I had an urgent early morning medical appointment, but the evening before this appointment my garage door suddenly made a terrible noise, slipped slightly sideways and then stopped halfway open. I wouldnt be able to get my car out, and I knew no one to call. I jumped on Google and found Mark Keiper at Granger Doors, but he was due to close in less than 15 minutes. I called and left a message, explaining my emergency and asking him to call as soon as possible, but didnt really expect to hear from him until the next day. He called back almost immediately, was at my house in 20 minutes, fixed the door so that I could park my car outside until he could do the complete fix the next day. He had warned me that he was booked solid the next day, and yet he caught a brief break in his schedule and called just as I was walking in from my appointment. My garage door is running smoothly and quieter than before. Mark is extremely courteous and professional. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost for 2 trips and such prompt service. I would highly recommend Mark at Granger Doors.

On a Tuesday our garage door opener became non-operational. The old unit was mfg. 11-1998 and was done. I did a Google search and came across Granger Door. The 1st thing that popped out was the 24 5-Star reviews. Mark is also the hard-working owner of the business and very gracious and gentlemanly. He was at our home in Medina the same day and replaced the broken torsion roller springs and provided a new 1/2 HP opener. Time and labor DO matter. Mark of Granger Doors is awesome! He was on time with phone calls, visits and installation. Hard to find this in the construction world.
