Took great care of our furniture, answered our questions and moved very quickly. David, Codey, Jeremy, Doug and Corbin were professional, down to earth, courteous and did an amazing job. They took time to protect the home with runners, protected the stairway railings and efficiently wrapped our furniture and took care not to damage anything. They are a best kept secret in Ohio.After taking our belongings to storage, John Krupp and his crew arrived with a semi-trailer and were waiting at our new home to unload on time at 8:30 am. They worked over 9 hours in the sweltering heat wave, kept their composure and did their job with a passion even though the electricity had not been turned on in the house yet to give them air-conditioning. They delivered all the boxes to their appropriate areas of the house to our satisfaction. John K even unhooked the previous washer/dryer and hooked up ours at our request. Mike S, Jeremy, Corbin and Omar were wonderful in helping us get our move squared away. I will update this after everything is moved in because they are holding our belongings for a while. If they take care of our property as well as they did taking it out of my house and putting it on the truck, we will be in good hands. Crew was efficient. We did not only have a few things, we had quite a few. They came in with a game plan, explained what they were going to do and did it straight away. Couldnt be happier with their effort.

Amazing moving service. Ive moved numerous times when I was with the military and this was one of our best moving experiences. James, Codey, Luke, Omar and Corbin were super professional, efficient and personable. I hope to never have to move again, but if we do, Krupp Moving will be on our short list of movers for the job.

David, James, Jeremy, John M, and Austin went above and beyond helping us move. From the time of arrival until the last bookshelf was in our new house, they never stopped moving! Did a great job prepping the house and were especially helpful with our piano... they even helped us with an additional personal trailer at the end of a long hard day. Luke and Tad did a great job with the move. Everything was done as promised, communication was proactive, and rates were as quoted. After a horrible experience with Moving Solutions in Mentor where nothing was done as quoted and communication was nonexistent, Krupp was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely use them again.

I recently had a pretty big move and had an excellent experience. It was 100 degrees and they moved 2 houses in one day. My movers were Todd, Garrison, Jeremy, and Josh. These guys should get an extra bonus because they were excellent!

We hired Krupp to move us this past weekend (9/4). We were moving out of our 4 bedroom home, PLUS, moving my in-laws out of their 2-bedroom condo and all into one house. From Andrew coming over to give us a quote to the crew that moved us, they were fantastic. Since we had 2 homes, Krupp sent us a crew of 7 and two trucks. And let me tell you, they busted their butts. Always moving, running, and never an empty trip. David, Mike, Corbin, Jeremy, Codey D, Shawn, and Jeff worked like gangbusters. Krupp scores again! After a major move in August, I needed to move a piano. Doug was the foreman again, and again he was incredibly efficient. He directed John M and Jordan through every step, and they worked together as a team. I couldnt recommend them, or Krupp, more highly!

Amazing movers! I have moved across the country 3 times and and have had my fair share of horrible moves, broken items, and horrible customer service. Krupp was none of those things. They have had great customer service from the very beginning and always answered my phone calls. On moving day they showed up right on time abs had a great attitude the entire day. No broken items and great care to all of our items while moving.
