Id like to say that this store has a good selection but I guess a large majority of it is fake I purchased a figure from them that I did find out to be a bootleg with the worst paint job ever but I only paid a couple dollars so I cant complain I guess. Now as for the woman that works here she is completely rude and has no customer service skills because when I had gone up to the register and asked her to open a case to purchase something she just sat there not saying a word playing on her phone.

You cant see anything in the store with your EYEBALLS without being 18+ with ID. Then if youd like to handle it for weight and quality before buying you are not allowed to. Store is useless. Please go out of business. Store clerk is also very rude. You lost a paying customer. Theres plenty of stores just like this that let you handle and inspect closely the items youre buying. This place is probably running scam operations.

I love this store. They carry really cute products. I bought a few items and theyve lasted for so long. The employees are very friendly and Im honestly just happy that theres an actual anime store in town

I havnt seen many anime shops around and they had quite a nice selection of things to choose from. From candies, to clothes, to figures. They even play your fav anime ops while you shop!

What can I say? Im not a fan of bootlegs and stolen fanart. They know they sell bootlegs (they admit this on their Facebook) but dont seem motivated to get rid of the bootlegs. If you see their business at conventions, their stock is majority bootlegs compared to the lesser bootleg ratio at their store locations.I have bought from them before one time. A manga and a bootleg item. They will not tell you the item is bootleg so dont count on any employee to inform you.

Theres bootlegs but its not a store claiming to carry authentics so. If you ask them theyre not gonna say its real when its clearly not. Theyre not ripping anyone off.

Not impressed. Another review mentioned at least they were trying. I only see trying to scam those who dont know better. Just about everything in the store is fake, but not all priced that way. Most of the stuff was obvious based on the crappy paint jobs, but the stuff that looked maybe legit you cant get a good look at cause the one staff there is too busy talking to a regular about drinks. But she was quick to make sure I knew not to touch when i was trying to straighten a figure I bumped. And the pillow cases had fan art on them that Im sure was not approved for selling based on the rest of the merch quality. I didnt take a good look at the wall scrolls or posters, but they had a bunch of buttons that looked more like homemade that official. Even the plush were all off colors and questionable quality. It really irks me when people try to trick people with overpriced knock offs. Thanks, but Ill save my money for the real thing.

Great store! Friendly staff assisted with experience and were very helpful and polite. The products were good and made me happy. The store has humour and beauty spread perfectly.

Nice people but like others say full of boot leg products. The wall scrolls are probably the only thing worth buying since those are at least ok and sometimes official or higher quality than the figures.

This store is great! I dont understand the other reviews here. The variety of anime really good. They had Hetalia key chains and little figures. The staff were very polite and were happy to help. The prices here are also quite cheap unlike other oriental products. I really do recommend this place for any anime lover.

The staff was friendly and lots of cool anime stuff thats more reasonably priced then other places, and the people who complain about stuff being cheaper online, thats every store, your paying for convenience of having it right there instead of having to wait 3-5 weeks

Counterfeits and bootlegs, aka fake Chinese rip-offs of very poor quality, dominate their inventory. Youre better off buying from the Gamestop next door. Dont support bootlegs.
