. NOT ok. Its like asking a day time worker to stay up until midnight because you might need to talk to them. She asked if this was ok but in a tone of voice that sounded like she wouldnt care if it wasnt, and wouldnt try to make any accommodations. I asked her if the delivery could be tomorrow morning. I was told No, the driver wont be in the area tomorrow-he has a different route. Where exactly does the claim that they are flexible come in. I immediately set to finding another service. If I can find something better Im switching.

The culligan tech went to my brothers home in East Orlando. Requested a sampling of water from his kitchen faucet. BUT, poured water from a vial that he had himself into a test kit.Never tested the water from the house.Revealed the fact that the 9.99 per month was only for 3 months then would automatically increase to be unaffordable. Over 500.oo per year.Big scam. When my brother said he would not be interested the tech became very rude.And was very unprofessional. This was NOTthe culligan water service company in Melbourne Florida. They were from Orange county.

I love the punch card for the 5gallon drinking water jugs. We use it at the office and for when hurricanes come.
