The people were so nice and attentive as we prepared, loaded, instructions and ready to answer any questions. They were waiting at the dock when we returned at the end of the day to help unload and confirm everything went well. Boat was in great condition, clean and truly looked new. We will rent from them again and are checking on their boating packages.

We had a boat reserved for the holiday weekend and must say that it was an excellent experience! Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by an employee who was most eager to assist us. The facility was clean and well organized and everyone was more than happy to help with any thing that we needed. A cart was brought to our vehicles to help transport our items to the boat. An employee gave us a tour of the boat and showed us all the bells and whistles that go along with it. After a day out on the water, we returned to the marina where we were once again greeted with helpful employees. They assisted us in taking our belongings back to our vehicles and made sure we did not leave anything behind. This was definitely a 5 star experience!! We would highly recommend this marina to anyone living or visiting the area!

Appalled. I will say I was receiving excellent sales service designing a new Chris Craft boat over the past few months with incredible support and patience. Now finally ready with my decision I’m forgotten and the model I was building apparently has never been heard of. I was actually asked to describe the boat! Zero questions able to be answered. Then after explaining what I’ve been working on I got pushed to buy some Everglades boat and I don’t believe they are even a dealer for them. Wow. Just wow! What in the hell happened here? Lost my business for sure as well as my neighbors who I had working with them as well. Outraged. Don’t waste your time here.

Ive kept my boat now at Anchorage Marina for several months. Its worth every penny to just pick up the phone and call them to put the boat in the water and boom your ready to go. No fighting at the busy boat ramp!! Summer is right around the corner so dont wait till they fill up on storage. They have a nice ship store, reasonable fuel prices and racks to wash your boat when your done. Colleen, Eddie, and Ian and the whole staff are awesome!!

Nick Furrow recently facilitated the purchase of our new Key West 244. His knowledge of Key West boats and boating in general was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed and found it quite enjoyable.Conditions during our sea trial were windy and rough, but Nick still made sure we were able to properly evaluate the boat. We really enjoyed the tips and helpful hints that were provided. This included guidance on getting the boat on plane with one engine and optimization of the transom-mounted transducer.We purchased a new custom Karavan trailer and Nick ensured timely delivery.Throughout the process, the folks at Anchorage Yacht Basin were extremely helpful and accommodating. These guys are Fantastic. Reasonable price for good quality work. This is THE PLACE to get a bottom job. I needed a prop and they had me one over-night. Willie did my bottom paint and Chris works at the boatyard and does fantastic polishing and waxing. My boat has never looked this good.

Nick is amazing! I made the unfortunate choice to rush and purchase our Key West boat from another dealer in Central Florida and nothing but horror stories to tell. Excellent Marina- my swing keel line snapped in a storm and I managed to sail it to Anchorage Marina. Ed replaced the line, retrieved my halyard line all for a very reasonable price! Even though they were busy they worked me in so that I could get my sailboat back quickly. Would not go to any other marina next time the boat needs work..

This is the place to go for top mechanical service, a nice haul out facility, and for excellent knowledge of boats, parts, paint and coatings. Their bottom jobs are at the top of my list for quality of application to using the right system for the job. They have taken great care of my power and sailboats.

We had a great four hour pontoon rental to Samsons Island. The 60hp outboard motor was smooth and only used $8.50 in gas. Roomy and easy to operate.

I firmly believe local businesses should help local businesses thrive in any way they can. They not only restricted our trade but treated us as if we were not worth their time even on the telephone. Excellent marina and yard.Been using Anchorage for over 5 years. Haul Out & block so I can do my own work. Parts & paint. Also usually get fuel here.Had many chances to work with the staff and to watch them work with others.Very professional and pleasant staff that each know their job well. Prices are in line and quite good for the service delivered.As an example for one of my haulouts i watch as four people materialized and, in silence, pulled my boat and blocked it. No arm waving, no shouting, no rushing around. Each knew what needed to be done.In another example I watched one of the mechanics watch a single engine pull in for fuel.The outboard was occasionally rattling and missing. The mechanic walked away, came back with a tool box. and asked the boat owner if he could look under the cowling. The mechanic tested a few connection with a multi meter, pulled, sprayed, coated and reattached one or two connections. He asked the owner to start it up - ran smooth. He explained to the owner what was amiss and then took his tool box back to the shop. 15 min total time.

Horrendous customer service and support! Didnt register my brand new Monterey boat with manufacturer, so I have no warranty!!! Damaged trailer when delivering, never fixed.Salesman, Nick Farrow wont return my calls. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Next Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau and then the manufacturer to see if I can resolve this myself. If that doesnt work, my attorney will be contacting them.

My 2006 Chaparral 265 SSi needed service and Anchorage Yacht Basin made her like new again. Colleen, Ed and all of the staff are professional, pleasant and treat you feel like family. This repair required the expertise of Ray, their Volvo Penta Doctor. Not only did Ray identify the problem when listening to the idling engine, he quickly disassembled the outdrive and replaced the bad components. Additionally, Ray cleaned the residue from the engine bilge after replacing the serpentine belt. I am very pleased with Anchorage Yacht Basin, I will return here to service my boat and I highly recommend Anchorage Yacht Basin for all hull and engine service. Thank you Anchorage !!!

When I brought my boat in for service, Mike and the guys quickly diagnosed my electrical issues for a faction of the cost and time I would have spent on the internet trying to figure out a charging problem.... Thank you soooo much!! Now my family and I can enjoy our boat without worries. While the boat was in the yard, I noticed a new Travel lift as well. I know where Im getting a new bottom job this winter!

Just bought a new 2018 Cobia 296 from Nich. Phenomenal guy, great place. Shopped around everywhere that sells Cobia from West Palm to Melbourne. Nich was the only guy that always picks up his phone and is always pleasant. Prices were the best I found. Delivery of the boat was extremely smooth. I am so happy with them I go out of my way to trailer the boat from Stuart to them for service, even though Lindsey Marine is down the street. I just purchased a 2018 Key West 189Fs from Nick at Anchorage Yacht Basin. I actually met Nick at a boat show in Vero Beach and was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the Key West brand. While speaking with Nick, he assured me that when a boat is purchased thru him, its ready for the water. Not knowing his definition of water ready actually was, I quickly learned that water ready is actually leaving his lot, and being able to put your vessel in the water on the opposite side of the bridge. This meaning, your vessel comes with everything to include tag, and hull numbers. Ive purchased (2) boats in the past, and I have never have had such a pleasurable shopping experience. Take my word, Nick will treat you as if you were family. My insurance Broker also mentioned to me how pleasant Nick was while conducting transfer information, Im serious.Thanks again Nick for all you do.
