Just had my CX-5s first service. My first service experience with these folks. Im one of those very particular old geezers who knows what he wants and what its worth. So, on the Saturday before my Monday appointment. I signed up and scheduled online. The website is really easy to navigate and I received an email confirmation instantly. In the comments block, I specified the oil I wanted (after confirming they had it without up-charge). On arrival, there was minimal delay, just getting VIN and confirming what was on their screen. Botta Bing! Next thing I know, my cars ready, complimentary hand wash, tire dressing, military discount. Price was equal to or better than any service chain in the area. Many of the service people have been there for decades and seem to work well together. I used to do my own oil changes, but Ill probably bring it back to Boniface Hiers for anything I cant handle myself. Ill follow up with another review if my opinion changes.

Beware of this dealership service department. Item missing from vehicle during service appointment. Service Manager claims that dealership is not responsible for theft of patrons belongings by dealerships employees while vehicle is under dealerships care.
