Needed an earth anchor for amateur radio use. Was going to get 3 of a certain type, but there wete only two in stock. Website said plenty. Ended up getting a different one and having to redesign the need for them.

Worst store ever. You call and they tell you something is in stock. When you get there its not. You return something you bought and they dont have enough cash to give you a refund, so you have to come back. Sure I love a 1/2 hour drive for no reason. You ask questions in the store and they give you wrong information. The kids working there know nothing. Worst run store Ive ever experienced here in Medina. Last on my list of places to shop. Best thing that could happen to this store is closure.

Billy and Jeanete were very helpful and friendly, they were both able to handle all my questions and get me signed up for the credit card, good neighbor club and the 2 year protection plan for my new Bad Boy Zero Turn Mower. They also set me up with the oil for my first oil change. Also was able to find me a hitch to fit my mower. They are both very knowledgeable and an asset to Tractor Supply. I went to TSC to buy some cat litter because Walmart was out. I know that is hard to believe Walmart out of cat litter but it is true. TSC is a very good place to buy cat litter and the price is very close to Walmart I am talking about store brand litter. The store brand litter is just as good name brand litter. I have nothing to complain about TSC it is one of my favorite to look around in to see what I can find.

Stop in to refill propane tanks. Call in side asked if someone could help. 10 minutes later an employee went by said it will be a few minutes. I would not mind to the wait but I see them helping other people that came in after I arrived. I left after waiting 50 minutes.

This manager is extremely unprofessional. I have seen her berate staff in front of customers on a number of occasions, one time even making the cashier cry. She has an attitude for being too good to answer questions and is condescending when she seems to think the answer is simple. I only knew she was the manager when I asked to speak to one (about her) and she arrogantly said it was her. I have never been to a store so hostile. I actually feel bad for all of the employees who have to run around like chickens with their heads cut off, because I know it’s not their fault. It seems like everything was fine until a few months ago, then the store took a turn for the worst. I will no longer be shopping here.

Typically Id buy here but after this time Im going to start shopping somewhere else. Called to see if they had something on hand before driving40mins to the store. First she put me on hold for 7mins then just hung up, the othe 4 times she aswered said the speal I asked the same things and she just hung up. Finally decided to just go to homedepot. Called 3:53- 4:03 06.22.21 belive her name was Brittany. This makes the third time in the last month where this kind of behavior has happened and Im sick of it. Not a good way to operate a business.

Employees are rude and act as if youre bothering them when you ask for assistance. Medina selection for equine and cattle is awful. Shelves are never stocked and theyre always out of everything. When you check a product online its always out of stock at medina and available at EVERY single other site. Whoever does their ordering needs fired. Ill drive a half hour further to go to better locations or Rural King

Stopped in for propane at 5pm. Said they stopped selling it for the day. I asked if they were out of propane, they said no, we just stopped selling it for the day. What? A waste of time. I’ll go elsewhere for the other things I needed.

The staff at this location is only as helpful as they barely need to be and their helpful professional attitude needs to be adjusted. They barely answer a question and will start to leave and if you have more questions or need more help, they act like you are imposing on their time. I do not like going there except when I cant get an item some place else.

I have been hunting for a Kayak.I have called all week and they didnt have any, they even said Tuesday & Thursday were truck days to call.Called on a fluke this morning and they had one!I flew there, they said they would hold it for me. I was over the moon excited!! I got there and it was rain checked for someone else, so lie number one. I now ask if I could get a rain check on one and why I have never heard of a rain check. Sure enough we go to complete that process andI cant have a rain check they are on back order. That was lie number two..I can order off online from a computer that has a sign on the computer for free shipping, there is an $89 fee for shipping and a credit of $50.After all the deception, they couldnt just get me free shipping or a promo code.I get everyone wants a Kayak, but dont tell me we can do this and that and not follow through.

I love tractor supply company! This is a chain of non presumptuous farm, yard and tractor supply store that simply have what you need. They have great pet supplies, pest control products, and hardware needs. The prices are good, and the staff is knowledgeable.If you are headed the Home Depot or Lowes, you might try here first and same a couple bucks and the hassle of the big HI stores

I have been shopping around for a new tractor mower... this store has a great section of mowers and accessories. Looks like they have a more heavy duty selection of mowers features then the Box Store. Also a very knowledgeable sales team explaing all the features with no pressure.

Called TSC in Medina Wednesday morning asking if they had a Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1 in stock. Steve (Store Manager) answered and was incredibly nice. He confirmed he just received one in a crate that morning. I explained I wanted to look at it so he said he will put it together for me right away. When I arrived, he had it put together and waiting for me. I purchased it and had it delivered. I was very anxious and excited and Steve knew it so he called me letting me know right when he finished loading it for delivery. I tracked the driver the whole way via live gps tracking and was waiting in my driveway when the driver arrived!!!! He knew I was excited and let me drive it off the trailer lol. This was my first visit to a TSC but wont be my last!!! Everyone there is friendly and helpful! Home Depot and Lowes seem to always be in a rush, TSC is very personal.

I find that Tractor Supplies prices are reasonable oh, and the people that work there are knowledgeable. Its also nice to go to a store that carries some things that you wouldnt see it in ordinary Lowes or Home Depot. Their Hardware includes many things not normally seen and they even sell clothing. I like the store.

This place has everything you could ever want. I got my snowblower there and I get my cat foods there and I get my bird foods there and a wonderful pair of boots I wear everywhere. its very clean and well organized and everybody there has been extremely helpful anytime I have asked any questions at all. I would recommend it to anybody

Excellent prices on bulk food for animals like rabbits and chickens, even some pet products. Shelves often bare though and you have to ask someone to restock. Not a problem if customer service is manned but if not you can wait 20 minutes to get help.

They are so good there. I had a few surgerys which has limited my lifting and they always help.That means so much to me.

Fill up your propane tanks by the gallon here (currently at $2.59 a gallon) as opposed to exchanging (currently at $19.99 ea.). Just filled 2 tanks at $11.89 for both, wouldve cost $38.98 + tax. Great deal!

Picked up a large item after calling ahead. I was in and out in no time Thanks to Geoff and a two wheeler, we loaded up easily and were on our way. Best price of any place around or online as well.

Friendly staff. Store is kept up and clean. Often they need more cashiers or at least faster ones. We actually went in one time to find parts for our mower/tractor and they didnt have tractor parts even though the name is Tractor Supply. We go there still but just not for everything.

Great products. Staff is generally both knowledgeable and helpful. Only suggestion is cashiers remembering to ask for Rewards phone number and if forgotten to be willing to cancel transaction and ring again. Animal rescuers need all the points they can accrue LOL.

Tractor Supply is convenient when you have an immediate need and cant go to another store. They have the supplies you need for your farm or property but are pricey compared to Rural King. Sometimes even the local hardware store has better prices. Even more perplexing is when several TSCS are located in the same general area, only one of them might have lower prices, as that particular store feels it is in competition with a Rural King, even though it is no farther away than other TSCs.

We always like tractor supply. The staff is always really nice. I think that. My only complaint is that they do seem a little pricey on many things that they sell.

Looking for casters, they only had two of the 6 in stock... Said they could order them but it would take a week to get them ( I could do the exact same thing only they would probably be half the price 😑). On top of that, one of the two was defective. The attendant said we could but it then did it ourselves.... Really?!!! Why would I but it then? No stock, bad service... This went these stock stores will eventually be out of business... If I wanted to wait a week, Id order it myself.....
