I have ordered the “FAR/AIM 2022” online from this store.The cost is $15 and another 5$ for shipping.The book came in horrible condition!!!Who delivers a heavy book in a paper envelope and not in a box??? Especially when you know you’re sending it from Florida to Texas!!! Why go so cheap on your customers??The entire envelope has shoes marks on it and it’s all covered with black marks.This place doesn’t care at all about their customers and I will never buy from here again and will strongly recommend my Flight School not to purchase from them.Be aware of what they’re doing with your hard owned money.

Fallon Pilot shop is a one stop shop for anything aviation. Great customer service, still family owned. If you have questions, you’ll have great knowledge people to help you. It’s always great to have a shop where you know there are good people there working hard for you. Some shops now day are just a faceless website.

What a great little pilot shop with a good display of equipment. Had to ask for prices on a few items as I guess they mainly cater for postage but the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would love to go back again but this place just makes you want to spend money. I wanted a new flight bag and bought a few books as well. The prices were all very reasonable as well.

Second time they did not have the oil filter I needed. They had to order new stock. Called me yesterday to tell me that it came in. Went in today, and out of stock again. They bought a carton of 6 which they said sold out, and did not reserve a filter for me. Sad. I am based at KMLB, try to do business local, but they dont support the local fleet.UPDATE: Sarah got in touch with me today, and found another filter. I will be in to pick up. Thanks for the quick follow up!
