I drove almost 3 hours to this dealership to purchase a GT charger. From the moment I got there It was a professional, and genuinely welcoming place to be. The process went smoothly, even though I had some issues, they were able to help me drive away with a new car! The staff here were very respectful but also genuine and kind the whole time. I will definitely come back to get another car here, as I will always speak highly of this location! Overall great experience and I appreciate the help and care they gave me; as being a young female sometimes this dosent happen in the car industry so I am pleased to say I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Our salesman was very pleasant and extremely willing to do make us happy..maybe too much so. We were the only people on the lot about 1230 on July 24. He came on too strong at first but correctly read the situation and back way off..kudos for that. The one thing he did consistently wrong was not keeping his mask on correctly. We had ours on throughout but he did not follow suit. Also the Hertz website states that ALL vehicles are to have a at sticker denoting a sanitized interior. Not one vehicle on that lot had a sticker. The formerly good deals are all but gone at this point so I would suggest looking elsewhere as well.

Horrible experience and very rude manager, I saw a car that I like, got all excited and drove 50 miles to Medina to check it out, I planned to purchase a car that day but there were lots of dents and scratches on the 2017 Corolla which you could not tell from the pictures, I mentioned it to the manager and see if I can get a small discount, he was like all our rental cars have dents and scratches, well, maybe its not the right car. Wow what a good approach to start selling!! I said well, maybe its not the right place then I grabbed my purse and left immediately, all disappointed but thanks to this awful experience I got a much better deal somewhere else.

Ayoub and Erik were amazing! They are a true no haggle pricing, no hidden fees. They were upfront about what everything cost and let me take my time in making my decision. The fact that the prices arent up to negotiation may put some off, but I think that contributed a fair bit to just how laid back and friendly the salesmen were.The prices were fair, the staff helpful, and a fair selection of cars to look at. I felt no pressure and was able to inspect and test drive until I was completely satisfied with my choice.To top it all off, this dealership chain has an incredibly intuitive and up to date website! Youre set whether youre old school and want to browse in person, or you want to browse from the comfort of home.

We had an excellent experience at Hertz in Medina! We’ve bought several cars in the past from other dealerships and the experience was always pressured and stressful. We went in to Hertz ready to fight, but were immediately welcomed to a low-stress no pressure environment. Dan was incredibly kind, laid-back, and helpful. He engaged our small children and brought out coloring books to occupy them while we looked at minivans. We never once felt pressured or that we were being played. Dan was very knowledgeable and helped us chose a minivan that was right for our growing family. Dashawn took pictures all around the car, sent them to us and gave us a very accurate description of the condition of the car. This is relatively a newer showroom of Hertz. If you know your car, did your price research and not looking for some Whopping Mind Blowing Sale, this is the place to go. They dont sale any Lemon, or wont push any defect, salvage, rebuilt title vehicle, so the price will be closer to KBB or autotrade value, not way below. The managers Mike and Eric both are very professional, honest and seasoned sales person. Yes, they are doing business and will try to make some profit from your purchase. But if you know you car and talk with them with any legit issues and problems that you noticed in your inspection, they will work with you. The financing is also decent. We got one of their newest sales person Courtney who is an amazing human being and will be an excellent fit for any customer service related business, not only car sale. She went above and beyond to help us for a vehicle which is not even in their premium category. If you want to buy your next car from group of decent honest car salesmen and women, this is the place to go. You will pay just whats fair, not way below or above.As for the vehicle itself, Hertz detailed their vehicles and made sure to keep it as clean as possible which is impressive. They make sure to give you the newest possible version of your vehicle, through inspections, repairs and maintenance before putting it in the lot. But in the end, these are machines and I will take couple of months to test it before saying whether I did a good purchase or not.

I have always dreaded having to deal with a car dealership experience mainly because of the hustling that salesman do. However, at this Hertz location I dealt with JASON, one of the salesman, from start to finish. Talk about excellent customer service!! He is beyond professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. True professional and a great guy. We are very happy with the car we purchased and the experience!!!

I purchased a vehicle last month from Hertz Car Sales and I will tell you I could not be more pleased with this place! I love the no-haggle policy they have bottom line pricing and the vehicles have been very well maintained with a large selection to choose from. Also the sales staff is phenomenal they went the extra mile to accommodate me during my purchase. Everything I had posted previously is correct and I had originally given them 5 stars rating however I bought my vehicle in April 2019 and now it is July 2019 and they still have not sent me my title. I called several times and spoken to you manager and other sales staff and they continue to tell me its an out-of-state title and theyre having problems getting it transfer. I would caution now about buying a vehicle with out of state titles from this place.

Before I got there he has all the vehicles I was interested in lined up for me to check out . I really appreciate having such a smooth experience and the sales rep has everything to do with that in my opinion . The reason for the 4 star rating is simply because hertz doesn’t do a detail cleaning on the cars before you take them home. I was looking forward to the “new car, squeaky clean windows” etc. I suppose with such a great price, detailing my own vehicle once I got it home was worth it overall. I’d definitely go back to Jason time and time again, and I’ll be sending friends & family his way without hesitation.

We didnt end up purchasing here, because the specific vehicle I wanted wasnt in stock, but I recommend checking this place out, especially if you are looking for the best price.

I bought a car for my 17 yr old. He loved this car & spent the money left to him by his deceased father. They refused to come down from the asking price & we had a major issue within the first wk. They wouldnt take it back but they fixed it. Weve only made 1 payment so far & now the gas is pouring out as fast as we put in. They said... Oh, sorry. Cant help you. They had us take it to the service shop the first time. Now Im told unfortunately we dont have a service shop here.!I would never refer anyone to this place.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Toyota Sienna. We found the car online and immediately called the next day to make sure it was still in stock. Jason Clark was excellent and we made an appointment to come see it after I got off of work. The price was excellent and a few thousand below the Kelly Blue Book value. It was nice not having to haggle down the price. The only problems we had with the car was it was missing the 8th seat in the middle. When we brought it up they offered to order a new one and have it installed once it came in. When we got home after purchasing, we noticed there was a few cracks in the front windshield. I contacted Jason and they offered to replace the windshield for free and install it when they installed the 8th seat. It was all done timely and just as they offered. Excellent customer service and we appreciate all the help in us getting our dream car! I highly recommend looking at purchasing a used car from here.

Just bought a 2018 Avalon, thousands less than same car at other dealership. This car is showroom clean and has a warranty. I must commend the salesman Ayoub . Absolutely no pressure and he was completely knowledgeable about all the features of this car. What was really impressive was a follow up call he made asking how thing were going and said if I had any questions regarding adjustments of the many accessories to just call him . When first entering the dealership, there was no one to greet us nor was there anyone to direct us. Fortunately, I had found the correct sales associate. He had us sit down and it was uncomfortably quiet. He had us give our license information but he was extremely unprepared as he had known we were coming in and we had been communicating frequently over email. I had asked to look at the 2017 Nissan Versa 1.6 SV Sedan, but he asked after taking our license information which one we were interested in. From previous experience at the dealerships, most would pull up the car and have it ready. He then couldnt find it within the paperwork. He then proclaimed he found it and told us that we can relax and wait for him to pull up the car. However, he pulled up the wrong model. I told him this and then we looked throughout the lot to find the car but the car I had asked about for 4 days was not at the dealership. I was upset by this and he showed me the same model but rather it was a 2018. I had not wanted a 2018 due to the NHTSA complaints. He then began to argue saying that it is how the person takes care of the car. I decided to see if I liked the car model and give the car a test drive. However the car was unprepared to drive and he had to screw on the dealers license plate even though I was ready to take it for a test drive. After he screwed it on, he got into the car with us. I felt pressured and even more upset about the experience. He then said we could go to a different dealership to ask for more information about the car. If we had to go to a Nissan dealership to ask for more information, I might as well buy it from them. At the end of the experience he asked how we liked the car and though I found the model nice, I wanted a different year- the car I originally asked for 4 days prior!!! He still tried to make a sale and said we could research inside but after the negative experience, I politely declined. He gave me his card and then I found out the car I wanted WASNT EVEN NEARBY! They moved the car to a different location even though they knew I asked about the car!!! I went home crying at how bad the experience was. The sales associate was the most argumentative, rude, and pressuring salesman I have ever met. I decided to buy a car somewhere else and it was a positive experience. I will never do business here. Hopefully no one else goes through what I went through at this dealership and I hope that this dealership takes some notes on customer service.

Bought a used Ford Escape from them, the service while we were there was great, the staff helpful and assisted us in transitioning from my previous car that was a trade in to the newer vehicle. That was in April. As of today I still havent gotten the documents needed for me to transfer my newer vehicles plates. I called a couple weeks before my first set of temporary tags expired and was told to wait until closer to the expiration date and they knew there was a problem with documents not getting processed on time. Then I called a few days and spoke with Tony before the date and was told they would be overnighting a new 45 day tag extension. Called 2 days later to find it was not overnighted and would show up after the expiration, but it was registered and if something came up, it could be looked up. Now we come to today, when my 2nd set of temporary tags will be expiring in a week and called and spoke with Tony and was told that I need to wait a few more days to see if the DMV gets the documents processed in the next few days as they sent out more paperwork last week on vehicles. Tony again says if I dont see the paperwork in a few days they will issue a 3rd 45 day tag but I am starting to have concerns. I live almost 2 hours away from the lot and the reason I traded my vehicle in back in April was due to us expecting a child, who is now 2 weeks old.
