Very helpful employees friendly and you can get anything there they have all your parts you would need no mattered how old it is and a full shop for all the repairs you would need done on your units over all a great place for all your needs

I like that your store has most of what I need, but its hit and miss with who you get to help you. When I come there I get someone to help me that is either having a bad day and takes it out on his customers, or he is just naturally an @*&$#%! and dont like dealing with people, and is obviously in the wrong position with the company. I personally cant afford to have my riding mower picked up, repaired and then dropped off. So I do all I can do to fix things myself. I chose to purchase my replacement parts from you, but even then, most of the time if I dont come in there and name off exactly the part name, part number, manufacturer, model number, numbers from my mower instantly (pretty much short of going behind the counter and getting the part and ringing it up myself), I get attitude. And try not to ask any questions, busy or not, they will make you feel like you are bothering them and do their best to make tou feel stupid.I also wonder why the hours on Saturday are only 8-12. This is for most people, the only day they have off to do repairs to their equipment. I understand you are open for 4 hours, but its also the only day alot of people can sleep past 6am. Personally I would do 10am-2pm, but who am I to say, Im just the guy that chooses to spend my money at a business that is pretty much a monopoly when it comes to tractor parts, if you dont have time to order from Amazon. So in the meantime, I guess Ill have to continue hoping that when I come up there, Ill have the luck of the draw and get a friendly parts counter representative that understands that not everyone is an expert like him.

Very nice people they took my tractor. And it was not what I originally was diagnosed they did the work and Im going to get it back prices were reasonable and I looked around and showroom Ive got a couple other things that I need work done maybe theyll get the job

Its a Wellington Implement branch now. Regaurdless this place is great. So far I have purchased a backpack leaf blower and a chainsaw bar and chain from them. The bar didnt fit my old saw so they helped me die grind it and made sure everything fit up alright.

Parts department is awesome! Very experienced and knowledgeable. Saved me almost $65! Walked in holding a rotted nasty starter cable and the guy knew what kind of tractor I had before I even said a word! A 47 Farmall M . Very impressed!

Had what I needed.

Dropped my two mowers off in January so they can check them out and make sure everything is good for the season. 1st had to call to check on my equipment after 2 weeks. 2nd have a piece missing on my 36 scag that covers part of the motor. 3rd one week into cutting and my 36 blades stop working and the next day same thing with my 48. Try to call 3 different times during the day and no answer. Coincidence??

My husband bought a mower from here had excellent service . The mower was great until he needed new tires took it in to get new tires, brought it home it broke down, took it back charged us to fix it, brought it home the damn thing wont start. After 240.00 took it to another place they asked us if we dropped it. NO. The mower sits unusable and we owe over 3,000.00 on it. Decided to file court papers since this is for our business, and we had to rent a mower, season is over time to fix the problem through a judge.

I own a Kioti tractor and likr the tractor for 3.5 years and 218 hours. At 218 the cam shaft flailed and the local dealer in Medina Ohio refused to repair the tractor under warranty. They claimed I was doing commercial work. In reality it was service work. Either way, my maintenance was done at the dealer. Since when does a motor and cam shaft fail at 220 hours in a real tractor. My John Deere and Kubota machines I never had a lick of problems. You get what you pay for a cheap machine with no body standing behind it. $7700 to repair.Not one phone call returned by the dealer manager, Kioti corporation and service is just rude

I won’t go back. They can’t return a call. They won’t give you any advice if your a do it yourselfer even if you buy the parts from them. They don’t want your business unless you want to spend ten grand on a new tractor.
