There was an issue; it was amazing how quickly they solved the problem and made things right.I dont think Ive ever used the word outstanding for customer service in any of my critiques. I purchased a 36 inch vanity. The purchase process was easy and the product arrived on schedule. Once we unboxed the vanity we noticed that one of the drawers has a split in the wood. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. They were happy to ship a replacement out right away. I could not be happier with customer service and the product. The vanity is beautiful and very well made. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased a lovely shower bench. It is comfortable, a good size, and well built. *update* we’ve had this bench in the shower for around 2 months now and it still looks great! No splinters, cracks, or warping. I clean it with lemon oil when needed and looks as good as new.
