Gave a 3star rating only because the associate was friendly. There was hardly any casual women shoes available. Very disappointing.

So, I dont normally rate stores, but these kids working on 9/22/21 were the absolute best when dealing with the rude customer who was also there. She chose to raise her voice at them because they were simply doing their job. They were polite and kind to her dispite her being awful to them. I doubt even there highest paid executive earns enough to deal with this woman. Kudos to the crew at Medina Shoe Carnival.

Great shoe store! This store has a variety of foot wear from slippers to work shoes. The store is neat and organized. I like that the store has Sketchers, Crocs, and Timberlands for women and men. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!

Buying shoes online is a guessing game. Buy the time you add shipping its expensive. 2 pair I got in were nothing like described and insoles hard like aRock. Expensive..oh yes. Carnival shoes in Medina had a splendid show of sandals, tennis, running shoes, ect. Atleast you can try them on. I found slip on flats on sale. Love them! Soft insolesLike slippers. Please shop there. You wont regret it.

Prices a little high but the selection was excellent. So a fair trade.

This place always has the friendliest cashiers and associates. The young man who checked us out was very professional and thoughtful. We got some great deals also. Thumbs up to the staff and their courteous customer service skills!

I had ordered shoes online that were to small. The store had just reopened due to corona restrictions. I went to the store for exchange and was happy with my experience. Store was clean and organized with plenty of selection.

Went to buy work shoes. Had a good selection. Was able to buy a pair in my size. Price seemed fair for quality of product.

Needs more of a variety for mens shoes

I worked here for a short amount of time and let me tell you about heather. A horrible manager. I told her how I was not the quickest and had a learning disability. She is very rude, would roll her eyes at me, treated me very poor, and would treat me like an idiot. If you cross paths with her good luck!

Not normally a Shoe Carnival shopper in the past - but I will be now! Bought a pair of tennis shoes last week (Without trying them on). Realized that they just will not fit, so I took them back - but I couldnt find my receipt. The clerk was able to pull up my information off my Shoe Carnival membership and even printed out a copy of the receipt so Id have one on my other shoes. So easy - you can tell a lot about a company by how they handle returns - and they were amazing!

Always find a shoe bargain

The female employee was very helpful and nice I believe she does her job very well I cannot remember her name but I believe it started with a K. However the manager Heather was very rude and does not treat her employees with respect yelling at them for not being able to do everything at once when they were the only employeein sight. And when asked her a question she disregarded me and just pointed with a very unclear and unprofessional response. A great store needs to reconsider the management.

Good selection of shoes but I need a wide shoe and they have a limited selection of them. Nice sized isles. Store is laid-out nicely. Prices appear a little less than elsewhere.

I got 8 pairs of shoes for 200.00 love the bogo 1/2 off sale! The lady even ordered a pair of shoes for us that they didnt have in store. Wonderful service. We got to spin the wheel 2 times and used a 10.00 off coupon with each transaction. The lady was awesome and saved us a bunch of money!

Good local shoe store. Name brands at fair prices and I dont have to go to the dreaded mall 20 miles away.

Selection of footwear is good. Shelves are always full whenever I go in. Sometimes it seems like they are a little light on certain sizes and have plenty of others...dont know if that is an ordering issue or just alot of people with the same size feet as me shop there.Workers have always been pretty nice.My significant other decided to order a pair of shoes that (shocker) they didnt have in her size. Was told three days to get them. It took almost two weeks. *Shrug*

Hard to find size 14 mens. They have some, but not much.

While my experience was amazing, while I was shopping, manager Heather belittled an employee in front of the entire store and all of the customers. It was totally unprofessional, and I felt so bad for the employee. While I have had few encounters with Heather, she is always rude and unhelpful.

My son was a little disappointed they didnt have the shoe he wanted in his size but we found another pair he liked. Store is clean and well lit. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean, shoes were all neatly displayed and the help was very friendly and helpful.
