The shop looked busy, took some patience to talk to someone. Took about 24 hours after estimated time to complete to get a hold of someone. The patience was worth the wait, I did get the best option and a fair price. The work on the back bumper and side mirrors are looking brand new.

They were awesome!!! I got into a car accident and they were so helpful with everything. From helping me figure what to do with my insurance to fixing up the car for me. Highly recommend!!! Also Chris and his team were bunches of help with everything. And everyone was polite and professional!

I called to see about getting my e-bike frame painted. I spoke to Chris. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was able to give me a price over the phone. The estimator Chris gave us a quote and a full explanation for the work needing to be done and was very courteous and professional. We scheduled the work a few days later and made an appointment to drop off the truck. It took longer than the one week we were told originally, but the work done was excellent and the truck looks great now.Update - after 3 months, a repaired spot on the hood showed signs of bubbling up from below. Chris was great in getting the truck right in and repaired/repainted the entire hood. We had it the next day and there was no additional cost to us! Now THAT is great customer service and a business I will recommend highly to anyone needing paint or bodywork!

Job was well done, My only complaint is that they should put some kind of covering on the floor mats, as mine was a mess after the job was done. I had to thoroughly clean the mat on the drivers side because it had white stuff all over it!

Chris was not very professional to me.Called me at 4:30 to pick my car up on Friday. He said he was leaving at 5:00 I live 30 miles away and would hit 5:00 traffic and ask him I could come Saturday and told me they were closed for the weekend meaning I would have to pay 2 days more for a rental. I pleaded with him to hang on and I would do my best to get there and he said no. He told me he had plans. I drove as quickly and safely as I could. He left the keys on the floor and left.The work as usual was beautiful but Chris was crummy.

I did a full paint job. They do a pretty bad job at prepping the car for paint, they just painted over a lot of dirt and you can see it in a few spots. The paint had a couple drip marks and cracking on the place they did a repair. The gloss and the paint looks really good but not much attention to detail.

I’m leaving a positive review not because of the job done, definitely they could do better, this is not a Micky Mouse shop, anyways, I’m leaving a good review because of the outstanding costumer service Junior gave to me and how worry he was trying to fix my car. Paint looks great, but they were sloppy about the details. One window panel was scratched and the paint right below the windows was rough. They did tell me they would fix the problems.

My 2005 charcoal gray Nissan Armada was still running great, but the hood and roof looked terrible so decided to get it painted at Maaco. That was certainly one of the best decisions Ive ever made. From the moment I first walked in to obtain an estimate, Chris was fantastic. He was cordial and respectful, and did not try to push me into buying a pricier paint job. The car was ready when promised and it looked great. However, upon closer inspection, I saw some flaws in several locations so I pointed them out to Chris, and after he looked at them, he said that was not acceptable and they would re-do it. I was stunned at his response. That was service! When it was finished, it looked incredible! I was so pleased with the quality of work, and the professional character of the employees, that I took a black, rusted roof 2005 Corolla to Maaco and once again, they performed magic!If you want a quality paint job that wont cost an arm and a leg, I recommend Chris and his team at Maaco without hesitation.

My 1993 Honda, 24 years old, looks like new again, thanks to the folks at Melbourne Maaco. They. fixed. everything. In the past, I had heard disparaging things about Maaco. Well, they certainly weren’t talking about the one in Melbourne. It all started at the customer service desk with the manager, Chris; he explained everything involved, what it would cost and how long it would take. And that is exactly what happened. My total cost was not a penny more than quoted (actually a little less.) On time, slightly under budget and next to perfect results. As professional as they come, honest and on time, really, what else can you ask for? If you need paint or body work, go see Chris. You won’t be disappointed.

The van owned by our church had an incident where a tree came out of nowhere and damaged the drivers side door. I was told to go around town and get three estimates for repair work. Maacco was $1,000 cheaper than the other two estimates I received and one of the places I went to get a repair estimate (a competing company) told me that no one would be able to beat the prices at maacco. Not only was maacco far cheaper than anywhere else they had no issue with quickly repairing the door. The van was only at their shop two days and when we picked it up the door was absolutely perfectly repaired. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend maacco for any car repairs your thinking of.

Very nice paint job, but overall experience ruined because they put a quarter size dent near the tailgate and then wouldnt own up to doing this. I understand mistakes happen in a mechanic shop but they should have admitted to the damage. Potential customers, my advice is to take photos of your vehicle before any work is done.

Fair price and the results where excellent on a 2010 Nissan Altima with rough badly Sun damaged surfaces. Today the paint job looks Factory fresh.

I just came back from attempting to getting a quote. I felt rushed and feel extremely frustrated. I was verbally thrown a number when he looked at my car and it felt like he was trying to just scare me off. After I asked for something formal because I really want to have my car painted and I have no experience in paint jobs we went inside. He gave me two prices, the cheapest and the most expensive. I wanted to find out information about jobs in between and understand what Im looking for and what I am getting for my money. He seemed to have gotten frustrated so I asked to see a job that they did for their cheapest paint job. He showed me a vehicle and it looked good to me, so I asked, what would the next step up paint job look like? What benefits would I have? Will the car be aligned properly, such as the spacing between a panel and say a door, etc. It seemed like he got frustrated and he went on a rant about we do not line up parts, we prep and paint, thats it etc It was as if I was getting scolded. That was not appreciated at all.

The first time I went to pick up the truck the bondo work that was done wasn’t painted at all so I had them redo it. The passenger side had mud and dirt all on floorboards and black marks on the seat, why anyone was on that side I don’t know. The windows, hood, and rims/tire were over sprayed and had paint on them. I don’t feel like any effort was made to properly tape off or mask anything at all. You definitely get what you pay for. Besides that the work came out good and looks fine.

I dealed with Chris and he was friendly, professional and quickly gave me his estimate which I thought was very fair. Told me when I could come back to pick up the car and the car was ready when he said it would be. I would definitely use MAACO again and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Did an outstanding job!!!

Great job painting vehicle

Needed to get my 2018 Mitsubishi bumper and right side panel repaired. Called and Chris was very professional and told me to come any time to get an estimate, he told they would need 3 days to repair and paint car. Brought car in on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 and received SUV back on Friday the 12th. I was very pleased with the paint and repair they did and how accurate they were on the timing when it would be done.

Horrible quoting on jobs. Stopped a another asked the same exact question bout what o needed to get done and got a way better quote. Prices to high for a franchise like Maaco its suppose to be affordable. Personnel giving quotes not friendly very arrogant like dont even want the business take it else were type. Very dissatisfied dont recommend.

It is definitely worth spending a little extra for a 3 year or 5 year paint ..the 1 year guarantee paint will fade after a year in the hot Florida sun.

I chose this Maaco after gathering three other estimates. Chris, the manager there of 17 years, was so professional, honest and caring that I knew to entrust my car to that shop. The price and guarantee was perfect. He delivered on the date the car would be ready and was honest with the results. The paint job was better than expected! I pointed out the visible areas where the bumpers paint had come off on both sides and was painted over it. He was honest enough to share that my bumper is plastic and was a difficult repair... however, I do have a four year warranty on it and can bring it back in to have it corrected. I will Definitely refer this shop and take my vehicles there to be painted in the future.

Great job!! ... I had a 2005 Eddie Bauer Ford Expedition that looked like it was 15 yrs old, with a broken tail light and cracked fender and other minor dents... They made my car look like new!!! It was awesome! ... a new Ford Expedition wouldve cost me $65,000.00 (the cost of a palm bay foreclosure home) ... so I was amazed what they did in under a week... dents fixed.. fender replaced.. tail light changed out and a beautiful paint job! ... I own an 03 extended cab Ford F-150. The two back doors would not open. I called Ford to get an estimate. They quoted $500 for each door, 2 hrs labor and they would replace cables and locking system. Maaco gave an estimate of $300 for both doors, worse case scenario. When I went in to pick up the vehicle at Maaco, the Manager Chris said, I cant even charge you for what we did, it was so simple. What??? I guarantee Ford would have stuck with their estimate. Chris, thank you from the bottom of my heart for having integrity! You have restored my faith in humanity. To anyone reading this looking for a good body shop you can trust...you just found it.

I couldnt be happier. The driver side window in my 2008 Jeep Liberty suddenly started to studder and make banging sounds when going up (to close). Stopped in to see what the shop Manager Chris thought. Within minutes he determined the solution to the problem and found the needed assembly and had it delivered to the shop within 30 minutes. Less than an hour later, it was installed. The window now works like new again and I was on my way. Chris and his staff are the best.

Got into a little finder bender an every body shop around wanted an arm an a leg to fix a little dent. I had Maaco do some work on my other cars on the west coast an they did a great job. Great job, Not perfect but at the price I payed they did a beautiful job. I gave it one less star then five for the fact there was slightly visible stain spray on my windows and mirrors. The mirrors also had a little paint on them but it was bairly visible with the paint. $900 for full paint job. Cant beat the price. I give it a rating of 8 out of 10.
