Almost never came to home for equipment check. Never got updated equipment when something stopped working. When attempting to switch companies, they took weeks to transfer info. And it didn’t happen until I googled an address for them. Avoid this company.

Poor customer service. They can’t/won’t answer any of your questions, just try to get you to call somewhere else. The least helpful group of people when you need something.

These are the worst people I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing from one day to the next. We have been waiting 2 months to get a portable oxygen concentrator for my mom. Very ridiculous. I will never deal with these people. And I will tell everybody I know to go to anyone but then.

I used a good CPAP supply company in Illinois for several years, but when I moved to Ohio, I thought it would be a good idea to have a local provider and went to Lincare.I was wrong.Over the course of the past year, I havent had a single satisfactory interaction with this company. Between difficulties just getting set up as a customer, having the wrong supplies listed in my records, a major run-around trying to get a billing error corrected, and getting five different answers from five different people on a problem with another order, I have no confidence in their abilities or faith in their promises.Theyre not even a local company, as billing and shipping are handled from Florida.

I’ve never tried to deal with a business that would not allow me to review their charges before paying. I simply asked for a copy of the invoice to review. Clearly they had much to hide for their over charging. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. I even had to call ask for status on my order from three weeks previously.

Absolutely rude on the phone. Refuses to provide equippment replacements that insurance said they would cover. Complained about having to speak with insurance on the phone. Avoid this company at all costs.

This place is horrible! Very unprofessional & rude staff. They dont keep good records & they dont see to it that people get their life or death medical supplies!!! Then when you call them they tell you its not their problem & even told the patient not to call back.

Playing phone tag when I have time, to get a C Pap to my home that was ordered months ago!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before we started the process. Next time, I will go with Galaxy Medical!!

I Would Not trust this company with my trash. Call insurance and ask for ANYONE other than LIncare!!!! Short story: poor customer service, HIPPAA violations, and demands of non-existing Co-pays.Longer story: I waited two month to receive a call regarding the equipment prescribed to me. They then double booked the appointment. Witnessed HIPPAA violations While waiting to be seen the FIRST & LAST NAMES as well as DOB being hollered out over the office workers in front of me talking loudly about the accounts of these people and the specific medical equipment being canceled for delinquency. (There is no divider between the office staff and the “waiting area”). Finally someone talks to me and they ask for a co-pay. I realize I don’t have my wallet. I Asked if they could bill me co-pay as I drove 45mins. To finally get this machine. They said no. Not because I didn’t have my license to prove I was who I was but over an apparent co-pay that they expected?!?! After calling insurance finding a different medical equipment supplier they inform me I DON’T HAVE A CO-PAY! Watch out if you are contacted by LinCare. Call your insurance and request a different supplier!
