I went here bc the other place was doing cosmic bowling and the wait was an hour+, they dont really have any great special rates, they dont have the auto-bumpers for the kids, they are either up or down. It is clean and you dont have to wait for lanes, but you will pay for that. AC was working well so thats a plus over its competition.I would give it 3.5 stars if I could.
Wife and I really enjoyed bowling at Bowlero in Melbourne. Very modern lanes at a reasonable price. Nice environment with nice customer service. Well definitely go back.
Decent bowling alley, awesome arcade though! We actually spent more time in the arcade than we did bowling. I deducted a star bc of the price of the food, its just insanely expensive. Like airport/concert venue expensive. IF the quality and taste of the food was on par with its cost, Id almost not mind, but its not even close. Im not saying its not ok, its just not worth what you charge. Bowling is usually a fun family activity, but between the cost of games, shoe rentals and feeding a family of 6, with 1 large 1 topping pizza, a large order of wings, and 4 beverages, it will cost you damn near $200.
Lots of bowling lanes available i think its somewhere around 40. 2 Pool tables. Full bar, sweet older woman with red hair was who served me, she was great. Spot to eat, little pricey not really worth it. Community events. And my personal favorite is the arcade. Its limited but has fun classics. The rewards arent that great though so be aware that it is more for the experience than the prizes. Great place for dates.
Nice, clean place! Courteous people! Good food (I mean, it doesnt have 3 Michelin stars, but if thats what you were expecting...). Definitely worth a visit for a fun outing.
Not a bad bowling alley went late on a Friday night had a great time workers were extremely friendly and all around A great experience
Bowlero is the best. Twice now that Ive been there. Both times great
I came here with a group of friends and the place is very accommodating, but the customer service staff is terrible. When I went to pay for my bowling session at the end of the night handing one of the employees the cash and then tipping him, I found out that he didn’t even bother to cash me out so my parties host got charged. The sad thing was that this had to be my first experience at this bowling ally. I won’t be coming back again, do yourself a favor and go to a more professional bowling ally.
We couldnt bowl over there because it was late and the reservations werent until 1030 lol. But we went and played at the arcade and it was a lot of fun for my sons!! They had a blast! You get a card and the tickets automatically go on to that card. There is a machine you use that dispenses the toys so it is really easy to use. Huge upgrade and the price for the credits are very reasonable. The toys my sons loved them just wished there was some security bc kids were playing football around my 2 and 4 year old son.. other than that it was a really fun time for them!
My three kids and i have started to make it our tradition on Sunday to go bowl and play in the arcade. The younger boy at front register is always so friendly and in a good mood. The blonde girl with glasses was snooty and rude up at the food counter. I had asked for pretzels and a basket of fries when she brought me the pretzel and the fries to the table it was 10 fries and a pretzel but it came to 13 and change and I walked up to the counter and I said this is how many frogs you got she said oh well you didnt make it clear on how you wanted your fries. Her as an employee should have asked me then. Customer Service is the key to a successful business, just saying.
Loved the place! Not expensive and staff was great! Didnt treat me any different because I had a Groupon! That was a plus! Some places kind of put you on hold with that! Enjoyed it with my family!
Great place to go bowling but I felt as of it was understaffed. The bartender was friendly and the staff did a good job. I thought the flat screens on the walls behind the pins were neat although they mightve been slightly distracting. Overall my friend and I had a fun time.
Conveniently located, spacious surrounding with very friendly and courteous staff. Ideal for families, coworkers, socializing and simply kicking-back for a lyme with friends for a fun-loving time of relaxation and competition. Welcomed activity for decompression and decomposition after a hectic week of work/studies.
Close by. Super fun atmosphere. Just really dont care for the TVs playing the news while you bowl though.
Love Bowlero! I play weekly in a league. The facility is nice, well maintained and staff are friendly. Food is good, prices are decent, and overall great place to bowl. Hardest part is getting out as it sits awkwardly near an ugly light and right on Wickham.
I am in a handicap bowling league and this is the bowling center we use. They have been upgrading many areas and the staff are friendly. The Pro young man in the shop was always friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Will buy my new bowling bowl from him.
The lanes are well maintained. the air quality is outstanding .
Good place, good prices, good people
The arcade was fun and the credits werent too pricey. I wish there was more variety of fun games that werent just test your luck games. My biggest complaint is that their credit prizes were very lackluster. They were targeted mostly for little girls and the prize for 750 credits was just unicorn putty.
This place wasnt really what I expected it to be.Veery Bland environment. Staff was helpful.Video game area geared for smaller children..definitely not a multi culture bowling place..
Worst bowling place I have ever been to. Bartender had no Idea how to make rum and coke. Paid for our food and was never delivered, 30min later I go asked same person as bartender was in charge of the kitchen and she forgot our paid order, bring to the table another 20min later and still missing items. Never going again
A clean, well appointed bowling alley.
Had a fun time here with the family. The staff was awesome just 2 guys but where very helpful. Decided to get a quick bite to eat the menu and food is basic but was cooked great quesadilla was crisp, mozzarella sticks not over cooked or greasy even the beer was ice cold. Im not good at bowling but it makes for a good time.
Clean, politely wonderful, great for families
Kinda depends on the day but it’s decent
I have never left a review like this before! I have bowled here before it changed names and I am warning anyone the service in the food area is is horrible and EVERYTHING is OvERPRICED ! Went to get food and both the man and woman were rude, discourteous and it is appalling that a company would accept this kind of service. The girl was rude at first so we went back when we saw someone else, the man. They act as if they don’t even want to work and why are people coming up to order food. Truly sad! I can’t complain though cause after talking with them I looked at the menu and everything in the bowling alley has changed since the name has and it is way Over priced (almost the cost of a restaurant)!!! Not only this but they changed the bowling lane prices as well and it’s overpriced (don’t even have hourly rates either! I am by far not worried about money at all for if I get good service then it is worth it but the lanes weren’t even keeping scores accurately and I used to be on a league. Will NEVER be back!!!
I dont go bowling often but this is the place Id recommend. Im a child at heart and awful at bowling - which is why this is like my top choice since they let me be a child. I dont wanna spell it out but I still like the advantage. It can get busy, even though I neglect to realize bowling is hip thing.
This center just got a big face lift and it looks better than ever. The staff is great and the new manager, Chris is awesome!!!
I am a hard-working man husband father grandfather and the best friend I have some clients that invited us to go bowling and we had a really great time of course I 1 every game LOL
The cashier is nice I have lots of fun bowling.
Rudest girl ever working at the grill bar. Gave an attitude just for asking a simple question. This was around 730 on Sunday.
Great time with family and friends. The staff is wonderful!
Great family atmosphere. Good music. Snacks. Drinks. Etc. Used a Groupon.
Something to do for everyone! Bowling, arcade, bar, pool tables....and pretty bang on appetizers.
Fun place, many lanes, good equipment
Great fun here! Staff is really sweet and helpful.
Absolutely terrible! I usually go to Shore Lanes in Palm Bay. This place was nicer, newer. But I will never go back. Bar service was the WORST. She literally refused to make me a drink. Then forgot to give my boyfriend his drink after we paid. Food service was slow and not very good. Foodservice workers looked annoyed and overworked. Pricing was much higher than Shore lanes, BY A LOT! Just NEVER again.
This place has had a facelift and it looks great! The bartender Jen is wonderful. The staff is friendly, however the Manager Donny is very unfriendly to customers and rude to his staff. This place would be a whole lot better with different management.
Our first time here for a 4yr old birthday party and my daughters first time bowling!! We had a awesome time and the staff there were so helpful if one of the balls got stuck. Your staff definitely made me feel welcomed! We most definitely will be back to practice our game!! Thanks for our first time!!
Lots of fun.
Helpful, friendly staff and my whole family had a blast
We go there every other Tuesday and have a blast great fun and great service
Decent looking establishment, reasonable price, mixed drinks not the greatest, friendly staff, honors social distancing, etc.
Quite fun filled location with indoor dinning. Not too crowd and great family friendly environment for bowling.
Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly people. Great place to relax and unwind any time! Clean, fun environment for family and friends to hang out. Its also WONDERFUL when you just want some Me Time : ) Love the friendly atmosphere. They have a great menu and awesome sports bar and grill.
This place doesnt have a mask mandate and clearly doesnt even respect social distancing. Came with the intention of spending a few hours but ended up leaving because a group of people with no masks were seated right next to us when there were 20 open lanes they could have been seated at, making us uncomfortable and too stressed out to even play. No hand sanitizer availabile besides the front entrance and general lack of care for safety.Arcade is a scam with games that every arcade over the past 15 years has used and everyone has gotten bored of.
So nice to bowl and not be a sweaty mess. Thank you
Very clean, respectful of new social norms. Barmaid is very nice, and some staff. Manager could be a little nicer.
Bowling alley and staff are great. However stop scheduling the bowling league from 7-9pm when unlimited bowling on Monday is 7-10 pm. You can’t even get a lane because of the overlap and it’s ridiculous.
I called to gain information about this buisness, having never been there before. A young gentleman answered with the name of Bryce He was very well informed, polite and knowledgeable . We had many varied questions about leagues, specials prices and such . Very polite young man.As someone that hires alot of people and as a manager I say Good hirethere !!! Good job,, His mama should be proud . Good Job MoM and or Dad . Lol.Way to go Bryce !
Clean friendly bowling alley.
Only thing I am disappointed with is the cost of a Pepsi and the cheeseburger and fries, rather high
Getting food is a sad journey only elves should take.. for the live for thousands of years
Now open - Thank you. This business has done a great job re opening safely and still allowing fun for the family. Great example of Americans getting back to the new normal. We need to support businesses like this. Thank you to the staff for working so hard to be both safe and open!
Guy working behind the counter was rude. I will never go back in there.
They are remodeling this place and it’s looking really good. My husband also bowls on a league here weekly. So needless to say we approve 😅
Its always fun here, the expensive pizza is really good. They have event nights and stuffThey disinfect shoes after use too
It was fantastic!
Great fun for the whole family!
Plenty of deals during the week and weekends, counter staff does trivia give aways a bit before closing. Food is expensive but good.
Had so much fun with the kids
It used to be Brunswick Harbour Lanes, which was a great bowling center full leagues and a great place for families. Now bowlero took over and its dark drab and nothing like it used to be. I grew up in Harbour and now, dont even wanna enter the doors!
Nice average bowling experience. Staff was nice and helpful. The place feels like a weird mix of old and new. The old is noticable in the flooring and especially the bathrooms, while the outside and inside walls are clean and brightly painted. They have great Covid procedures and I felt comfortable bowling here.
Great family fun! Staff are professional and friendly! Typical for almost all businesses in Melbourne, Florida
Credit card machines down, lane having issues, cant rent lane by the hour but only by number of games, they stuck us in the middle of a party even though we asked to be moved they wouldnt open a new lane for us, so there was a huge group of people crammed in the farthest 4-5 lanes of the building in the middle of Covid pandemic, with the other 20 or so minimum lanes not being used
We had fun
Had a great time. Havent bowled in years. This was a great outing!
Tyler always has everything going when he sees me pull up. He gets my food going, brings out the table my team captain needs for league, gets Dominics (my Seizure Alert K9) water bowl ready full of ice water just the way dominic likes it. All the employees are great there. Jacob in the pro shop can watch you throw a ball a couple times and tell you if you need to change your approach, throw, stance, etc. He can also tell exactly how to drill a ball out thatll work great for you!
Very nice place to go with the family
Its a nice place fun and friendly environment however its crazy expensive and I cant warrant spending 65$ on 3 games of bowling I wont be back
Just redone, very nice inside and lots of fun!
Great place..was surprised they didnt have every other lane open due to covid-19..
Everything was great except they ran out of food. My 11yr old is diabetic, so we had to leave. Other than that, it was nice.
$77.23 for 3 people to play 3 games of bowling? Yuck i didnt realize it would be this expensive or i wouldnt have came.
Had a great time
Its nice open then got us in to play a round had some fun in the arcade then left staff was kind over all good experience
Brunswick 2.0, a little pricey if youre going for practice, but fun as a group setting, food is dead even with Shore Lanes
Great fun with the family! And the leagues are fun!
Great people and a great time. My son is in the youth league and loves it.
Tuesday night can’t beat it
Just had a corporate event and it was a great time. Tonya was our hostess and did an excellent job keeping us in food and drink. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. Everyone had a great time. Thank you harbor lanes
Super friendly place. Had a great time went with a group of 9 and it was well spaced out between other people playing there. Small arcade but still fun. Has an air hockey table! Thats always a plus. Ate cheese pizza and it was pretty good. Recommend highly
Nice place to go with family and friends. My son went with some shool friends and had a fantastic time. Food is good and the staff friendly.
Me and my family had a blast our little one thought it was awesome and the stuff was so helpful thanks guys for going up and behind
Super fun for all ages
Thank you to everyone at bowlero for opening up as soon as they were aloud to, and letting its patrons have some fun.AWESOME place to bowl.
To start, I love this place. Ive been coming here with my family since I was a kid. This time was different.I came with my dad, my brother and my cousin. We were on lane 10, lanes 9 and 8 were 2 other groups we didnt know. We didnt even speak 5 words to them while we played. While my family played, at one point they threw the ball too early and hit the rail that clears the pins. The first two times it happened it was definitely our fault. My brother and cousin expected it to raise faster, and threw the ball too early. The third time, it was near 11:30 and suddenly all three lanes 8, 9, and 10 were shut down. None of us were sure why, and when we asked they said we hit the rail again. My family didnt, so we werent sure what happened. However, we also didnt know who the other two groups were and were confused why ours were closed. While my dad went up to try and clear things, one of the boys in a different group threw a ball at an off lane and knocked pins down. They were kicked out. At this point my family got up to leave, and as we were going we reached my dad who was arguing with the people at the desk. They claimed we hit the rail again, and the 3rd time it was certainly not us. Then they claimed we threw the ball at the off lane. The issue is, we didnt hit the rail the 3rd time and we had no idea who the other group of teenage boys were.As disappointing as this was, well probably be back because we love bowling here. A fair warning if youre going to bowl here. Wait at least 30 seconds after the rail rises to make sure it 100% wont drop down after you throw the ball. Additionally, try to get a lane away from anyone else to make sure you dont get blamed for other peoples mistakes.
Fun place played some pool and did some bowling. and they have specials on beer every Thursday which is great
I dont know what happened to this place, it used to be such a fun family centered place where people can, easily afford food and games. The prices for food is now outrageous, a large soda is almost $4. Games are almost $5 now and they keep pushing to join their leagues like crazy. Everything is a sales push, high turnover in employment. In 4 years the prices almost doubled. Its disappointing. Its as if it went from family oriented to corporation management style if that makes sense.
The prices are wayyyy too high. They tell you one price on the flyers, but it ends up being per person which is NOT advertised. They literally charge 3.50$ for water. It’s insane. It has the potential to be a great place but the prices will keep a lot of families from being about to fully enjoy this place.
