We hired Honey Bee Bakery for our wedding. They made amazing cupcakes and cookies as well as our wedding cake! Everyone loved them and they made for a beautiful dessert table! 10/10 would recommend to any brides looking for a cake baker!

Ran into Bob at Cool Beans. He no longer goes to Honey Bee as was told he treated barista’s rudely. According to Mattie, two new barista’s made his latte wrong and they did like the way Bob informed them. If anyone was rude it was Mattie. Furthermore, Mattie went on to call Bob a liar. (While I am sure this was a total misunderstanding, You take the word of two new barista’s over a customer that has supported you for years!) I have seen Bob numerous times at Honey Bee and he was nothing but nice, polite and very professional!!! Mattie was rude, unprofessional, and should be fired. I have seen Mattie treat our senior citizens this way. Bob said he brought Mattie’s behavior to Kim and it fell on deaf ears. I too have joined Bob at Cool Beans. Apparently Kim is not concerned about dealing with senior citizens. BEWARE——-HONEY BEE IS NOT FRIENDLY TO SENIOR CITIZENS

My wife ordered a cake for a special event. And it turned out fabulous.This is the place for bakery be it a special order ora single piece. The have many types of coffee making this a great place for a quick break.

The macarons were so yummy! Honestly I was worried about the flavors but they were all delicious! Its a little pricey but anyone has tried to make them would know they are very time consuming. Definitely worth the cost- treat yourself! You wont be disappointed!Pictured: blue with cherry on top is cherry flavored; purple is lavender; yellow with brown strips is banana peanut butter; orange is orange creamsicle; aqua blue is mint; and white and green is key lime pie flavored. 😋

Stopped in here for the first time today. What a great local bakery. I had a cappuccino and some macaroons. Both were very yummy. The staff is super friendly and quick. It’s great to have local business like this around. Very happy to support them.

I ordered a half a sheet cake. The decorations on the cake were very nice. However that is we’re it ended. The cake was over done! The cake was hard to cut because it was so dark brown. I ordered a raspberry filling it was not spread evenly over the cake and there were slices of cake that had no filling at all. Also the cake was so uneven that there was up to 2” of frosting so that it looked even. I called Honey Bee Bakery at least five times I was told them the problem I had and was told the manager would call me. No call was ever returned. They never said they were sorry! They do not care they have their money and I guess that’s all that counts. I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell everyone I know about the terrible service I received from them!

What a wonderful find! I tried the London Fog tea and was pleasantly thrilled with how delicious the lavender pairing tasted. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic bakery. Delicious sticky buns. Would love to try the cinniman rolls (come early to get one, they sell out). My only gripe is a lack of pricing on their items - I had no idea how much I spent till I swiped my card... But everything g is delicious and its a great location. I recommend parking in the rear, much easier than the street. Stop in if you are in town.

They did our wedding cake for our 3/27 wedding and did an incredible job. The cake tasted DELICIOUS and they did a wonderful job with decorating & delivery. Highly recommend Honey Bee Bakery!

I stopped in for some cookies, but ended up with a cinnamon roll and a coffee. The roll was good, the coffee was great. The counter person was really cheerful and it was a nice break from the day.

We were gifted a tray of Christmas cookies, they were extremely fresh delicious and looked amazing. I would highly recommend them! I dont live over in that area but will have to make a special trip for another tasty fix of there amazing treats!

I received a tray of cookies on my front steps. It was a “sympathy” gift because of my mom’s passing in early December from a friend in Chardon. There were several varieties from a snickerdoodle to chocolate chocolate chip, to some butter or sugar cookies, and peanut butter. I found all of them to look old - not fresh - tasted dry or simply tasteless. Not one was iced like in the picture. I’d guess more than two days old. I would never recommend this bakery. Though it was a nice variety. This failure saddens me because I enjoy supporting local businesses and I know there’s few bakeries around.

Bread item we bought for family was really great but it cost 9$ and didnt realize how small it was. Extremely overpriced.

This bakery is always delicious. They have a great selection of baked goods. Before quarantine I used to stop here to buy cookies before work. They have coffee too! They make beautiful cakes. I hope they stay open for many years to come. Vegan treats too!!!

I ordered a custom gender reveal cake here. The process was easy, and the cake looked exactly as I imagined. Not only that but it tasted amazing. The chocolate cake was moist and the vanilla buttercream was delicious. Sometimes when you get a custom cake it either looks good or tastes good. But here you get both. We also got a ton of compliments on the look and taste. Definitely will order all future cakes from here!

I trust Honey Bee Bakery to make my sons birthday cake every year. I give them an idea based on the theme of the party, and they deliver a tasty and fun cake every time. And they have vegan options! Love this place.

I used to love coming to the Honey Bee. In the past 8 months things have gone down hill quickly. Their coffee taste awful and all of their bakery is very dry. I recently discovered that she isnt at all nice to her employees either. I hope that they can figure out all of these issues soon!!

Fantastic bakery. Every time my mom and I stop in Medina to go antique shopping, we always make time to stop here. Their sugar cookies are absolutely crave-worthy! They also have some of the best macarons and cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. You know a bakery is quality when even their day-olds are totally delicious. As for drinks, their coffee is great and their specialty drinks are flavorful without being too sweet. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

I absolutely love their signature honey & espresso seasonal beverage. I have only been to this establishment a handful of times, but every visit is always pleasant. Their bakery work is exceptional! And I appreciated the owner - very kind. I like supporting woman-owned, quality small businesses like this one.

Lovely little cafe/bakery. I had a seriously delicious gluten free/vegan buckeye bar and was pleased to see several gluten free options. The coffee was much, much tastier than a chain option. Id visit again.

StalePeople like this restaurant and perhaps I did not visit on a good day, but I did not feel that the bakery products were fresh; they seemed to be considerably older. As a result, I was unimpressed and hope that they can move more product in order to have more fresh bakery products.

Very cute little shop with a pleasant atmosphere, and good vegan pastries! However I got a medium mocha with coconut milk and it tasted exactly like watered down hot chocolate. Nothing frothy about it, and I know coconut milk can be a little watery but Ive had excellent coconut milk mochas at other coffee shops. My brother got a large cappuccino with coconut milk and it tasted like hot milk. You could not taste the coffee in either of our drinks. We let our sister who doesnt like coffee try both drinks and she couldnt taste coffee either. I see this shop has great reviews but its honestly the worst mocha I have ever had and I dont know if we visited on a bad day or what. We headed over to Cool Beans instead.

I called last week (Thursday ) to place an order and call today to check on my order (6/12/2019) no one didnt answer so I left an VM. I literally called 20 minutes later and they forward my call to vm. (😆 ) I was really excited to try those lemon bars but the poor customer service has given me the perception that this bakery wasn’t worth the time and money. Moving forward, you should follow up with your customers if they request an order over the phone. Especially return people phone calls if they are inquiry of their order. Wish you luck and I hope you use this as a learning opportunity.I will say Im very pleased with Honey 🐝 Bakery customer service. I pick up my order on Sunday (7-14-2019). I went about the review the wrong way and I apologize for my actions. However, the those damn cupcakes were delicious and taste sooo good. Placed an order here 3weeks ago to have the cake ready for Oct 12, had a screenshot of a cake decoration that we wanted right off there website the only difference was that we wanted is a little scarier they said no problem we can do that. Picked the cake up today and this is what we were given see pic below needless to say nowhere near what we wanted. Quite the difference on what we were expecting! Not sure what the point was in showing the picture if your not going to follow what was wanted. Very disappointed and with the cost of what we payed for the cake!

Ok it has taken me a long time to write this review but everytime I go passed this place I still get annoyed. My son was turning 10 and about a month before his birthday we went into the bakery to try some of their baked goods to see if we liked it. I ordered a few cupcakes and some brownies they were all delicious. So I ordered my sons cake that day. She asked his favorite colors he said red and blue and theme was x-box. So day of the party hubby picked up the cake it was a big cake box and excitedly son and I opened the box to see his cake! It was the thinnest sheet cake I have ever seen. Either it didnt rise or they sliced it in thirds to make money off the rest of the cake. It was also the most unimaginative X-Box design ever! The entire cake was bright blue it had a bright red controller and had my sons name and the number 10. Fine it was a tiny cake and ugly but it had to be delicious right?! Nope not one kid ate more the half a piece and my son asked me if they made the cake a few days ago since it was so dry. Thankfully I had ordered cupcakes from a friend that were amazing and not from a professional bakery. I am all about supporting local but not this place that would ruin a kids birthday.

I was super excited to try this bakery and wanted them to do my baby show cake and cookies. I have been Facebooking with them and sent my pictures and even got pricing, date, and time from Honey Bee. This was about 2 months before my baby shower.I have contacted the bakery 3 times in the last 4 weeks to make sure we were still on schedule. One of the workers told me that they did not see my order and that I should call in an speak to the owner when she was in. I then called back again and got the owner. She advised me they were having problems with Facebook and email and to text her the pictures. She told me once she received the pictures she would confirm.Another week went by and I still didnt hear from her. At this point, I feel I have done more than enough as a customer. I have been shopping for cakes and my party is the 15th this month. So frustrated!!!! This is why people get upset with small businesses I would have been fine if they would have told me 2 months ago that they were booked and couldnt do it.

This place is amazing. I had them do a small wedding cake. Im not the best at explaining my self, i just said make it look weddingish with white flowers, somehow she knew exactly what to do I live in LasVegas but had a small wedding in medina at my husbands family home, so i had to do it over the phone and trust her skills. Im glad i did . I was pleasantly surprised with the way it look, taste and the price. I got so many complements from my guest. I am very happy. Thank you
