I have been going here since moving to FL 4yrs ago...and never had disappointing service....ifr the wig does not say human hair and also that you can dye the hair... OK ..I have purchased...if it does not say that....than you get whatever you pay for...mostly I buy crochet braids and weft human hair because I make my own wig caps....I love the store and think customer service is great...please... just ask them for help....

Don’t waste your time or spend your time because they sell wigs for over 200$-500$ and they aren’t worth the money. This wig was bought yesterday and was 24 inches, body wave lace front. After shampoo and conditioning this is what happened. I went there and he said it was my fault. Never will shop there again.

One worker was pleasent the other was very irritable. Huge selection. Was told to go to the back to look for something then got yelled at for walking behind the counter. Clearly have never been there. Should of been guided and told dont walk behind the counter.

I recently moved to West Melbourne from South FL about a week ago. I stopped by this beauty supply store to make a purchase and the experience was one of the worst I have ever had. Today was actually my second time in the store, not that I had a great experience the first time but the store had products that I wanted and I actually also brought a friend who was visiting with me. Worst decision ever. Their customer service skills are horrible. While trying on one of their products, one of the guys that work there proceeded to basically bark at us about a restriction (an understandable policy) however, his method of communication left a lot to be desired. I waited until my friend walked away, because ultimately I wanted to provide feedback in a non-confrontational manner, which is best done without an audience. At this point my friend had already decided she would not make a purchase in this store, I however, still intended to, but wanted to provide feedback. I advised him, that they should place a sign up that reflects their policy and that there was a more professional manner in which to communicate with customers that did come off as rude. He proceeded to tell me that he knows in himself he did nothing wrong and walked away in a very dismissive manner (his entire interaction was rude), not even bothering to finish assist me. Sir, I am the customer, I am the one experiencing your service, you don’t get to define the experience that I am having or tell me that how I feel is invalid or dismiss it. I absolutely will never walk back in this store, nor recommend it to anyone. I would rather drive further and pay more for an experience where I am valued as a customer. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I went into K&S today and Mohammad helped me. He was very knowledgeable on products available at the store and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!!

No assistance especially from the young dark-skinned girl with weave in her hair. Her face was in her phone and she had a bad attitude. I walked out and went to another beauty supply store.

Horrible! I was told I didnt want or couldnt afford a wig. He was rude and I felt unsafe as a woman being bullied by a man alone in a store with no one else around. I was told I had been there several times to try on a wig I had never tried on. He was loud and yelling at me . I left immediately to buy a better quality less expensive wig .

My favorite hair store. They have everything and anything I need. If I could afford to go daily I would. Only 5 star Ive given.

Ok so I had my sis wedding. Was trying to find hair extensions. Looked everywhere and all were expensive/ bad quality/ color not matching. I went there and found a natural hair extension, that was half the price of what other places charged, and the color matched my natural hair color. Couldnt be any happier ! They helped me to find the perfect hair extensions 💕💕💕 very happy and satisfied with everything.

I do not recommend this beauty supply store. The two Muslims guys were very rude and disrespectful to me, when I asked them if the hair that I was purchasing was 100% human hair. Immediately, one of the men started screaming, this hair is not 100% guarantee and once you walk out the door with it, theres no refund and you cant return it. The hair cost $179.00 why wouldnt I want an guarantee?I will never shop at this store again. Ladies / gentlemen dont allow anyone to disrespect you, especially when youre Patronising their store. 👎

The owners are very nice people. They are helpful and also they know the products, especially the hair. This amazes me because all are men. The store itself has the basics of products covered. The wig selection not great but Im sure they sell by demand with those. Though I am accustomed to the large and small stores in Atlanta having everything your heart desires, this store is a good one.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE I shop here regularly for supplies and as a hairstylist I know what products to use on my clients . When I went in the store last week I asked the man behind the Register the difference between ghost bond lace glue and another glue, he stated “their all the same “ the other glue in a red bottle was of course cheaper than the ghost bond but I’ve already spent well over $100, an extra $20 isn’t nothing but I went with his suggestion, the red bottle. Comes to find out the glue is trash I came in today and respectively asked if they do refunds or exchanges or atleast reimburse me for 50% of what was paid . He said no and started yelling, being verry rude talking over me while I was trying to explain to him he stated “they’re all the same “ when clearly their not . I asked for the store managers number at this point because he was being soo RUDE AND NOT HAVING ANY-GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Then he stated “ I know your type, I know how to deal with you people “ which in my defense sounded VERY much racist. He then tried to say “your just trying to get something for free” when I clearly have money in my hand that he can visibly see is well over $100 in cash . For those reading I didn’t need anything for free and I respect everyone’s business policies but if you don’t have anything like that in writing and you come off on a customer wrong like that who’s been shopping here for a while it puts a bad look on you. And I’m only speaking about the rude man who always wears glasses, has a short hair cut and is in collared button up shirts behind the register.
