Really great store with lots different costume options! Just purchased from hear today and bought the fog machine hopefully its works great. Got a lovely discount upon purchasing and I gotta say I will most definitely be returning!

I have gone in a couple of times so far because I love Halloween and every time I have been, Bobby (or Bobbi, Im not too sure) was working. They have been SO FRICKIN AWESOME. They are super sweet and always very cheerful. Please give this person a raise or something because they deserve it!

No game of thrones official costumes anymore, but some knock off options. It was generally difficult to find an inspiring costume here. It was easiest to find costumes from 30-70$ but with accessories it can cost more, despite mostly generic options.

Good selection but waaaay too expensive. $50.00 there, same exact costume at walmart for $20.00.

Always a nice selection Halloween costumes and decor. I usually make multiple trips and still find new things each trip. They always have new things each year. If you order online you can return to the store which is nice.

Decent Halloween store with fairly good selection. Not the greatest selection, but certainly better than what Walmart might have in stock!

Fun and neat to look around in. However, I wont ship there because its incredibly expensive.

Didnt have any products I was looking for(astronaut or fire fighter costume) and little to no products were unisex, let alone male costumes.

Great selection already!!! Big location. Animatronics were already working! Awesome shark tank walk thru!

Found what we needed. They still have a good selection of decor and costumes.

Way to expensive to shop until after halloween. But they do have cool stuff!

Exceptionally poor customer service. There is a difference between being adamant about store refund policy, and showing outright animosity towards the customer.I believe that if I was in that employees shoes, the situation would have been much better handled.I will not disclose names or physical features, but future customers shouldnt expect stellar service from a seasonal, discount outlet store anyways.

A little on the small side since they moved locations. Mostly the same stuff as previous years.
