I can’t believe how amazing my dress fit. They had a beautiful selection and the staff was very friendly. I cannot remember who helped me but she did an amazing job. She got my measurements perfect. The only thing that had to be taking in were the straps. Dress was beautiful and had so many compliments. Dress arrived on time. The Dress Bridal Boutique is highly recommended!

My experience here from last year until my wedding day was just amazing. The girls will make you feel so beautiful trying on dresses, they provide free steaming if you buy your dress from them, they write your name on a special wall during your wedding month, and they have an AMAZING selection of gowns.

I picked out my DREAM wedding gown at The Dress in October 2019. From the moment I walked through the doors, Marina made me feel special. She listened closely as I shared my vision, and tailored her selections to what I wanted. She also asked if it was okay to bring in some different styles of gowns I might not have thought to try. We had so much fun getting creative with each different dress. She made the entire process relaxed and fun! She was respectful of our price range and we felt no pressure to buy on the spot. Marina celebrated with us when we found something we loved. She made me feel beautiful—the day was personal and perfect! I felt like I’d known her forever! Such a cute boutique in the heart of Medina. Trendy yet cozy atmosphere. I initially went looking for something completely different than what I ended up buying! My consultant Carli picked amazing dresses based on my inspiration pictures and feedback while being mindful of my budget. Only downside is that they dont have in-house alterations but were kind enough to give me a list of local places where other brides have had positive experiences. So glad this is where I found THE dress!

Amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress! Super cute store with nice, spacious rooms to try on dresses. This was my first store I went to and I found and fell in love with my dress! I live in Toledo, but I’m from the area and they were kind enough to accommodate me. I found a dress online that I wanted to try on and they didn’t have it in store, so they borrowed the dress from the designer for me to try on. I worked with Marina who was wonderful! She picked out a handful of dresses of similar styles that were beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Excellent, personalized customer service. Very professional crew. When you walk in they have a chalkboard with all of the brides-to-be names written on there next to their consultants name. Then you have a dressing area all to yourself, no sharing mirrors or anything. Also works good for covid social distancing. Your name is written on the mirror which, again, helps give the experience a more personal feel. My consultant, Brittney, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute blast to work with; she answered all of the questions that my mom and I could possibly think of. Also, the one shared space is in the lobby with a mirror so that you can see your dress in a different light. I even had people passing by give me a thumbs up through the window. My wedding is about 18 months away so I did not purchase anything during my appointment but there was absolutely no pressure! Book an appointment with these ladies, you wont be disappointed!.

I cannot say enough about my experience at The Dress. From the moment we walked in we were blown away. Everyone is so kind and so helpful and makes it truly feel like your special moment. I drove almost an hour to this boutique because the reviews were amazing and I didn’t want to look anywhere else. I am SO glad I did. I worked with Meg and she is seriously the sweetest soul ever! I felt comfortable and she really listened to what style I wanted. Also, I didn’t feel pressured once and I think that’s HUGE when shopping for a wedding dress. I loved my experience so much that I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses from here AND I talked my best friend into getting her bridesmaids dresses here for her wedding. I can not give “The Dress” enough praise!! I was nervous to start looking for dresses, as I am a plus size girl and didn’t think I would find anything I liked. But from the second I walked into the boutique, I felt at ease! First off, my consultant, Meghan, took my into this adorable private suite to talk and start trying on dresses. After describing my dream dress, she returned with at least 5 that were actually what I was thinking. The very first dress I tried on was “the one”!! She even brought me a few that were completely different styles so I could just see what they looked like. Once I had on my dream dress, she immediately brought me several veils, a headpiece, and even earrings to complete the look. I walked out to the mirror in the front of the store to get a different view in more natural light and all the girls at the shop were complimenting me and giving suggestions!! I bought my wedding dress at The Dress. I really enjoyed the experience, selection and atmosphere. Out of all the bridal stores I visited (and I visited A LOT) they had the best selection. Their prices were all over the board. Most of the ones I loved were pricey, but worth it.The place is gorgeous. It has adorable chandeliers, chalk walls shouting out brides, signage for celebratory pictures, and a beautiful front room where you can really get a good look at the dresses. When I purchased my dress they gave me a cute t-shirt and a folder with recommendations for seamstresses in the area.I worked with Emily and she was very helpful and enthusiastic. They followed up quickly with me as soon as my dress was in.My only critique is that you cant go in the back and see the dress selection or bridesmaid dresses.Overall it was a very positive experience! I will post a picture of my dress soon.

My experience finding my perfect wedding dress was amazing at The Dress Bridal Boutique! My consultant Marina made my appointment so special and very easy. She asked me questions about my fiancé, our wedding day and my vision for my dress. She listened to my reaction to every dress I tried on and brought me the perfect dress that included everything I was looking for!!!! I only had to try on 6 dresses before finding the one! I said yes to the dress with tears in my eyes and it was exactly what I had dreamt of! They did an amazing job following COVID-19 restrictions and the store was very clean which made us feel very comfortable! They made this experience for myself, my mom and my best friend a very memorable one!

Marina was AMAZING! She was honest & patient with me. She really helped me with deciding on saying yes to the dress to the perfect dress! I’m extremely indecisive and all it took was having me walk out to the front room mirror & seeing my dress in the natural light to really view it in all its beauty. This was the second place I went bridal dress shopping and I had the best overall experience here (not to mention the prices were better than the last place I went.) We were told to come right back in case we wanted to see a specific dress, so when we called 2 hours later to come back quick to see and probably buy it, Lane told us absolutely not. That was such a rude conversation and I wish she would have handled it better.

I havent even been to the store yet and I am already giving it a 5 star review. There are 2 wedding dresses that I am very interested in. When I emailed to make an appointment to try dresses on turned into a 40+ long email chain that consisted of The Dress Bridal Boutique doing everything they could to find these 2 dresses. I havent met any of them or even stepped foot in the store and they were already trying to help me find my dream wedding dress. They emailed countless stores, contacted the designer, and walked through their boutique looking for any similar dresses. We are getting close to finding these dresses and even though it may be a few more months, I am just so grateful that they did all of this for a person who hadnt even stepped foot in the store. I appreciate everything they have done for me! In this wedding world I feel like people can take advantage of brides but that is not the case for this Boutique. I know first hand how much they care. That is amazing customer service and I cant wait to meet all of these amazing ladies next month when I go in for my appointment!

So many times over the years Ive had the honor of capturing dresses purchased from The Dress Bridal Boutique in Medina! They love their brides as much as I do, and it shows! I called to ask if I could stop by to check out the store before I invited my friends and family from far distances and I was told no. I liked the idea of it being a cute little local shop but had to take my business elsewhere because a 5 minute pop in was an inconvenience for them. On the contrary I’m glad I learned of the bad attitudes before not only booking but asking my girls to travel in for what might have been a terrible experience. My experience with their customer service was awful unfortunately.

The stylist was really great, patient, and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and the dresses were beautiful. I found my dress easily during the appointment at a great price! This was the fourth bridal salon I visited and by far the best!

I was incredibly disappointed by this place! I went in having the highest hopes and expectations of this place as I did my research and spoke to several people. But when we got there I first of all, wasnt allowed to pick out my own dresses. I described my vision to my consultant and hoped she understood and would pick out ones that I would love. Which she did not. The dresses she chose were stunning. But other than one dress, they were not what I wanted. Several times during my appointment people were coming in and taking dresses from my dressing room. My consultant was quiet, impersonal, and did not say more than a few words. She was snippy and short and rude with one of my bridesmaids and maid of honor. She did not express her feelings or thoughts about the dresses I put on, she leaned on the wall until I was ready to put the next one on. She was not very helpful at all with putting me in the dresses, and when she did, was a tad bit rough. The entire experience was uncomfortable, which truly breaks my heart because I did find my dress. But I will be buying elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good words about this shop! They truly go out of their way to make your bridal experience special. The shop is so cute and decorated perfectly, the girls are all so sweet and bring you exactly what youre looking for, and a few curveballs that they know youd look great in but you would never have chosen! This was the first place I went shopping at and I tried on less than 10 gowns before finding the one. The bridal suites are spacious and so comfortable for friends and family. They even provided a champagne toast after saying yes to the dress. Their bridesmaid selection is huge and have plenty of veils, headpieces and accessories to choose from as well. Really the best one-stop shop for all things bridal! Strongly recommend!

Recently bought my wedding dress from here and I would highly recommend this place. When you walk in it looks like you are walking into a Pinterest page. It’s amazing! They had a really nice selection of dresses and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I drove 40 minutes to get here but it was 100% worth it.

I did not purchase my dress here. However, I contacted them to see who they recommend for alterations and they were very helpful in providing a few trusted local seamstresses. I really appreciate their willingness to help me find someone trustworthy!!

I went into this boutique to possibly find my wedding dress. To even make an appt to look at dresses you had to put down a $50 deposit that you get back as long as you show up. We arrived on time to the appt and were taken back about 30 minutes late. They did apologize and my group was understanding that stuff happens. We started trying on dresses and I thought I found the one. So we went up front to order the dress. It was clearly closing time and we had not even been there that long. Most of the lights were off, the music was off and there was only us and the two girls working there. We ordered the dress and I had to put down a deposit of half of the total. I had showed the dress to family and friends and just decided I was not truly in love with it and it just wasnt right for me. So two days later I called the store to cancel the order. I was told that the money was not refundable and the order could not be cancelled because I was in a contract with the dress and the dress is in contract with the designer. So I called and spoke to the owner and I she went in circles about the store policy and dress designer policy and said the money was non refundable. We ended the conversation with her saying she would look into contacting the designer and seeing if she could cancel the order and she would get back to me in the next day or so. In the mean time I took it upon myself to email the dress designer to find out that the order can be cancelled if she were to call them and they do not dictate the stores policy in any way. I also found out that the Fair Credit Billing Act ensures that there are laws in place to protect credit card customers. There is a Buyer’s Remorse Cooling-Off Rule that basically says I can get a refund regardless of store policy within three business days. I was with in this time frame. I waited for a phone call from the owner and finally received an email. The email stated that she no longer wanted me as a client and I disrespected her and her business. She will refund some of my deposit and cancel my order. She is keeping $125 for a commission she already paid out. I am not happy with the way this situation was handled at all. From the start it could have been very easy to resolve if she would have just called the designer, cancelled the order and refunded my deposit. Instead she was very difficult and tried to keep some of my hard earned money for no reason. I did not receive a product, the order was cancelled (if it was ever even placed by the time I called), and she lost nothing. I get that business needs to make money, but I think theres something to be said for having good customer service and caring about your customers. Ive never had a bad customer service experience like this and Ive never had anyone try to keep my money for no reason when I received nothing in return. Makes me sad that this wasnt handled better.
