Jay, the owner, is very hands on and involved in the projects, which makes a huge difference in the outcome of finished jobs. They always manage to get you booked-in quickly, keep you updated regarding the schedule and arrive on-time. There is never an upsell and the fair prices reflect the honesty and integrity of this business. Jay has long term employees and weve never had a concern with any of them in our home. Jays Air & Heat was referred to us by a friend who had been in the air business and had recently retired. Wed been having our 2 year old A/C unit freeze up on us. Jays came out; evaluated the whole system and as it turned out, we have the wrong size unit for our house, multiple problems because of that and Jays told us to go back to the company we purchased it from and have them deal with it because of all the issues that needed fixing. Jays was so nice about this. Though we have to return to the company we bought it from, if it ever needs anything in the future, Jays is our company. Thanks guys for helping us out.

My dogs chewed up the wires to my AC and we normally have family that can do minor repairs. Long story short, it wasnt until close to 4pm that we realized it was not fixable and we had a man named Edgardo come out. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem and answered all my questions in under an hour. They were so friendly on the phone too. AC repairs are never super cheap but they are competitive comparably. I highly recommend them!

Jays Air and Heat is everything you need to feel confident in an AC company I have used them for the last 15 years. This summer they came out the same day to inspect my unit that’s been on it’s last leg for many years. It’s had various small repairs to keep in alive over the last 10 years. The old unit wasn’t worth a repair of a new compressor so I decided on a new unit. It’s the middle of a July so speed of service means everything. They came and inspected the unit and installed the new one the next day. They warranty all parts for 10 years. The best part is they are honest, show up, answer all questions, and guaranty all the work. They are a five-star company and I recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

Jay is super. He sent Quinn to clean my a/c drain line. He found a part not working rightIt was under warranty, so only paid labor. I would recommend them to everyone.

We were totally stressed out when our AC died, and we found out we had to replace everything!(Our unit was very old)Jay came out right away and spent time explaining our options...He then told us that if we could wait about 3 weeks, we could save a substantial amount of money because of the specials that typically run in February.Just as promised, we waited and ordered our unit with special financing on top of it, and saved over $600Jay ordered our unit on Thursday, and his crew was out here the very next day! As a retired ac/refrigeration service tech. I can wholeheartedly say That Jays did a fantastic job on my 3.0 ton split system replacement yesterday. He and his installation crew did a fantastic job. I could not be more impressed with their capability, professionalism, equipment, knowledge, vans, trailers and such. From now on any body that I know will be advised to only call Jays.

Our 17 year old AC systems were on their last legs so we called a few places and decided to use Jays based on our neighbors recommendation and the thorough quote we got from Jay. 2 Crews arrived and by 3pm were finished and the new systems were installed.
