Took my 5 year old daughter here a few months ago to get her ears pierced. The young lady and young man pierced her ears at the same time. The one done by the young man looked a little off to me. When I asked him about it he said that it was how her ear was shaped but I knew better. Fast forward a few months later when I removed the earring i could tell that it was pierced wrong. I took my daughter back and asked to speak with a manager. The lady that helped us was so sweet. She saw the error and corrected it. I will definitely go here again and will send all of my family and friends.

The lady that works there doesn’t have a mask. And she made me wait 30 minutes to tell me she had somebody else before me and she was close. I was going to probably spend like 2000 but their loss. I don’t think she should work there. Very unprofessional.. very disappointed. The store is good but she is a negative 5 star.

Gina was an absolute angel piercing my daughter’s ears yesterday. She went above and beyond trying to help us get two people to do the piercings at the same time as my 5-year-old was understandably too scared to have to sit through two separate piercings. We ended up just having to do the two separate piercings and Gina made it as smooth and easy as a person could have. My daughter is so thrilled with the results and we are so grateful we chose Gina to handle the hard part!

Horrible horrible horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I got my ears pierced and my cartilage pierced here. I was really excited because I was doing it with my friend for our birthday. First off, they tried to pierce my cartilage THREE TIMES before the earring even went through my cartilage (mind you, I was completely still). Second of all, my ear got completely infected 2 weeks after I got it done (and yes, I cleaned it and used the solution they provide three times every day). My ear was completely swollen, red, and bleeding. I had to end up going to the hospital to have both earrings removed because of how swollen my ear was. The same thing happened to my friend that got it pierced the same day. She ended up going to the clinic as well to have it removed AND they tried TWICE before the earring even went through. It was truly a horrible experience. In conclusion, don’t go here because you may think it’s affordable and clean, but in reality you’re going to end up paying $600 in hospital bills and having an infection. Hope this helped!

A terrible customer service experience. I tried to exchange 2 broken bracelets and they refused to honor the discount I previously had on the original purchase. They told me the discounts were not combinable and they are not allowed to place them on the new receipts forcing me to back pay the difference. After the employees spoke with the manager as well as the district manager there was nothing they could “physically” do. I love pagoda and their jewelry however I will never do business with this location again.

This place sucks if you want to get a piercing this is NOT the place to go to by any means. Once I got my cartilage pierced they told me to turn/move the piercing periodically in order to “help with the healing process” so I did and it ended up hurting even worse and swelled up. I decided to do my own research and come to find out you’re not supposed to touch your piercing unless you’re cleaning it. On top of that the said that it takes 2 months for a cartilage piercing to heal which is another lie because it takes 3-6 months for it to properly heal. They also messed my piercing up and you can see the back of it stick out of the top of my cartilage.

They sell fake gold! If you try to resell the pawn shop will tell you to watch out for this shady company.

They pierced my sons earlobes and made the left ear piercing way too low compared to the right. On the right ear, the first hole is about about 20 or so degrees higher than the exist hole.So the earring is visably slanted to the bottom.And then on top of that the left ear is lower... We have taken the earrings out and are gonna let them heal.. I will be taking him to a real piercing shop and let a professional pierce his ears with an actual needle.I also said something to the manager that was there at the time and she insisted they were straight. Good jewlery selection tho.

Messed up my ear piercings didnt even line them up

Went there to get a piercing done and the lady messed it all up and didnt even put the ear ring all the way through my ear. She put it have way and then put the backing to where it was pinching my ear and I also had to re pierce it 2 times. It hasnt healed and its been about a month and a half and they are just really bad at what they do. I spent 100$ there just for them to mess it all up. Please dont go here spend a few extra bucks and get it done correctly!

Place is great with a lot of options, especially in chains. Prices are pretty good, some items a little pricey. The manager, Jill, is a great worker, and definitely will help anyone out anyway she can!
